Mark did a building inspection for me on 25 June 2020, for the house I am buying. Marks price was good, he was friendly and seemed very thorough. I attended the inspection and he took me around and showed me the things he had found. He explained everything really well, told me what needed attention and what just needed to be monitored. His report included photos for every point so that I could actually see what he was talking about. He even gave me advice for some changes we are thinking of making to the house.
