This is one of the most poorly managed hospitals. There is absolutely no coordination at all. The infrastructure planning is a disaster. The COVID isolation ward is next to pathology lab and right infront of main lobby. It almost feels like the hospital administration does not exist. However the prices are too high. The staff are unfriendly and rude, not all of them though. Few were extremely delightful as well. OPD is a chaos. The doctors are never on time. Most of the doctors are on call and don't even bother to show up if patient count is too low. They just give you another date. And they are always eager to finish up and leave. The doctors in emergency ward are inexperienced and recent graduates who know almost to nothing. The amount of effort by nurses is something to look up to. Overall, not a place to be in a difficult situation.

This hospital is so terrible. Hospital management, staffs habit, doctors behavior and pharmacy staffs all are only money oriented rather than care of patients. ICU bed for Covid-19 patients are not up to the standard as they imposed charge for it. Medicine cost is so expensive in pharmacy downstairs. Normally same medicines are available in reasonable price in other pharmacy. Nurses over there are extremely rude to patient. There is intolerable negligence and careless seemed that even the condition of patient were unnoticed by them, like loose of C-Cap masks because of they are busy in their cell phone particularly in night duty. There is also lack of care on proper food management for the patient. Doctors counseling seems just completing their formal duty. Doctors are always late. Their rude, negative behaviors and financial mindset terrified us very much. I'm sharing this facts about this hospital to audience because people not to be suffered painful experience as I have experienced in this hospital.I’m so sad with this hospital 🏥 😭!

OPD is the worst. Prices are high yet there is never a place to sit. Queue management is negligible. Doctors are at least 1 hour late. Card also does not work. What's the point of having card discounts when you can't even use it.

Professionals are not professional. Not a thing for privacy. Basically while getting my ECG, door not the curtains were closed so people kept coming in and when the test was over didn’t even pass me my clothes. Was mortified. Also the beds are so unhygienic, stains of blood on them. Dr. santosh das didn’t even go through my reports properly. Didn’t tell or go through the ecg report or anything. I would not recommend.

Some of the renown doctor shows behaviour like they are the only one. Worst experience with the doctor. I also heard he has some equity of hospital. What's the point of getting the fame or renown when he doesn't know how to talk to patients?

They are One of the reputed hospitals in Kathmandu, sadly they can’t even provide a soap or a hand wash in their toilets this is so uncomfortable. they don't give toilet rolls so you have to use water to wash then there is no soap or hand wash or any antibacterial.. please take it as a suggestions and hoping to see implementation in coming days, Thanks

The most mismanaged hospital and some staff really need to learn where the word hospital comes from. Zero hospitality and zero service quality. The doctor is also so careless. We came here are 12 noon and its 3 pm already. The doctor told us to meet before 3 after doing some report and now he is no where to be seen. They really think we come here to waste our entire day here huh... If you cannot run a hospital properly do something else to earn money. Hospital like this ruin the name of nepal hospital industry.

This time I came here with huge expectations but it was out of my expectations. I doesn’t feel this is my expectations and like private hospital. I show people in counter rude attitude. In x-ray section staff was not focused on job. Staff are fully laught. Don’t cure about serious people. When we told them they don’t cure. Relatively it looks clean but waiting place are pretty boarding. The staff and medical personnel are pretty helpful.

Please do not visit this hospital. Expired medication is provided to patients. Even the medical professionals lack experience. The medical officer at this facility is a newly graduated doctor. The majority of them are not academics; they received their MBBS degrees as a result of payments or donations. So how will the patients be treated by a so-called doctor who received his medical training through donation? This hospital is a total rip-off. Stay away from this hospital, please. There is no hospital here. It's a deadpital here. Do not go to Green City Hospital.

Hi anybody want to get disease u can go to this hospital.. we had booked a single cabin by paying 7 k for a day. The cabin was was not at all clean below the bed it was too many cockroaches and bed bug too floor was so dirty and when We complained about the same to the hospital management they are giving excuses that’s they clean the room everyday .. so we said that if you clean it then how come this cockroaches and bed bug arrived no proper response we got it....and for operation doctor said to arrange the blood so my family had arranged it but surprisingly they had done the operation before the blood arrived .... such a unprofessional doctor doesn’t come on time who doesn't’ know what to do ... such a ridiculous doctor and worst service if there minus star to give in rating would have given that ... I won’t recommend anybody to come in this hospital ...

Nothing is organized. No one is supervised. I had to wait for an hour to get medicine but they again said need token. They dont know how to treat patient. Our patient had only 50 rate as heartbeat when we asked about it they said "his rate is like that leave it" They are really rude. They left us to call miltiple hospitals to take white blood cell that is basically leaving the patient to die.
