The place is pretty small, but also cozy and well furnished. The burger I ordered (captain jack) was really good, and also served with nothing short of a generous quantity of fries. Service was extremely fast and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall a great experience, but I can’t really talk about the price since this is the first restaurant I’ve been to in Stockholm

After several visits for lunch I can say that Food is fresh and well prepared , the staff is friendly, and service minded, so very good and fast service!the usual suspects when it came To the Burgers, nothing out of the ordinary. the value for money good for lunch.other wise not so much. The Menu is well balanced and choices like fish and chicken are worth a try. Both where fried to perfection, fish is on the smaller side and looked like prefabricated, but tasted ok. Chicken was juicy not dry. worth a visit if you are in the area!

Tried Vegan hamburger with avocado sauce and also fries with vegan mayo. Super friendly people and good food but one star less because no proper alcohol available :(

I came here for lunch with my coworkers as it had been on our list of place to try out. Lovely personell and waitresses, happy energetic and most of all they understood when things weren't optimal. I had the hangover burger that came with fries (and a soda) which was a fairly good deal for 135 kr. The hangover burger was totally fine, or even a subgrade above. Tasty but lacking that specific taste that only a good hamburger sauce could achieve. While I can believe that the environment would be tiny and cozy during evening or weekend hours I very much had an issue during lunch hours. Cramped with both table seats and Inbetween the tables. The other issue being the auditorium effect which does little to damped the noise leaving my ears a bit numb when leaving.

amazingly delicious food!! one of the best i have ever had. Fries are fresh and crispy like from the oven. They also offer free water and coffee (robusta) its not bad. The stuff is really friendly and speak English. For me the best is hangover burger and snickers shake. The only minus is that this place is pretty small, but i think it might be enough for its location in the city.

A welcoming and charming location with excellent burgers and fantastic staff. The cashier on-duty (blond haired) deserves a special shoutout due to her focused, attentive, and professional personality. I’ll definitely come back here again!

The burger was not too small, and the one I ordered (Hangover I think) had a fried egg, bacon and two patties! It also came with fries and a couple onion rings for good measure! All that for a very reasonable price. The patties were somewhat tasteles though. AND there was a horrible smell inside the restaurant, smelt like sewer. We could barely finish our meals and left quickly because we couldn't stand it.

The burger was excellent! Not greasy, delicious, and a generous serving of fries that are included with the burger. You can substitute with sweet potato fries and they also have gluten free bread. The server was also very friendly!

Our best burger place to order take outs on Friday evenings. We’ve tried many burger place in the area but concluded that Jack’s has the most constant taste, quality and value for money. Superb!

Great portion size, burger was fantastic. Had the jalapeño burger with added bacon ! Staff were very polite and took good care of us :)

I ordered the classic burger and the jalapeno burger. Both were OK, but the bun in one of the burgers was cold! I liked the large portion of fries they gave with the burger.

My review shouldn't be taken seriously as I'm a pescetarian :) I like their vegan and fish burgers, fries are also delicious. I find the prices a bit high, especially for the dips but I guess now it is a norm.
