The place is ALWAYS closed when I want to pick up my DHL package! Basically they are open office hours only. Same time as when I am at my work...

the reason is because we had to wait for 15 minutes for picking up our package while the person behind the desk was going through his phone; without looking at us or acknowledging the fact that we were standing there.
