TERRIBLE! We came here today for bubble tea…. please save your money and don’t bother coming here. The worker out the front, a girl with glasses is extremely rude! She has zero experience of what customer service is, sits on her phone in front of customers and doesn’t even bother to say hi ?! Very disappointing.

We went to G.U Tea multiple times to get the pancakes. They only make them in the last couple of hours of their trading hours. The staff said that a person that starts at 7pm is the only one who can make the pancakes, and if they’re busy then they won’t make them. The pancakes make up half of their dessert menu yet they HARDLY serve them. So disappointing!

Best souffle pancake in Brisbane!!!!! Service is amazing and the staff is so polite and patient to communicate and explain their menu to me as I was indecisive and also couldnt read Chinese. Big love and big shoutout to them! Highly recommend!!!

3.5 ⭐️ - super cute interior & decent selection of desserts at reasonable pricing. The service however was super slow & they're understaffed (dessert took a while to come out). Also, it's super noisy inside when it's packed. Tried the Mango sago pomelo & would highly recommend! Generous portion, love the pannacotta in the middle. Not super sweet and overall super delightful! Would be keen to come back to try their other desserts 🍨

Been here twice now. Each time has always been a great experience. Love their flavours in desserts and drinks. The souffle pancakes were amazing! My favourite was the caramel pearls which wasn't what I ordered haha but the matcha with red beans was still satisfying.

Wanna try their soufflé for a long time, as it take long time to prepare. So remember not go there in last minutes. The staff are friendly. Notify me first before took the order. The salt egg really matched with it. If you order it on Monday to Thursday also have promotion discount.

We are there every week, we've tried almost every bubble tea place in Brisbane and GUT is the best. the osmanthus tea is divine, the boba are the perfect consistency and there are plenty of jellies and other creative toppings to choose from.

Very nice space with a very modern design. Drinks are delicious with very unique toppings (such as small taro balls that has the texture of little mochi's in your drink). I enjoyed that their taro milk tea isn't bright purple compared to other stores but there's not much taro taste *i think they messed up my order* but I can forgive that because they're new and it was packed when we ordered.

Favourite Asian dessert place in Brisbane ❤️generous portions and a great selections of toppings to choose from. Reasonable price and would recommend this place to anyone that enjoys Asian desserts!

I don't understand how Hulk Lemon is a recommended drink. It don't taste good. Hulk not happy :(

This bubble tea shop has a decent amount of indoor seating, friendly staff and reasonable wait times. You can customise I've and sugar levels in most drinks. They will even do some fruit blends with no added sugar (unlike some other stores). The cheese foam/cloud is tasty and is a generous serving. I really enjoy the watermelon crush with cloud. I recommend giving this place a try.

Yummy deserts, so glad this place opened up as we’ve been missing refreshing Asian deserts! 😋 definitely recommended, nothing on the menu has disappointed us so far!

Nice place for dessert, have ordered drinks here before and their fermented rice with grass jelly. Taste is as expected, no issues.

Very disappointed with the dessert. Small portion, only half fill the takeaway bowl and can’t find all the said ingredients. The whole presentation is the opposite as what’s photographed.

When I first came here, I was disappointed that the pancake was deflated. But holy snap! It was amazing. Went back the second time and it looks and taste amazing. Sorry but my fiancé’s wallet will go on a diet very soon 🤣

Whenever we eat nearby, we always here come for desserts. After our Saturday dinner, we visited this place and ordered our usual.

When we arrived at 14:00today, almost everything on the menu was sold out. What a joke! There is only one staff and I think that she did not want to make it. So, just saying everything was so out! Try to avoid this place if you want sth sweet.

Newly opened tea store, place is clean and staff are friendly. Price range is decent and has quite a variety of drinks. Tried the oolong salted egg milk tea which was quite an interesting change from your usual milk tea. They also sell herbal/grass jelly with taro ball etc toppings if you want a dessert rather than a drink.

Yummy and fresh desserts! Nice and polite staff! Would go back again and try their drinks! Their soufflé pancakes was a delight!
