Had stayed in Sheraton Grande Hotel, Periyamet for 2 days with parents. Starting from booking till vacating the hotel the hospitality by the Manager and Staffs was just unbelievable. To get such a hospitality in a crowded area in chennai is just amazing. Rooms were neat and clean, good ambience. The service of rooms boys was very comforting, they took total care of us. The managerial staff is also very cooperating and helping. KEEP UP THE GOOD Service Guys, this is going to be the go to hotel in the area. Anybody wanting to stay or searching for rooms near by central or Periyamet just blindly go to this hotel. THANKS FOR THE HOSPITALITY ! WILL COME AGAIN !

I had recently taken 4-beds room with my family and stayed there for 2 nights. I must say it was a wonderful experience and felt like staying in a 4-star hotel. Rooms are so well maintained and clean. Customer service is top notch and real quick. All staffs are so welcoming. The only area for improvement is car parking. I found it limited space available for car park and some what difficult to park the vehicle as the lane is small. Overall it was a great experience and i definitely visit again and recommend others to explore it as well. Thank you.

I arrived before check in time., With our any extra pay the arranged the rooms for me immediately.., all staff were polite. There was no parking, so they provided pick up and drop autos transport for the parking area. They do not have any restaurant, but call the reception staff they you good food for room supply. Only one water bottle is provided at the time of check in, I'd suggest you to probably make it 2, Honest and genuine reply worth staying in hotel.

1st of all, fantastic service by the Manager Mr Ansari whenever you enter or leave the Hotel premises. It's quiet a brand new hotel (almost 1.5 years old at the time of writing this review) and very hygienic and clean. Very courteous and polite staff (they speak Hindi too, just FYI). Room Service is very quick and we seldom had very few problems, even if we did it was resolved very quickly. There's A2B just next to the hotel (<50m distance) and a couple of good local non veg restaurants for snacks and dine-in. Our room was clean and tidy and didn't have any problems/issues at all. It's definitely worth staying for atleast 2N or more. I would recommend staying in this hotel as the service is excellent and staff are very polite, clean rooms and there's hot water too. Definitely worth the ₹₹₹ you pay for.

Absolutely best place for family. We are a family of four and we stayed here for 3 days. We wud be coming back again here whenever we come to Chennai. The rooms are newly furnished, Nice ambience , clean mattresses,bedsheets and blankets.The service was awesome as the Boys are all So good and were so helpful. For cars, there is a parking space available and in case if it is filled already, the management arranged for another safe parking space. So no problem with that too.

Please don’t get confused with this Sheraton Grand Hotel as the famous five star hotel. Well, I was definitely confused as to why the price is so less here. Got to know it once I reached the hotel.It’s a 30 roomed small hotel that provide comfortable accommodation in Chennai. The place is well maintained and managed. The person handling the reception is very efficient and doing his job very well. I had a comfortable stay here with my family.

The best rooms with the best service and people with affordable pricing. They were available at a beck of call and were willing to give their best possible service and hospitality as possible. The members of the hotel specially Mr Ganesh has helped me a lot with a lot of things and I thank him for that. Sheraton Grande hotel stands by it's name. The rooms were really very clean and the towels and linen were fresh. Soft water was available 24×7. The wifi facility was uninterrupted too. Almost all popular channels were available in the TV. It was great staying there and it felt like home. The staff were available all the time and made sure to provide everything we asked for. The service of the staff and team is excellent. They respond in a second. Very courteous and go out of their way. Very hospitable and one of the best services from a budget hotel i have received. The rooms are spacious and clean. A bit gaudy and some no window so one needs to be aware. The location is central but not the locality of these budget hotels in periampet. Itis not nice visually and congested with small lanes. They serve well to get an AC room for 2300/- but not for leisure traveller like me. However, for someone looking for a clean room with great service and is going to be out all day and just needs a place to sleep at night then its the best choice.
