    I think you treat every person as an valued individual and certainly not as a customer. Everyone was patient, efficient and most kind to me and you are all quite simply a God send. I have spent most of my adult life dealing with a dodgy back and this is as good as it gets. THANK YOU Dr LAXMIDHAR.
