    All of the negative reviews here left me quite worried ahead of my visit, so here's a summary of my first Swedish Healthcare experience, using Helsa: - I needed an updated prescription as I only had one from Ireland. - I contacted Helsa. - I received an appointment for the next day. - I showed up to hospital on time, I checked in, and I was seen to 2 minutes later. - After 5 minutes of chatting with the doctor, I received a prescription for a year. - I paid 200SEK for the whole experience. - It took less than 10 minutes. Only downside? If I had health insurance it would've been free, my own fault. 10/10 experience, socialist healthcare is the best.

    I have been in pain for months and this particular health centre made me wait for months to see a physiotherapist. She was nice and helpful. But when I finally got to see a doctor who recommended an MRI, the district nurse refuses to give me an appointment with the doctor. I wanted to discuss the result of the MRI and succeeding treatment. They booked me for a phone visit in two weeks' time, ignoring the fact that I am constantly suffering severe pain which affect my daily life and routine and effectively gas lighting me. This health centre should not be called Kry because some staff there are power tripping and they neither understand nor embody the word kry.

    Truly the most horrifyingly terrible experience I have had at a doctors office in any country. The doctor they gave me thought she spoke English and then produced a medical note so full of errors it was clear she had no idea what I was saying. I asked for a translator and they instead gave me a phenomenally rude nurse who seemed to take personal offense and ultimately they refused to treat or correct the (erroneous and illegal) document. The front desk staff actually just walked away from me when I tried to file a complaint. Obviously I switched clinics immediately but I dealt with at least five people at this clinic and each was more useless than the next, and they failed to treat my serious medical issue in any way. An absolute joke that should be shut down.

    Too many reschedules at this Center within one day. I won’t suggest this centre if you have fixed schedule. What I understood is they won’t have any respect for other peoples schedules.

    I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, especially if you are non Swedish speaker, find a better place. I am new to Sweden and I hope that this Vårdcentral is an exception and not the norm for healthcare. For over a month I have had a flu and decided it was time to get that checked: it took them over a week to give me an appointment, so when I got there most of the symptoms were gone; the doctor spent most of our appointment time staring at me without saying a word (literally the most awkward interaction I ever had), and at the end of it just said ‘come back if you are sick for longer’. Since I was, I tried booking a new appointment: according to the app it should have taken 3 days to get me one, and that was 1 week ago: nothing (I even said I was in a hurry due to an upcoming event, imagine if I told them to take their time 👀). Honestly, it feels like most doctors I spoke with had no answers, were fully uninterested and almost wanted me to tell them what they need to do.

    Worst vårdcentral because of the nurses. It's nurses are dishonest and can prevent you from getting treatment when you are ill and most in need. It should be illegal to treat people like that as a nurse.
