latest designs are not available,as on their App .when asked they told those models sold on order basis. Male staffs are more patient in handeling customers,after 7pm lady staffs are not ready to show the designs intrestedly. The room fresher used is good. It would be good to ask the option for welcome drink or refreshment drink for all purchasers.

We visited GRT Valasaravakkam a couple of weeks ago and exchanged old jewellery/purchased new jewellery. Service as usual was excellent, especially from Mr Paneer Selvam who was very patient, dedicated and made sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. A decent amount of discount was also applied to our estimate bill. The only downfall was the ridiculous amount of time taken for billing. Highly recommended good quality gold jewellery with a range of designs to please all population groups.
