I’m not exactly sure where to start, this place is a joke to put mildly! I came here with my family, utterly shocked at the lack of cleanliness and lackadaisical attitude of the staff, very disappointed! I found yoghurt spilt on the floor near the dinosaur slide as well as the cannon ball area and spilt drinks near the corridor path leading to the front reception - I notified the staff twice and what did they do? Nothing! Not only is it not clean but it’s a safety hazard as anyone could easily slip and hurt themselves. Will definitely not be revisiting, waste of money! To top it off, they advertise that the place closes at 8pm (on google as well as the large sign plastered outside the entrance, yet they shut at 7pm, when questioned about this we were told they haven’t had a chance to change the sign?!).

Plastic play Park with inside carousel (magic tree with a little laser gun to shoot OR an up and down spinning ride), little bicycles, slides, climbing, ball pits, etc. Basic boring food with no nutrition or taste that took 30-45 minutes before pick up. Kids love and parents can endure, but would be wonderful if we could buy fruit, juice, tea, and other more natural food. Salad was nothing fulfilling or tasteful. Give usgoodfood and we stay longer and spend more. Overall, an option on a dark November day in Uppsala which has very few attractions for its citizens. Kids had a great time! Finally found the bumper cars on the top floor.

The place is large and appreciate by the kids but cleaning is clearly insufficient. The place needs a big overall cleaning and better everyday cleaning. In addition both of the carousels are out of order and seems to have been so for quite some time.

So dirty. Not maintained at all. Dust, food, toilet paper and chewing gum in the play areas.

Very nice and fun, great food. Big place. Jump yard included. Much space. Highly recommended!

The place is not clean, really disgusting. Dirt, chunks of dust everywhere, crumbs of foam rubber as well as used band aids. You can see this everywhere and every time you visit. I have been there for several kids parties and the place is superdirty even when you are there when they open. The garbage bins are superfull. The hallway is chaotic and the floor moist from the people going in. The party hosts just bring the food to the party room no assistance or service, even though some really seem to try to be nice. The last time the carousels were gone, so they just block the area poorly so most of the kids didn't understand it was blocked. They also charge adults which is ridiculous.

Friendly staff! Good food. The ticket is half price for members in Tuesday! Use it 😜

Nice place. Thanks to Busfabriken for giving my daughter a special day. She loves the place and already asked me to visit another time with hers friends. The people are absolutely nice and helpful. I super recommend this place and best wishes for Busfabriken. Hope to visit you soon. ❤️

Its quite big and have many different rides for kids. You can also book a theme room for your kid to enjoy the birthday party

Friendly, polite and astute personnel would make the day. They have recently changed the management, so they have some reparation on the go but these vices are nothing when you face a caring crew. I am now sitting there and they closed the kitchen but when he understood my kid was hungry they opened it just for him in return he is gonna clean an extra quarter. That's amazing!
