Each time we go to Bauhaus, my sambo would lost on the tools sections, I would lost in the gardening store, We love it, So many options, with various prices, For the gardening, the prices is cheaper then specific gardening stores with similar choices,

Cannot complain about the customer service because it’s non-existent. Some of us don’t have forever to wait for picking up orders. Then I would’ve walked into the store to just buy it myself and walked out.

We had a big issue with countertop, which was a big problem that IKEA put us in, so we went to Bauhaus, there we met a guy named Tony , he helped us and solved the problem for us with a much cheaper price. He was really kind and patient with lots of experiences . Thank you Tony, Thank you Bauhaus 🙏🏻❤️🌹

It was a great experience buying lights in Bauhaus, Järfälla. Tanja, the customer advisor, helped patiently to finalize our purchase. Tack så mycket Tanja !

I would rate this establishment poorly, with zero stars. Our experience as customers left us feeling unsafe and unfairly targeted. The head of security falsely accused us of theft despite providing receipts, in full view of the entire store, and we were not believed. The head of security impeded our exit with our purchases, insisting on a security footage review, which she said would take an unacceptable 24 hours. Following the review, which confirmed our innocence, there was a lack of apology or any expression of empathy for the distress caused to us as loyal and paying customers. Regrettably, even the surrounding staff supported the baseless claims made by the head of security. It is evident that the Järfälla location requires additional training in addressing racism, discrimination, bias, and fundamental principles of customer service. Caution is advised when entering and exiting this establishment.

They didn't cut this material correctly at their cutting service. 80cm cuts ended up varying between 82.2 and 79cm. Big place with lots of great stuff, but probably make your own cuts.

No help from the employees. I felt that I have bothered them when I have asked a question and they have very few workers.

Hard to find help, but once I found it it was great. Alex took his time and even though he is new he tried his best to give us the best info he could.

I had ordered shower cabinet from Bauhaus in the month of January 2022 . The salesman told me that it will surely delivered within 2 weeks as item need to be only transported . i waited for 2 weeks it did not arrive on time and it took 3 weeks to deliver. I needed this item very much as my shower set was not working and it was very difficult have shower . Only reason i ordered shower cabinet was i believed the word of salesman it was in stock and delivered soon. And when my husband went to shop to enquired about the delivery the Manager at Bauhaus Järfälla was saying in way that their sales man never lied and that we lied to them . I did not expect this kind of experiences from reputed Company like you utterly disappointed with service and we suffered a lot without item getting in time . If you need i can provide details

I had a great experience at Bauhaus this weekend. Zivanco helped me a lot. I usually speak in English since my Swedish is very basic, but as he did not speak English, he was very patient while talking to me in Swedish and showed me all the items I needed.

Jose was very helpful in making me search for E27 bulbs with older female sockets (lampedning utan jord)

There has been a quite a improvement from my last visit to Bauhaus Barkarby. There were friendly staff and clear instructions on where to find and what. It was easy to find someone who I can talk to for an item. The store opens at 6am on week days, which is surprising.

Very helpful & good employees named Leo and Michelle today. Happy for their service
