Worst treatment, i was 5 minutes late due to trying to locate the clinic and the dentist refused to meet me even after trying to explain to them. Will never go back here!

I had to deal with a very unproffesional doctor. I don't knoe the rest of them, but because of this one, I will not reccomand this place. I will never go there. Instead of making everything easier, doctor made everything very complicate.

The dentist was super friendly.

It was my first appointment with them. The dentist who was supposed to treat me left clinic because I was not there at exact 16:30 but 16:36 instead without any notification to me. She/he didn’t bother checking or giving a phone call before leaving clinic to know if patient is lost somewhere in area or is she on her way. My appointment was supposed to be 30 minutes long. It means doctor was supposed to be in clinic until 5pm. I can understand that if I am late then she/he could have either called me or shorten my appointment by 5 minutes or just tell me himself/herself. Public is charged sek 400 if they don’t show up for an appointment then why doctors are not charged anything for such kind of behaviour? Many times we waited for doctors like 15 minutes or even more.

The care has been great especially with dental hygienist.

Jag är jätte nöjd med Revan Al Taweel som tandhygienist! Att hitta en bra tandvårdspersonal kan vara en utmaning, men Revan har verkligen visat sig vara en fantastisk professionell som tar hand om mina tandvårdsbehov på ett utmärkt sätt.

Jättesnäll tandläkare och hygienist. Toppen bemötande. Min son, som skulle ha lagat ett hål, tyckte det var kul och spännande att vara hos tandläkaren
