It would be great to have opportunity to visit toilet without notifying the whole staff about it, and also not all the time door unlock at once, sometimes you have to ask twice, it is kinda not nice to customers who actually come to get some service and comfort. I mean really asking the permission to pee? Seriously 😂 Love the crispy chicken burgers it is pity that McDonald's has only 2 options.

Very polite staff, probably the best ever. Happy meal had a Cheese burger, Small French Fries, Mini carrots, toy or book and soda. Black garlic burger was just amazing.

This is without doubt the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. We visited in the early evening and it wasn't even that busy. My fries were cold and I had to take them back to the counter. The member of staff did apologize for this but service was generally poor. Staff seemed generally tired and demotivated. Many tables remained uncleared and we ended up sitting on a table which smelt of sweaty trainers and was next to the cleaning cupboard. A member of staff used the cupboard whilst we were sitting there. They entered with a bucket labelled 'dirty cloths' and left with another bucket that didn't look much cleaner. I could see the tiles inside the cupboard were splashed with dirty drips of water. When we were given our meals we weren't given napkins or straws for our drinks and so had to go back to fetch some. I needed to visit the bathroom before we left. When I got there the door required a password but I wasn't given one. I asked at the counter for one and instead he let me into the disabled toilet. Unfortunately this toilet was filthy with a waste paper basket full of used sanitary towels and paper overflowing onto the floor. The sink had an abandoned wet paper towel on the side and someone had written on the mirror with what looked like their finger. Please see attached photos for details. I considered reporting the situation to the staff but thought better of it as McDonald's usually has an hourly cleaning rota on display but I couldn't see anything there. As we were leaving the branch I stopped by the door to put on my hat and scarf and could see what looked like a homeless person asleep on a table and an abandoned mop and bucket nearby. Avoid at all costs!

03.08.2020, 8pm. Very slow service! Foods was colder than antarctica!!! Place was so dirty!! Unfriendly stuff! not even a smile on their face, looks like they were forced to works there for free or something!!

Menus here are much better than in France. The spicy nuggets with truffle sauce is my favorite. Service is very fast and stuff very friendly.

Incredible slow service, especially since the order queue was longer than the screen can show. All customers came up to the desk asking for their orders instead of waiting, the staff prioritized the loudest customers and let others wait longer. When the food finally arrived, hot and fresh. But is it worth waiting 45 minutes for two cheeseburgers? Hire more staff? Train staff more? Inform customers more? Maybe before placing order?

Mit Abstand das wieder Liste und eklig Store Restaurant das ich seit langem gesehen habe. Abgesehen davon das ist kein Restaurant ist sondern eher eine Müllhalde ist für Obdachlose hier. Niemanden zu empfehlen, eigentlich 0,0 Sterne!!

Classic cheap fast food! The salad was very fresh. If you are almost out of budget in Stockholm its a saviour!

Very busy the time that I went. But it wasn’t bad to find a seat/table and from there it was easy peazy. A line for their apple pies which are always so good. They sort of got the coffee order incorrect but it worked it fine. Loved the space and entire set up. Great cappuccino! 👍🏾👍🏾 it was pretty empty by the time I left. Check Out my photo.

Clean and tidy, friendly staff. The hamburger itself was fresh and warm and FINALLY the coffee was hot, not lukewarm as it Usually is 90% of the time. 4.5 / 5 for this visit 👍👌😀

I am at this location right now and they ‘cleaned’ the floor. Is stinks SO bad I am almost throwing up. You see that everyone thinks that this is disgusting.

Really has this feel of stickiness. Maybe a lack ventilation? The surroundings feels like its not clean even if it is being cleaned regularly.among the mcdonalds in stockholm this is the only one i really avoid eating inside. Maybe the maangement can improve something soon.

Always come here with friends. Although it can be very busy at times there is always quality service and you can usually find a table. Table service is excellent and the staff actually enjoy their jobs. A very fine example of swedish McDonald's.

It's just an average macdonalds in the centre of stockholm. The food was good and the atmosphere was decent. The only thing about the atmosphere was that there was a chair missing.

No vegan salad or mylk, McVegans are available though. Going to bathroom was a quest. Wifi is good. Service is great.

I like how the McDonald's here is more functional and clean than McDonald's in the UK and USA. There's more options available, including the McShaker fries, which have a mix that includes a sachet of jalapeño, chilli powder, oregano and paprika mix to dash on and mix in a bag. The facilities have the opportunity to reduce the carbon footprint through filtering rubbish with some recycling.

Wanted a quick affordable meal, nothing unusual or unexpected. Got what I wanted. One particular staff was helpful as she spoke English.

a normal McDonald's, the food has been fresh and hot each time ive eaten here. although they often mess up delivery orders.

Decent McD but McD overall in Sweden is slipping badly. Prices are up service and availebility is down a lot. McD has misunderstood what their product is in a bad way and it is starting to show. Max is taking over in availebility an BK in product and McD has lost its edge in time.

A go-to place for those who are rushing and in need of a familiar comfort food. For an Asian, portions here are bigger than back home so I just usually order the kid's meal otherwise I won't be able to finish the burger if I order the regular meal. But it depends if you're famished, of course. This McDonald's is directly in front of the movie theater in Hötorget.

For a tourist, especially if the credit card is lost, this is a savior. At least I could eat. Everywhere else I was turned away, because they don't accept cash. McDonald's basically saved me

We were only like 4 customers in the "restaurant" and it took really long for us to have our food. The restaurant is not very clean as well as you can see on the picture.
