I see I’m not the only one that bought a wedding ring here who’s diamond just completely fell off the mount, that should tell you enough. When I finally made the far trip back to show them the wedding ring that I had for LESS than two years with the missing diamond, the man working there could literally care less. Not even an apology or the slightest courtesy, and especially not a discount or any help offered. These people not only have terrible quality of jewelry (especially wedding rings) but they do not respect peoples hard earned money or care for customer service. I guess they figured I would just dish out another few grand like nothing, just to have the diamond fall back out as this gentleman’s review below me. Spend the money and go to a real jewelry store trust me.

No one should EVER shop here!!! I took 40 pounds of sterling silver to them to sell. Today silver is worth $24.31 an ounce (40 lbs X 16). That totals almost $16,000. The owner (wife) offered me a little over $100. I told them that they are messing w/the wrong African American woman. I’m the daughter of The Most High GOD! I feel sorry for their daughter. She’s beautiful but she is being raised by crooks. Also, I believe they thought I was younger. The melanin…the beautiful added bonus of being a descendant of kings & queens.

In my years of purchasing fine jewelry, I have never come across a business with such high-quality, fast service, and excellent merchandise at a great price. I have worked with Jewelry Depot on several occasions regarding a necklace and a ring (the ring was purchased elsewhere) over the course of the past year and each and every time, the staff has gone above and beyond in their service and delivery of excellent results. The two stories below illustrate why I would recommend Jewelry Depot to anyone as the premiere jeweler in, at the least, the Southeastern United States. 1. I purchased a stunning sapphire and diamond necklace in August 2019 (see for yourself in the attached photos!). From the start, the VP Sean had an excellent attention to detail, making sure I got the best white gold chain to ensure my comfort while wearing it and the piece's longevity. Here is the even better part of the story: unfortunately the necklace was stolen from my rental car during a vacation in a remote part of Spain. I wore the necklace every day and was heartbroken! By the time my insurance provider sent me the check to cover a replacement, COVID-19 had hit in Hong Kong, the origin of the pendant. As no other design would do, I contacted Sean at JD to help me replace the piece. Despite the dire state of manufacturing in Hong Kong, Sean's excellent relationship with the producer of the pendant ensured I was able to get the exact same necklace replaced within an extremely short time period given the Pandemic. If that doesn't speak to the caliber of Jewelry Depot's employees, then I challenge you to tell me a better story of your interactions with any jewelry store. 2. Years ago in Playa del Carmen, I purchased an inexpensive tanzanite and white sapphire ring. As this ring has sentimental value, I have taken many measures to keep it looking as good as new. Amazingly, after I brought it to Jewelry Depot for resizing and cleaning, it looked better than new! Their on-site jeweler Leo is a true craftsman... not only did the ring (which was once falling off) fit perfectly, before looking at the bill, I thought the sapphires had been replaced with diamonds because they shone so brightly! Sean also gave me exhaustive instructions about how to best care for the ring. Another win for me thanks to Jewelry Depot! In summary, if you want to find a jewelry store that truly cares about the customer, both before and after the sale, there is nowhere better to establish a long-term relationship with a jewelry store than Jewelry Depot.

I went there back in June of 2020 to get a new mounting for my wife’s engagement ring. Real nice people it was husband and wife the owners. They asked why I never got my ring there in the first place when I bought it, and that if I had bought there I would not be having issues with it. I spend about 3K to fix her wending band and get the new mounting for the engagement ring. Everything is good and happy. Fast forward to July 2021 and the mounting has a diamond that fell out. My wife goes to the store and there is a manager now. He states he has no record of our purchase, that they don’t keep receipts and she would need to produce one. He also states that either way there is no warranty. I find this unbelievable since I was sold on the service they would provide. Pretty convenient that they can’t find the receipt since I paid in cash, I own a business and the IRS requires me to save them for 7 years. We got the ring fixed, paid $233. Was told that’s the price. I hope it’s worth it to lose a customer over this! Best of luck, avoid this place!!

I just received my custom made eternity band from Jewelry Depot and the ring is dazzling, all the diamonds scintillate regardless of poor light conditions and that’s when you know you got the best quality ever! The Jewelry Depot team was super friendly and responsive, they provided me with different options of diamond sizes, diamond count, price point, etc. until I was satisfied with what I was looking for. They’re awesome and super fast at creating and delivering what you request, I would come back and do business with them!

This review is long overdue. I went to Jewelry Depot to fix a few eyeglass frames and a little girl's earring (a family heirloom passed down to my daughter). I walked in there with my rambunctious kids and these folks were super nice -- great customer service. They went obove and beyond to fix the earrings. This place has really nice jewelry and great repair work as well. I will definitely be back.

One of the best experiences at a jewellery store. Katy and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. This is a family-run business m and it felt very trustworthy, like the family jeweler I had back in Itay. I first went to Jewelry Depot over ten years ago when buying an engagement and wedding ring for my wife, after hearing a glowing endorsement from a radio personality; beautiful ring! The best part is the customer service from Ted (owner) and Lillian (so sweet and attentive.) My personal experience with these jewelers turned out as a pleasant one. Happened to walk in on a Wednesday before a closed Thursday due to a Jewish holiday. The bracelet repair completed on a Saturday. Customer here without a single complaint about the extended wait! Reason: I came in right before closing on that Wednesday. The store was closed on a Friday due to a family emergency. Their was a printed posted sign on the front door indicating as much. Received the repair completion notification and walked out with a satisfied aura! A very professional establishment.
