👍 A beautiful upper-storey cafe restaurant with nice views of the gardens. Food and drinks are unique and tasty. For snacks, we had the har cheong frog legs which were crispy and tender, apple pie with milk ice cream, and pink lemonade to quench our thirsts after an afternoon’s walk. Food was good, we recommend the chicken poppers, scrambled eggs. The rosti was a little too oily and the spaghettini had a little too much sauce. Service was good and the place was busy but had a nice atmosphere. Milkshakes are HIGHLY recommended.

I can't say I expected much from a Burger joint in botanic garden because at this point I just feel allergic to expensive burgers, but this really changed the game for me. The burger (we got the bacon cheese and mushroom cheese) is a bar style burger. Thick, juicy, nice crust on the outside, buns toasted, cheese melted, and the caramelized onions are significantly better than most of the other caramelized onions I've had in the past *Side note: for whatever reason, gourmet burger joints typically can't resist the urge to turn caramelized onions into some weird sweet-sour paste with no resemblance to the initial ingredient and I've honestly always hated it when they did that* So yeah I'm really passionate about caramelized onions that taste like onion. Would recommend the bacon burger 13/10. The sourdough-mushroom soup combo looks unassuming, but really just blew me out of the water. this sourdough slice is the perfect thickness, perfectly buttered, perfectly toasted. The soup is rich, thick, creamy and everything you can ask of a mushroom soup. All the basics are checked, and the flavor pushes it from "good" to "excellent" The only thing I won't recommend is the onion ring side. Underwhelming at best, and the coating is so tough it separates to form a separate ring from the onion. I'd assume they didn't bother removing the inner membrane of the onion before battering and frying. A thick dough-type batter also doesn't work in this application. Onion rings isn't a dish that needs innovation, a simple tempura batter would've been perfect. A tempura coat would even lend itself to better dipping sauce retention. The one redeeming point is the curry dipping sauce, but I don't order onion rings for the sauce. This dish in this restaurant confuses me, because up to this point I assumed that they understand getting the basics down is far more important than doing something fancy and weird. That's what they did for their soup and burgers. Supermarket onion rings taste better than this. If not for the onion rings, I'd give this place a 9/10 and just bump it to 5 stars. If they improve on this, I'd really love it

Great to be back here again after sooo long! The kids were very young when I first visited this place and it’s great to be back. The burgers were amazing like it was years ago. Totally beefy and generous. The rosti is always very tasty and coffee is great. I really a great place for brunch or lunch or just any occasion. Ambience is pretty and warm.

Having brunch here is a quite nice experience. The burger, all day breakfast and coffees are all nice even in the busiest time. Although we just have 1 hour dining time, eventually the time is good enough.

We always love our meals at Relish and have been going for years now. As a dating couple and till now my elder child is 6yo! Food quality is consistent and always taste the same throughout all these years and never changed. My absolute favourite is the Crabmeat Linguine which I order every time I am here. This time my 3yo daughter polished off more than half of it so I ordered the Oyster Omelette Spaghettini to try too. It was a tad spicy for me but still a decent fusion dish. Although I prefer to my usual orders 😅. Also really love that onion rings are real onions! and not the freeze packs. Will be back again and again!

Had a chill Friday evening with my ex colleague at this place we found at the eleventh hour as we fussed over an easier location for the both of us. We were probably not expecting much, so we got pleasantly surprised with the food quality. The beef shepherd’s pie he had is well-seasoned with some fragrant herbs that sets it apart from any shepherd’s pie I’ve ever had. Definitely something I’ll be back for. My crab linguine, topped with an extra order of sunny side-up, comes with generous servings of crab (albeit not in chunks but shreds). A comfortable place for catch-up, not too crowded that you need to shout over each other, and not too deserted that you need to whisper your secrets.

Heard about them because of their izakaya but decided to come on new year's eve for a meetup with my friend. While the names of the food sounded creative, I wished they tasted as nice as they seemed. Overall I thought the food was quite average for the prices they were charging and it's not likely that I will return.

The service was good and friendly . The burger was good and juicy. Onion rings was crispy and addictive with the curry dip. Bangers and rosti cannot make it . Rosti taste no butter at all and not nicely pan fried . The sangria was refreshing and to our liking.

Visited on a sat around 1130am, had a table for us immediately! Food was not bad, a little on their pricier side but overall quite good. Fries was thicker, burger was juicy. Personally didn’t like my pasta so thin but the flavour was nice

After a leisurely visit to Botanic Gardens, we had our meal at Relish in Cluny Court. As it was mid-afternoon, it was not crowded and there were many available tables. A nice change from an otherwise busy restaurant during Covid times. Our order of burgers was good and served with crisp greens and chunky chips. With four other occupied tables, we enjoyed our meal in quiet surroundings.

Great restaurant in a beautifully historic building, but the staff are worth a specific call out here. We went as a family and the youngest child in our group took possession of his apple juice and immediately dumped it across the table. While we were apologetic, the staff were quick, professional, and understanding - they cleaned up and made sure we still felt welcome. Without fanfare or a word from us, our waiter also quietly replaced the little guy's apple juice. It was a small gesture and was done subtly, but it spoke volumes about the waiter's professionalism and thoughtfulness. It really made an impact on our overall experience. Even without that; the food was delicious, the decor tasteful, and the coffee worth revisiting.

The sweet potato fries here are better than usual because of their curry sauce dip. We enjoyed the crabmeat linguine and burgers (mushroom and wild rocket) too. Chocolate milkshake was quite fail though as it was too sweet and just tastefully like hershey's. Still, pretty ambiance and nice for groups.

Ordered the 200g wagyu burger $22.80, hae bee hiam spaghetti $22.80, and pink elephant $7. I must say this is one amazing burger, beef is lightly charred but moist inside, bun is soft and fragrant (think is potato bun), and the sauce just brings everything together yum! The hae bee hiam spaghetti is delicious, very flavourful and savoury! I highly recommend to try this restaurant!

Went for a quick brunch with wife after dropping the kiddos. A very good place for brunch! Good cuppa latte, good environment and more important good food! Their burgers are a must to try! They have quite extensive menu for a brunch. Will definitely return with the kiddos since they also offered kids menu. Thank you

Happened to walk into this cosy place. So beautifully decorated in Christmas ambience. Lucky to be sitted next to the Christmas Tree and smell Christmas too.... Food was surprising unique and delicious. Had a simple nice Toufu salad, oyster omelete in special and prawn paste frog legs... wasnt hungry and selected light meal. Definitely will return to try brunch and dinner.

Came here because the Da Paolo was full. Nice decoration and the cafe was bright. Food was ok, the mini prata was an outstanding. One of the staffs was cleaning and placed the finished dishes on our next table when we were dining.

Visited this cafe on a late Sunday afternoon and managed to get a table. Nice and quiet place with cosy interior design. The Cheesy Truffle Fries and muffins are really good. Perfect for a tea time snack.

Relish has very interesting flavor combinations that makes it stand out as a cafe. My husband and I love the blue cheese and pear burger. Having grown up in the US, he is very specific about what makes a good burger (only a few spots in SG make the mark). This is our second time back for the burger and it did not disappoint. The patty itself was very flavorful. The blue cheese was subtle because of the brilliant pairing with the pear. We changed our sides to onion rings, which had a nice light but crunchy batter and a winner sauce - curry mayo! We also added a sunny side up egg just because Relish cooks it perfectly - crispy bottom and runny yolk. On top of that, I am sucker for chicken tail, which is not commonly found. The Relish chicken tail was so juicy and flavorful and came with a side of egg yolk to dip the chicken tail in. The place itself is located on the 2nd floor of Cluny Court. It was nice and quiet even for a Sunday dinner slot. This was perfect as we wanted to have dinner away from the crowds after an afternoon hike. It’s conveniently located across the Botanic Gardens MRT Interchange (and entrance) so it is a great stopover after enjoying the gardens too.

Our 3rd time visiting and still love the food here. We choose something different today and totally love it! Do give the salad a try, very refreshing! Would definitely be back again.

We have come here so many times and food has been consistently good. Service staff are always kind and friendly to our children, making them feel welcome and happy with child-friendly food. Today I also saw that at another table, the service staff very gently moved another child’s hand away from the table before she slowly pushed in the baby chair closer to the table. Service staff was careful and looked out for the child when she was at the table. The fish collagen soup udon I tried today was comforting and not too salty, and the other dishes we order did not disappoint. Service staff also gave me chilli padi to go with my fish soup. <3 The extra thoughtfulness of the service staff here is the cherry on top of the cake.

Situated right next to the botanical mrt station. We order a turnip salad and a chicken salad. Sour dough and egg. All good. Except the chicken slices were so tough it’s impossible to cut and bite.

My favourite brunch place of all time beside Botanical Gardens. Never mind the 1hr seating because I’m mostly done within the timing! Great coffee and amazing avocado toast! The staffs are mostly friendly and warmth, paid attention to my wheelchair bound mom. Absolutely love this place!

Nice setting for a catch up. Wild Rocket burger was okay. Portion size was just right to leave room for dessert - apple tart and lemon tart were pretty good. Friendly and helpful staff.

Visited this cafe after watching Chef Willin Low parade a variety of innovative mod-sin dishes such as a laksa risotto, a hae mee Panna Cotta and a iberico pork satay on Food Affair with Mark Weins. Alas, only the last dish is available on the menu. The staff told us that the other two dishes was created just for the show. I was not impressed with the answer. Firstly, if those dishes are not available, why showcase them on the show. Outright dishonest and disrespectful to the intelligence of the viewer. What a fake out. Of course they had to fake it for a Singapore Tourism Board-sponsored show. The rest of the dishes are more generic and not as innovative. Nothing to write home about what with those done-to-death breakfast platters and pastas. The exception is the mini krapow prata pizza. Its name is really misleading because it’s neither a prata nor a pizza, but rather a French pastry topped with spicy minced chicken. It’s really good though and the only dish I tried that I though lived up to its ‘mod-sin’ label. Oh wait, this is a combination of French and Thai cuisines. I feel this cafe has lost its identity. And to have to resort to a lie is just sad. Would avoid this disappointment that is touted as the ‘father of mod-sin’ by Food Affair with Mark Weins. Shame on u.

Quality has really gone down while prices have gone up! I spent 30$+ for that bowl of Krapow Bee tai mak and 1 beer!! The Krapow was tasteless and pathetic! I remember having it a year ago and it used to be nice. Now the standards have dropped! Disappointed!

We had the mushroom and double cheeseburger which was well presented with a balanced portion of fries and salad. Even though the meat was not substantial, it was juicy and tasty. The sauté mushroom and melted cheese complimented well. We also enjoyed the crabmeat tomato linguine. The linguine pasta had the right texture and thickness that paired well with the sauce filled with small chunks of crabmeat. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor in Cluny Court. This is along Bukit Timah Road and is conveniently accessible by MRT (Botanical) and if you drive, just note the carpark is small. Overall, recommended to visit especially during lunch when other shops in Cluny Court are open.

Sunday brunch is mediocre, small portion, no drink. What especially bad is the service. The waitress was very impatient. She even prompted us to leave and saying the table was reserved. Why didn’t she mention this to us when she assigned the table to us and gave us a surprise? And there were plenty of vacant tables at that time!

looks little but actually v filling portion. the rosti was actually rlly generous. enjoyed the meal a lot, and v cute deco on the board. atmosphere is nice and spacious enough even though there were many customers. the mocha wasn’t sweet enough so I had to ask for a bit more chocolate l refill. other than that it was a v pleasant and chill experience. good customer service from the waiter (it looked like he was the only one busy on the floor - kudos for quick service).

My to go place when I visit the botanic! They have nice pomodoro Spaghetti🍝 which my daughter loves to eat. Relish Never fails! Yoana literally left with a satisfying tummy all the time. This time I ordered a pink lemonade, it was great and helps to relief some heat. The crab meat Spaghetti is great too, too much crab meat. Lol 😆 It's a wonderful place to dine!

Tried here before many years back.. Met up with my girlfriend for dinner and she suggested Relish. Menu had a decent spread. We decided to order 2 mains to share and leave some space for dessert. We ordered: 1. Seafood Burger - seafood patty binded well together with generous amount of seafood that can be tasted - Well seasoned that wasn't overly salty - portion was decent and fries were nicely fried to crisp yet not dry 2. Mushroom and Cheese Beef Burger - would appreciate it to be more juicy but that being said, my doneness for the patty was medium well. Like maybe for juice from the mushrooms and slices of them can be little bigger so that once gets the bite of it. What I appreciated was for the sides, options were given to select from such as fries, salad or half of each. In this way, patrons get to enjoy best of both worlds. Service staff were polite and offered to get kitchen to half the burgers for easy sharing. We took half of each Burger and by the time we were done, we were full. Cost: $54

A comfy cozy little jem that I could sit for hours. Excited to have breakfast during at 4PM, but I arrived too late. So, I settled for soup and pasta instead. Their pasta was the star of my lunch. The mushroom soup wasn't bad, but it wasn't memorable either, the add on bread boosted my experience with the soup. Mojito was a definite pleasant delight! Had a few hiccups at the start of my visit, but not enough to defer me from a second visit. To better my experience, should I visit again, I would ask for a physical menu. I'm not a fan of QR code menu, but that's just me. If you enjoy avoiding human interactions, you'll be pleased to know that not only can you scan to view their menu, you could also order and pay through it too.

Ordered the beer battered fish and chip. Love it, fish are crisp and fries fried with skin give it an flavorful taste. I can’t get enough of the tartare sauce. The cafe give a cosy feel with hanging plants decor and children books on the bookshelf. Would love to try other dishes next time.
