One of the worst hospital for children in Ranchi. We got a twin girl born in family on 20th October in gurukripa nursing home Ramgarh and were transferred due to oxygen support requirement to Balpan Ranchi. The treatment we got from balpan was terrible with a lot of focus on collecting money and less on people’s affordability. Twin girls were subject to many unwanted medical tests and within 24 hours, the bill went more than 54k. Even doctor rajesh had no clarity on line of treatment. When asked about treatment plan, they were like it can take 10 days or 20 days also. When talking to their staff while discharging their words were “aukat Nahin hai toh kyun admit kiye”. Such was the experience that we can never recommend this hospital to anyone and it is better to stay away.

This is one of the worst hospital in Jharkhand. They hardly try to scare the attendant after admit the baby so that, they can make money. This hospital is looting with customers with #PMJAY facility. Dr. Rajesh kumar behaviour with atendent is too rude and pathetic after admit the patient, he thinks that now patient is bound. Hospital is totally unhygienic. Behaviour of staff and doctors are worst with attendent. Rajesh kumar is too egoist, rudeless, harsh & bla bla. 1* is only bcz of Abhishek sir. I never suggest to go there for treatment of baby.

Medical facilities are fair enough but other management for visitors and parents are not good. No proper washrooms no ventilation what so ever in the hall it hot and cold like crazy depending on the weather.

Worst hospital I have ever been to. Either they are very incompetent or they suggest unnecessary tests and treatment procedures. In either case, anyone would be wasting a LOT of money and potentially also RISK the health of the child. Even in the worst case, would not recommend.

Wrist hospital in jharkhand my nephew was admitted their they even don't give them prope food my baby was so afraid after coming home because most of the time the nurses slap those baby my baby has lost 700 g wait from his birth only in 13 days please don't go there they only want money life of patients doesn't matter for them only money

Very bad experience with our twin admission. No transparency. Admit only if you can spend min 50k per day without a proper line of treatment. Lots of tests without consultation with patient. Experience with Dr Rajesh was terrible. Stay away.

Balpana hospital is a very good hospital, the care here is very good and all the nurses take great care of us. This is much better than Balpan hospital, thank you.

One of the most careless doctor...Dr Rajesh prescribed my 6 month son Phergan syrup, for just having fever. As soon as I fed him 4ml of the syrup as prescribed, he started chocking, and breathing heavily. Then I went to another doctor and he told that it is NEVER RECOMMENDED for infants below 18 month's of age and can be life threatening. And the hospital staffs. I called so many times just after the incident , but no one cared to pickup the phone. THE WORST EXPERIENCE FOR ME TILL NOW. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Isse achha aap RIMS chale jao. SUGGESTION: Dr. Rajesh, if you are charging 600 rupees as fees, Then atleast let the parents tell what all the issues are with the child.

The senior doctor Dr Rajesh kumar of this hospital used to misguide us during treatment of our child. He never used to hear the problem completely and start treatment. He used to behave as if he is extremely knowledgible but due to his treatment, the symptoms of my child started getting worsened and we had to visit another child specialist in other dispensary where our child became alright very soon. The moral of Dr. Rajesh Kumar of Balpan has become so low that he tries to make money for Balpan as much as possible by complicating the illness of infants. I would never recomend anybody to visit such casual and money making doctor anywhere. Please do not take risk with health of children and be cautious before planing to visiting Balpan.

One of the worst hospital in ranchi I will not recommend any one. We had hospitalized our kid, not a single doctor visit in night.We had shifted to Dr Manoj Bakshi.

Their is no option rather than rating otherwise I would have given that, today I've lost my nephew and they were looting us since last week in the name of treatment. I believe in karma one day they will understand this feeling when someone close will say good bye. I might sound a bit harsh But I mean it..

I am glad with the treatment of this hospital, doctors are very supportive and few staffs were very good behaviour wise like from all HR team and also Paapu from ayushmaan Mitra, Vikaram from reception. But few staffs like Ramji and also Ram Krishna needs improvement in their personality development. They dont know how to behave with the patient guardian and this is very disgusting.
