They are cheating. Today i asked to put petrol for 1000 rupees. Initially they loaded for 300 rupees and said by mistake they loaded. Later they did not reset the meter and started to fill until 700 rupees. This way they cheated 300 rupees from me. I realized this after going few distance. So I couldn't return and question then also.

This petrol pump tried to scam me today. I asked for 600 rupees petrol They tried to put petrol for 400 Rs and tried to distract me by asking 1 rupee. Then i understood their trick. Then I shouted at the manager. Then they added 200 Rs. Scamming petrol pump for BPCL. Just checked all the reviews. Seems most of them had the same issue. Seems this scam is being done with the consent with the management of the petrol pump. Avoid going to the petrol pump. If u get scammed inform BPCL on Twitter. Be careful please.

This Petrol bunk employs fraudsters who will try to distract you and cheat while they fill the tank. I have never seen a petrol bunk who cheats on customers this openly. I am not sure what BP is doing and not regulating these kinds of bunks.

Be careful always when you fill up petrol here. There are several ways the staffs can cheat the public. They are quick in pulling the lever when it exactly reaches Rs.100 or 200 or any amount you fill up. So that the flow of petrol is interrupted. They save a little from each person... The fuel tube is designed to suck up the petrol in every bunk if pressed down and dipped inside the petrol. The hose should always be above the petrol level. It's our hard earned money 💰....!!! So no compromise

Please be careful here, they cheat like crazy... I asked to put petrol for 500 rs, that guy poured for 100 and asked me 100 right I said no 500 now he went near the number and came back didn't do anything there, he tried to distract me from seeing the digital meter which was already showing 100.. he just poured till meter showed 400 and stopped told me he poured 100 first and now 400 , so total 500 ... I told him exactly what he did and then he poured petrol worth 100 so be careful here. Update - changing my review from 1 to 3 as I spoke to owner and he assured to take needed action

They cheated me.i asked for 500 rs petrol and they put 102 rs .and off the gun.then I shouted,they act like sivaji.i sincere advice never go to this petrol bunk

I was the permanent customer of bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. and I was fully satisfied with the bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. the petrol and diesel of the company is very good you should must use it it is far better company as comparison to other Petroleum Corporation. the customer service of the bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited is amazing they immediate response on your problem. I should prefer it to you.

Be aware, if you are asking for Rs 2000/- petrol for your car, they will pump for rs 300/-, and they will ask ok sir. No I told 2000/- why sir- you will reply. They will continue pumping and stopped at 1700/-.. You will be cheated.

This is the second time Bharth Petroleum pump ( Parthasarathy Agencies- Porur) cheat me. First I thought it was a genuine mistake 2 months back when I filled petrol for my 2 wheeler . Today I filled ₹1500 for my car. One guy came to me and distracted me from seeing zero and suddenly I see petrol was filled till ₹173 already. How come Bharat Petroleum is allowing this Cheating. Why can’t they seal this pump. Already you can find lot of people getting cheated in this pump. Bharat petroleum pls take immediate action pls and seal this pump. It is bad name for the brand.

They don't redeem SBI BPCL reward points

Have to be vigilant while fueling up here, especially for people in cars. There will be two guys one trying to distract you by asking for something and the person filling the fuel will say that the filling is done now, and the amount will be 300 or 500 when you say that you asked for it. Xyz amount or full tank they will apologize and fill it again. Now they will ask you to pay for 300+xyz amount. This is a scam!!!

More delay happens during digital payments. Air pump is out of service most of the time.

Petrol quality and quantity is good. You will get good mileage. Tyre airfill most of the time won't work. During office hour more vehicles will be there. It is small petrol bunk. Sometime Big van some lorry kind of vehicle filling petrol means very difficult to go there. They will accept all payments. Wait time is very less before 8.30 am. 8.45 to 10Am atleast 5 min wait time

Be careful while filling ur fuel. Just two second distraction they will cheat you. See the meter before starting as well as ending.

Don't Fuel. Cheating on fuel level. My vehicle had quarter tank and asked them to full my tank and the reading was 400. But my tank was only half filled.. when enquired they said the tank is full... After showing them the levels they said I can pay more and fill... Even an empty scooty Pep tank does not take 550 to fill complete. FRAUDSTER PLACE. BEWARE. BETTER TO AVOID THIS PLACE THAN GIVING BUSINESS TO SUCH UNETHICAL people.

7th Oct, 2023 at 10.00am I'm filling petrol at the cost told Rs.200 but they simply put the pump in bike petrol tank ask 100rs, No I'm told 200 after that only they marked and put petrol rs100only .im noticed that tank not filled with 200.they put only Rs 100only so people be careful in that petrol station.

DON'T USE THIS PETROL BUNK - On 25th November 2021. Around 5:30pm. I had been to this petrol station. There were two guys one with uniform another one with blue shirt. I was sitting in the car and told Rs 2000 petrol and showed two figures to avoid the confusion. As expected this guy put petrol for Rs 500 said done. I don't know how 2 is connects with 5, they did it purposely. When I asked they said they will put balance rs 1500. Meanwhile another guy was distracting me not to see the meter. Actually they started from Rs 500 and stopped in Rs 1500 and said they put petrol for Rs 2000. After an argument the put balance Rs 500. DO NOT LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THE PUMB.

Be careful, Cheating…! If you ask them to fuel for RS 500. They will initially fuel for RS 100 then the say “oh you asked to fuel for RS 500 ?”. Then they fuel it to RS 400(With out resetting meter as you already filled for RS 100) and say yes we have filled fuel for RS 500. Here you will loose RS100 …!

I asked petrol for 300 and the guy put for 100 and asked 100 only right? I said 300 but that's ok and paid 100 and left. Bike turned off after riding 5 to 6 kms without petrol. Did I got cheated? Yes of course.

*Fraud Alert* I have asked to fill for 500 rs. The staff was filled 100 rs and then he distracted me and filled for Rs 400. By reading the reviews many people had the same issues. I have a geniune doubt this things are happening with the blessings of owners. BPCL should make a investigation and do something

The petrol filling staff was not very attentive and hence, we need to fill two times to reach our desired amount. Air filling staf was very cooperative.

If you miss this petrol pump, the next will be in 4 km from Porur Junction in four directions. Same, so before crossing a petrol pump, once check your metre so it may help you have a happy ride.

All bunks are good. The facility is a bit small. Otherwise its Fine.

Very cramped. No space for more than one car to fill. Getting out the petrol pump station is very difficult as too much traffic on the road. Air for tires with difficulty for the car. At the same time appreciate the owner care for handicapped personnel (மாற்றுத்திறனாளி) employed. Good social consciousness.

They accept cash, cards & e-cash also. Providing good services.

This is a very popular petrol station.good service.

Quanity problem. Do not want to elaborate.
