This place has been in business for quite some time. Very friendly and attentive service, indeed. Good, even though not extensive, selection of wines. They even have their own bakery. Good sauna. The gym could do with some more equipment and the guest rooms are kind of crammed and without AC.

We only used sauna and cold swim in the sea but it was very nice experience :)

Serene, The wine café and restaurant were aesthetic and gourmet experiences. The prescient offers from the reception staff- such as offering me a swimsuit after I asked if bathing in the sea was advisable, made for a cozy welcome. The hotel experience is relaxed and a prelude to life in the Stockholm Archipelago. You will be changed.

Very nice place to visit, even in March. You can visit around without staying here.

The resort is beautiful with gorgeous views. The staff & service is great, but the rooms are very small.

The room was super hot without air conditioning and I couldn't sleep. Even I couldn't let the window open because it was close to the railway station.

Beautiful hotel by the sea with very friendly staff. The place was really quiet, perfect for a getaway close to Stockholm

Apart from the reception and house keeping, the staff is atrocious. I was here for a wedding and they didn't even serve cold beverages and expected us to pay night club prices for it. The very junior and young staff was exceptionally rude and lacked basic knowledge of how to interact with guests and how to operate the bar. Fortunately this wasn't my wedding or it would have been a lot worse than just a bad review. If you are thinking of using this as a venue for a wedding I urge you not to. It is unworthy of the money you will spend and you can get something far better for the same money. This used to be a reputable place for events such as this but something must have happened to management. Horrible.

Clearly this place manage by someone who doesn't know anything about hospitality! The location and opportunities are unlimited but it look lost , old and dirty.. staff are a mixed of super professional to nasty ones , some parts like a hospital.. some parts like a place ready to be demolished! Smelly, unorganised, This place need LOVE, lots of it! Love for service , love for making people feel special, love for life and not only Love for money grabbing...

The place is like fairy tale. Looks like castle. The rooms were wonderful. Nordick stile in a middle of nature. Next to the see. There is sauna, you can swim in the sea. Breakfast and dinner are really tasty. Service is very good. Very good for the price. Highly recommend.

I was here during a conference, the staff is great, really service minded and polite. They have there own bakery that makes amazing bread and sweetbreads. They have alot of culture art spread across the entire area. The reason they don't get 5stars is that I haven't slept in there rooms, and my personal opinion that the food they plate is to small. BUT its super delicious!

If you want to enjoy calmness and nature, this is the place! Perfect place to enjoy swedish summer. There's communal train/bus right from Slussen. Sorroundings: Calm. View over the waters. Nice walking path in the area. It is also possible to swim at the lake. Hotel: Modern & cozy interior. There are many outdoor seatings at the hotel area. Our rooms were in a small building, not connected to rest of the hotel (reception & restaurant). We had no problem, but it may be a problem during the winter & for people with disabilities/elderly. We were staying on the second floor, and no elevator was available. This may also be a problem for people with disabilities/elderly/if you have heavy carrier. If you have disabilities, it may be good to call the reception in advance and ask for a room with better accessibilty. Staff: Kind and friendly! Room: Simple room with bed, bathroom, tv, chair and table. It felt slightly old. The bed was however super comfortable and so was the cushions! The blackout curtain had to be pulled down manually, which was not very reachable for short person (like me). Would have been nice with a little thread or so hanging from the curtain for reachability. They had rain shower with nice water pressure. It was slightly hard to adjust the temperature (one hot & one cold control + it took some seconds before the temperature was adjusted), but we got used to it. No door to the shower, which made the whole bathroom floor wet. They had "Under the skin" Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and handwash. The schampoo and conditioner felt great on my hair. Breakfast: Generally good quality. They have their own bakery, which can be seen on the various bread they offer. Best croissant I had on hotel breakfast so far! It may be limited options for vegans.

Very nice place! Beautiful house in a wonderful location. Indoors the furniture and decorations are very tasteful. The cafe serves a rather small but very tasty selection of home made sandwiches, buns, cakes and pastries. Great place to go and spend some time at the outdoor patio on a sunny day!

Overpromised and underdelivered. Rooms were ok at best and the photos showed what looked like a spa that was nowhere to be found, only a sauna was on offer. Given the remote location of the hotel, it was kinda boring to just have a sauna on offer. The bar was nice but not enough to warrant a visit unless you have some other business there.

The hotel is nice, it is spread out over a larger area, with rooms located in several seperate buildings. The location is actually stunning, right at the seafront, with a semi- private area for sunbathing. There is in fact a tiny beach even, with sunchairs, excellent. The area is so calm, it is relaxing, very quite. There is a café/lounge for smaller beverages and snacks in the reception area. There is a restaurant located on the second floor, accessible through a glaswalled-corridor in the next building and also a bar. It is overall much larger than I expected, gives a resort-feeling a bit, which is a nice surprise. I can understand that companies have conferences here. It is still more on the romantic side, but also surely gives a bit of a conference-hotel-feel - which adds actually to the professionality of the staff that works here, especially in the reception. Restaurant has many tables, perfect for small and larger groups, they serve a solid food. The apertizers are over the top delicious. Main courses are tasty but did not reach the excellent taste, matching the apertizers. So, if anything I wished for the final touch. But still, tasty and a good variety in the menu. Enoyable is of course the cozy atmosphere and mesmorizing view over the shore! Rooms are somewhat small, but cozy. Has been some years since the last update of the bathroom floor, but otherwise its very modern and clean, also the shower was nice. Big tv is available with enough channels, Swedish/English. Wifi is fast and you can cast phone to the tv via a option the hotel provides. The beds are perfect, very comfortable indeed, sheets are super clean and overall the rooms are very clean. (-)The walls between the rooms are somewhat thin. So a minus is that you may here other guests if they talk bit loudly or have their tv on a higher volume. Some doors slamming you nay actualky hear from the corridor. But it is only a small ovservation. They have plenty of free parking, on several lots and also plenty electric car charging stations. Overall super cozy, quiet, relaxing and romantic. More + + wireless phone charging stations in thr room +dimlights +many sofas and outside seating possibilities +huge clean and refreshing parkarea privateley for the hotel

A beautiful setting in the archipelago. Rooms are fine, albeit without in-room amenities like fridge or iron. I did ask for an iron at the desk and was told to go to the communal one in a second floor hospital-esque cleaning room. The second building where we were staying felt like a retirement village. Service is distant and a bit AI. No offer to help with bags, almost as if they have been told to not go above and beyond. Asked to rent their ‘bucket bike’ and they said it would be 250SEK for two hours. Not sure how a manual bike costs more than a car to hire? Asked for help booking a taxi to airport at check out. Desk staff mentioned the taxi would be roughly 700-800SEK. We said ok, taxi came (big one) and we were charged 1600SEK. Not the best end to a trip. I wouldn’t say this is a great place to stay unless you’re there for a work conference. Seems like the place was built for that rather than making you feel like you’re at a home away from home.

Hintaansa nähden aivan erinomainen hotelli! Merenrannalla, kiva maisema. Loistava aamupala, mutta aivan erityinen kiitos ehkä parhaasta sängystä jossa olen koskaan nukkunut. Sänky oli CARPE DIEM BEDS -luxus sänky. Nukuin niinkuin tukki! Kiitos!! Tulen uudelleen nukkumaan teille! 😄👍🏼👍🏼
