Sad that I couldn't give 0 star... Gave my Fastrack watch for moisture formation problem almost 4 times... Same problem repeated after every free service (Which covered under waranty)... Finally, they lost my warranty card and said I haven't gave it to them... Now I can't claim my money under Warranty and they won't replace the watch either... Thanks Titan for such a worse behavior... You just lost a customer... -_-

Worst service. They don’t care above customer. I have given my watch for service and they confirmed me that watch is serviced and asked me to come and collect it. Today when I went to collect it and I have the bill to the receptionist they asked me to wait. I was waiting for more than 15 min and still they haven’t got my watch from inside and they replied stating that there is only one person available. I got frustrated and got my bill and came back. Even when I was leaving they don’t have the curtesy to say that will immediately. Pathetic response from Titan showroom

Went along with my mother today and bought a watch and spectacle for her. We had a very Positive experience. My mom have been very patiently assisted by Ms. Lavanya, who made my mom very comfortable and helped her to choose the best spectacles. I purchased my watch is saravana stores and came here to register my warranty. I was facing issues in doing that, reached customer care as well even they are unable to do it for me. They asked me to sent email and there was no response. Finally I reached Titan Ambattur showroom, at 1st they are also unable to upload it finally anyhow they struggled a lot and claimed warranty for me. I would really appreciate their efforts and love they way how they treat their customers. It was really a very good customer service. I wish to visit this store again if I'm planning to buy other watch. I would also recommend others to come here. All the best team, keep going!!!
