Not recommended. Until they learn proper customer service etiquette, I do not recommend going there. They are nice during a good sittuation but during a bad situation, they are nasty and have no adab in speaking to a paying customer. No matter how much the customer is being rude or shout, you run a business so learn how to talk to difficult customers. Don’t go to their level and start being defensive, raising tone of voice and then blame the customer for raising their voice as a result from being spoken in a rude manner or being shouted at. I believe only one of their staff who had no authority was the only soft spoken and ber adab. Update; I came there with his eyes just having an infection and was treated with medicine that was unnecessary!!!! My cat was subjected to 2 injections, more antibiotic and inflammatory!! I told them only eyes!! My cat was healthy, he was active and have a healthy appetite! The doctor try to convince what is given to my cat was necessary!! He tried to convince me he had a fever when I looked back at my picture that I took of his weight and temperature, he was NOT!! My cat is limped, the fur is dry and he does not want to eat or drink and the doctor raised his voice to me dominantly trying to convince me HE is the doctor and he knows more than me!! I’m glad at the end he reluctantly without ikhlas refunded me so I can use that money to reverse the damage he has done to my cat!! I asked for consultation to 2 reputable vets and they told me all the medicine given my cat was UNECESSARY AND COULD HAVE BEEN TREATED WITH JUST ANTIBIOTIC EYEDROPS! I TALKED TO SEVERAL PEOPLE AND I AM NOT SURPRISE MAJORITY SAID THIS PLACE MISDIAGNOSED AND OVERCHARGED THEM. I was disappointed they didn’t take action to review to warn any of us! I don’t care they try to convince me their customers are happy with them, an immature and tactless way of telling me they could not do anything wrong and they provide good service. this is happening to MY CAT and I received nothing but BAD SERVICE. IF MY BABY DIES, YOUR ARAB DOCTOR WILL PAY THE PRICE FOR HIS IGNORANCE, EGO AND INCOMPETENCY.

Thank you for the great service! I'm also really glad that this clinic is open till 10pm because most of the cat emergencies (for me, at least) happens late in the afternoon or at night so by the time I wanted to go to a vet, everywhere is always closed. This is the only reliable vet clinic out there. And the doctor actually checked my pets thoroughly instead of injecting them immediately. Love this place. It's definitely most recommended.

Over charge and gave unnecessary general anesthetics

Went there to have my pet checked recently, and clearly, you were supposed to be there with your pet when the vet is consulting BUT the assistant said, we cannot go in! I mean, how will the vet know the update of my pet?? Are they going to magically use telekinesis to communicate with my pet? Better yet, HOW AM I going to know what my vet has to say during the consulting? Gosh. And they speak REALLY soft, like, you're wearing facial mask for God's sake, at least SPEAK UP. All in all, I hope you the best but I'm not coming back. Thanks.

Please never come here for your pet treatments. Dr Elnemr himself tried to kill our pet. He is a butcher at this point. His response to the treatment to our pet is to trust is experience and the way his system works. He had full knowledge that his treatment would overload our pet and eventually will lead to our pet’s death. If we were to continue his treatment, we would have aided in killing our pet. He does not treat to heal or help, he will take it to his own hands to finish the job and have the audacity to say “now it’s in God’s hands.” Never ever come here, he will kill your pet! I would highly highly recommend to go to other clinics. Other doctors have told us that his treatment was absolutely unnecessary as his course of treatment would’ve killed our pet given our pet’s history.

Do not bring your pets here if they’re suffering from internal problems. We brought our cat because she wasn’t eating or drinking, and initially we were told it was due to dehydration. She didn’t have a fever either, but immediately the vet injected her with antibiotics and another type of medication, as well as administered drippings. And we were told to leave the room when they were about to inject her. They prescribed us with medication to give at home afterwards, but two days later, our cat was still unwell and even vomited blood (twice) a day after our first visit. So, we visited the vet again, only to have our cat stay the whole day for an IV drip again, this time because her temperature had dropped. Furthermore, without even consulting us, they went ahead and injected her again with two medications, while we weren’t present at the vet. We were only told when we came back to pick her up. They also said they suspect she might have liver problems, but this being after the fact that they’ve already injected different types of medication into her. Less than two hours after leaving the vet (with more medication to give at home), our cat suffered a seizure and passed. If we could take any serious action against this vet, we would. For now, we implore anyone reading this to please send your pet somewhere else, or get a second opinion from another vet if you have any doubts.

The veterinarian being so rude to my sister, He shouted to my sister just bcs she didn't bring the cat cage all along. It was an emergency bcs of the cat is sick from 9liv. So far it was a bad review from us bcs they didn't tell all the details for what happened to our cat. Just by giving a medicine for $37.

Vet was shouting to me for no reason, I was just trying to get more iodine for my cat, and he asked me many questions what type of medicine etc, i showed him everything and review from other vet, but rather than giving me a good explanation they cant give me the iodine, he shouted at me again to bring my cat, because just telling me iodine is a ‘controlled’ drug. Since when?? Im asking for just a few packed iodine+cotton not the whole damn bottle. Honestly if u guys dont want to give me then simply dont? I dnt have time to argue, its their lost not mine. U couldve asked nicely rather than u shouted at me, it wasnt even raising ur voice, it was simply shouting.

Neither bad nor good. One of our dogs woke up in the middle of her surgery, so we were charged extra for the extra anestesia (40 BND extra, and they should have known the exact amount of anestesia in advance because they weighed her prior to the surgery) They also made us wait for almost two hours, to get our cat treated, but the vet left and we were told to wait another 3 hours for the vet to come back, because he leaves for break and comes back at 4 pm. We had to go and find someone else to treat the cat. The place is okay and they have many patients, which is good, they come to your house and treat your pets in the intimacy of your home which is also great; hence the three stars but the experience of the wrong dose of anestesia with our dog and 5 hours of waiting for the vet to give an injection to our cat makes us more likely to try better luck elsewhere.

Turns out this place kills more pets instead of saving them. Try somewhere else.

READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS VET! Worse vet we have ever experienced, there were no professionalism the moment we step into the clinic, as if he was already tired of providing us service. Brought a stray cat to be checked, secured in a cage. During the initial check-up the cat panicked and escaped, running around the clinic (obviously its a stray cat). Instead of actually being calm and professional, and supposedly helping us with securing the already panicked cat, the ‘doctor’ himself was having his own meltdown, starts screaming at us, not helping with the situation at all, whilst we were trying our best to secure the cat, to a point where i was bitten and scratched so bad I had to visit a hospital after that. Kudos to his son who was very helpful, acted calm and professional, we managed to secure the cat while the ‘doctor’ screamed and had his own little meltdown. Please visit other vets instead of this one, your pet will appreciate the extra drive rather than being assessed by this so-called ‘doctor’.
