The decorations was good. But the taste was awful. Sponge was hard. It was really chewy. Not at all good. And as per the cake it was very pricey. The cake was not worth as per the price.

I had ordered a picture cake for someone's anniversary. The photo print was good though but rest all was awful. 1) The Red color on sides of cake looked very shabby 2) the decoration around cake was already told wasn't required but still they chose to do it. 3) There was no taste of truffle cake .... The taste was awful as the strawberry cream was dominating all flavours which you did by ur choice we only asked for truffle cake. 4) You should have asked before experimenting all these stuff. Overall I am not happy with cake. I will think before ordering again. We pay so much for it , think before wasting our trust and money.

I had unforgettable and very appreciable experience with FnP, Bilaspur. I called them on 27 September 2020 late in the evening which was attended by Mr. Harry Saluja. At such a short notice, I asked him if he could deliver cake and flowers to a friend of mine on the very next day i.e 28th, on which day there was a lock down in Bilaspur. Mr Saluja, without even mentioning about the lock down, took my order And assured me that my order will be delivered tomorrow itself before 930. The next morning, Mr. Saluja, as promised delivered my order at the decided time, rather before that. What he delivered was more than what I asked for, for instance I asked him to make a bouquet of 12 roses, however, since it was not looking good he himself made a bouquet with 15 roses which is highly appreciable. Similar change was made to the Cake too. Moreover, what is highly commendable is that even after there being a lock down Mr. Saluja delivered the gift on time. He is very professional and has a amazing behaviour. Would recommend this to everyone.

Worst cake ever....sponge was very hard , i ordered Ras malai cake but it did not taste like Ras malai .Taste of cake was really awful. And as per the cake it was very pricey. The cake was not worth as per the price.
