Great drink options. The drink options are refreshing and the friendly service is nice. I've been her many times now and it's friendly service each time. They clarify the sweetness of the chosen drink very well when asked. This place is also great for those wanting non-gelatin/vegan toppings. Had various drinks from top 20 (not all pictured) and all have been really great. Has become my go-to bubble tea store in Sunnybank now!

Edit: I love the arrogance of the owner’s response. It’s not about the money - it was the principle. Thank you for confirming your approach on customer service :) Went to order signature pearl milk tea. Advised they ran out of pearls so I asked for pudding as a topping. They charged me to include pudding as it was a different topping to the pearls (again, they ran out of pearls but wanted to charge me additional for topping). Super polite about it when I questioned and explained it is “only an extra 85 cents” but it just seemed unreasonable that the customer incur this charge when they ran out of pearls.

Very disappointed with the service. We were served by an older woman who was quite racist and discriminating. She rudely questioned our choices when we were ordering. Yelled at us saying they only do 100% sugar level when we asked for 50%. We also did not order the hello kitty cups, but charged us for it without letting us know. We noticed the people she served after us who were of Asian ethnic groups- she was VERY friendly and treated them with a smile. Being a person of colour, we were shocked by how we were treated and this discrimination was disgusting to see.

A new favourite boba spot for me. This place has very creative tea flavours but what’s impressive is the thoughtfulness of the staff for their customers.

This place does seriously good bubble tea. Friendly staff, awesome spot and well priced! It can get busy, so be prepared for that if you come later in the evening! Worth a visit

It's taken me ages to visit and the one time I did pop in whilst in the centre I accidentally started a Gotcha Hello Kitty cup collection 🙊 Ordered a barley green tea with milk foam ($7). The drink was decent though not particularly memorable. Would consider returning when I'm next in the area.

I was there to buy a bubble tea at that time. I definitely saw you Ngoc. The new bubble tea hasn’t large size, you still no happy when you came back after even staff already notice your friend and made it, then you got a refund, and you still argue with staff, I often go to the shop as a regular, and many people like the shop and respond to customers with great fun. I thought you looked funnier and weirder when you were making a fuss in the store.

The shop advised the cup price for large size (matcha coffee) then turned out it was only smaller size (still even more expensive than other large size cup). Old female staff without any apology presented bad attitude but insisted customer to take it because it was already made. Usually I wouldnt mind but with the rude attitude, I declined and asked for refund. Edit: even the cup they made missed cheese form that we paid extra topping for, found out on the way home and couldnt be bothered to return for another argument.

Partner and I got a few teas after lunch. While the shop was mostly full - the staff were genuinely still so bubbly and lovely! Despite being busy, the man that took our order still allowed us to pick which Pokemon cups to get. Rare to have such excellent, genuine service. Teas were delicious and not overly sweet. Thanks Gotcha team ❤️

The honey lemon green tea was great. And the staff was so friendly. I will go back again soon.

what a super cute tea shop!!! the staff here are so incredibly friendly and funny!!! super super nice and helpful~ it was my first time trying gotcha and the lady recommended i get their fruit tea~ i got the lychee green tea with mini pearls i got attracted to come in due to their collab with hello kitty, the cups and bags are TOO cute!!!!!! definitely will be coming back to collect more cups!!!! the tea was pretty good!!! i forgot to get less sugar but luckily it wasn’t too sweet~ they have a real tea flavour to their drinks, not pre mixed at other places or cheap tea~ my friend got a oolong tea which i tried and was super earthy and bitter which is the beauty of oolong~ personally not for me but she said it was good! overall definitely try out gotcha! four stars due to their price, it’s a tad steep~

Good range of options on the menu. There are not many places that can make decent coffee and tea at the same place., they have seasonal drinks which may appease some customers . I heard from friends there are apps that offer 50% discount for their drinks. And you can purchase their recyclable bottles to reduce waste. A must visit whenever I am around that areas.

I've tried out many tea places around Brisbane, and this is one of the best! I love that they farm their own tea and use fruit puree in their fruit teas. Very friendly staff that know their stuff and treat their customers well. They also have a cute logo :)

Great bubble tea at Pinelands Plaza. I got the Taro Milk Bubble Tea with less sugar (75%) which was refreshing on a hot sunny day. I think I should have ordered with even less sugar as it was still quite sweet with 75% sugar.

The Pokémon cup is made of plastic and can be reused. The printing on the outer packaging is of good quality. The store clerk is very friendly and polite. I bought drink No. 11, it tastes great

Told the staff no sugar but she rekon taste bad without it. So I said minimum sugar as possible. Still sweet tho and I thought it’s the fruits that makes it sweet after I drank the whole cup find out it’s actually 75% sugar level. Not happy drink with that much sugar :(
