Fabulous stay. Lost one star as it was baking hot in the apartment at night and only two rolls between four of us for four days wasn’t enough. There is a grocery shop and a Thai takeaway about 20 minutes walk. Apart from those two points we thought the place was great and conveniently located near Norvikken train station for the airport and Stockholm city in the other direction. Also close to a bus stop if you don’t have a car.

Everything was of very high standards. Detailed guidelines, large room, full of amenities. BUT THEY "FORGOT" TO MENTION THAT ONE OF OUR ROOMS WAS UNDERGROUND With view to the cars' wheels

Really good apartments at a very good price. Rooms have oven, hob, separate bathroom with shower, iron and board, fridge and microwave, it also has a basic seperate gym which is nice. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning.

I couldn’t expect better. The buildings are entirely new, my room was full equiped, cleaned every week, the staff was nice and very helpful. It’s located in a lovely place, 20 minutes from Stockholm, 25 from Arlanda Airport and 10 from Sollentuna Centrum. The transports systems work for the whole day and there is at least 1 transport/hour during the night! The price is very correct for what we have and for Sweden. This is a really nice place to stay!

My home that will stay forever in my heart! ❤️ I've lived here for a while and I have many good things to say about Magnolia House! First of all, the rooms are very fresh, clean, modern, and have everything. Also well-designed and cosy! Also there's a terrace where you can chill in summer. Second of all, its staff. Who are not just nice, kind and welcoming, but also easy-going and will always help when you need it. At last, the neighbourhood. Which is very calm, nice, & kind of fancy I'd say. If you go up the hill from Norrviken C, it's literally the Hollywood Hills! You can also take a walk in the direction of Häggvik and see the beautiful Norrviken lake. The connections are super great. First of all, it's a couple of train stops away from Arlanda Airport. Second, it's 20 min train ride to Stockholm centre, with all the good places that you can get off at on the way there, and I mean the shopping malls: Sollentuna Centrum, Kista Centrum, and the amazing Mall of Scandinavia (and also Friends Arena is there). The 10-minute bus goes directly from the hotel to Sollentuna Centre, where you can shop and grocery-shop (although there is also a grocery shop even closer, at Norrviken station). If you go to the other train direction, it's 34 min to Uppsala, where I actually had a job. It totally worked to travel every day and I didn't get tired of commuting! So if you want to have great memories at a problem-free and calm place that is yet close to everything, do so! I recommend with no reservation 😌 And yes, it is a real review! Close to the metro station, new furnishing, all the neccessary cuttlery, spacious. Just two coffee mugs. No air conditioning.

Very functional, clean and practical. Large studio style room. Kitchen, living, dinning area and shower and bathroom.

Perfect place for a long stay. You have everything and even more. I just love it!

Magnolihouse made out stay in Sweden so comfortable. The visit included weekly room cleaning (sheet change, new towels, vacuum, and mop), which made our stay very relaxing. It is about a 15-minute walk to two different train stations, a small grocery, and a 5-minute walk to two bus stops or a gas station. Quiet. Peaceful. Access to a gym. RELIABLE WIFI.

Wonderfully organised and very convenient place in the most beautiful part of Sollentuna. Short walk from the train station. Highly recommend a stroll around the neighbourhood for anyone looking for a few moments of respite in Nature's bosom.

With Magnolia House we have had a wonderful staying in Sweden - apartament was spacious, very modern, clean, well equipment. The nearest area is so lovely - many old Swedish houses, a lot of green space, lake. There is a market ICA, few restaurants (Svea Bistro is excellent!). The commucation with Magnolia was very friendly, quick and professional. Train and bus station are really close. The area is very very calm - it's a perfect place to charge your inside battery. ♡

Nice and clean aparthotel for long stays. It has everything you need. 10 min walk from the train station. 15min by train from Arlanda Airport. It has a laundry and a gym.
