Hi there, I bought bags of garden soil today and almost in the car park getting ready to put in my car. A young man called Connor who works for Bunnings. Browns Plains asked If I’d like him to put them in my car after he took his trolleys inside. I was most appreciative as I’ve just had knee replacement and I’ve got a dodgy back It’s good to see we’ve got some young people out there that still care about us that are getting older. I really appreciate his help. Be good if you could bring this up in a team meeting thanks very much Connor

My Review doesn't pertain to the store itself it is in regards to a pleasant customer service experience I had with a staff member named Michael (from memory) The staff member with the aboriginal art work on his arm. Michael was so helpful , knowledgeable , friendly and approachable even though it was he who approached us to ask if we needed a hand . We have been coming to this Bunnings for 11 years and most of the staff members are a bit ''how you going'' some are down right rude and most of the time you have to chase them around the store just to get some help- but I was pleasantly surprized by Michael and I wanted to take time to write this review so management know they have a fabulous staff member down there, which I know the general public would appreciate. I certainly did , Good job Michael keep up the great work !

Great place to get what you want when you want it,most staff very friendly and helpful i get most of my plants here too. Today,I needed some garden soil, going late in the day, means less traffic and much quieter.😀

Service at this Browns Plains store is still on the decline, I needed a piece of wood cut this afternoon, asked a lady staff member if she could help out, she passed it over to a nearby male staff member to action, I went back to the saw cutting area, "Adrian" the Bunning elite staff member that was assigned to cut the timber for myself and another customer that was also waiting, started dawdling towards us while fixated on what I thought was one of the shop's handheld computer devices, he finally got to where myself and the other customer who was patiently waiting, when Adrian finally got to where we were waiting, he was still what I thought, was entering data into this handheld device for another couple of minutes, then finally finished and ready to serve me, that's when I noticed it wasn't a shop computer device, it was his own mobile phone he had been texting messages to someone apparently far more important that the two insufficient Bunnings customers that had been waiting patiently to be served. Luckily Adrian isn't indictive of all Bunnings staff, I have met some good people there, that try to be as helpful as they can, rather than the odd rude and obnoxious one that has no customer ethics what so ever.

Going to Bunnings and not getting a sausage on bread and a can of soft drink is like going to Disneyland and not looking at Mickey Mouse. If I ever win the lottery, I'm going to Bunnings to buy everything I want. If only the news agency would sell me the correct numbers.

This is the best Bunnings I've visited, it's absolutely huge! And I mean huge! I'm sure it has whatever you need, in fact there is too much choice which I don't suppose is a bad thing for the consumer. I went in for garden tools and couldn't make up my mind on what to buy as there was so much to choose from! The place was pretty busy but I managed to get through self checkout without queueing which was a bonus. I'll be using this Bunnings as my go to whenever I need anything DIY or garden in the future.

We love Bunnings. But this store has the worst workers in the tools department. They are rude and unhelpful. They have sulky moods and show it. We have asked many times for help with items. And they pass it to the next worker or just shrug their shoulders. The lady at the tools till is very rude. If I see her again I will get her name to post here. She is in the wrong job. The workers in the garden center are amazing!!! Always smiling and helpful.

What can i say its Bunnings good place to go for hardware bought a mower. Great i could take my dog in. Great staff helpful and friendly.

A very big thankyou to Mel for sorting out the issue of delivering my new oven. It was ordered through another store [and Browns Plains was the innocent third store involved in sorting this out]. Also I really appreciated her boss personally delivering it so very quickly that very morning. I hope your upper management appreciate the brilliant help you both provide to your customers. Had perceived issues with a product purchased (Stanley trolley). Long story short, I was assisted greatly and the issue was resolved. resolved. Shout out to James, Elle and Bernie. Returned this morning and again found Bernie very very helpful and knowledgable. Although obviously very busy, she went above and beyond. Lady in paint department also very helpful.

Most unhelpful staff. Went and asked 2 female staff members where I would find geo fabric. Both greated me with very unpleasant, unwelcoming looks and had no idea what I was talking about. I walked away from the first staff member because she was really rude. The other lady was dismissive but still looked it up and still didn’t listen and understand what I was saying and pointed me in the direction of something completely different. Very unacceptable and awful behaviour directed at a customer that has been shopping at this store for decades. I was in no way rude and greated both with a smile.

Other staffs are very friendly but an old lady at counter claimed that a valve that my dad bought comes as separate items and keep checking that monitor of her saying we put multiple things to check out as a single item even it looks exactly same as the picture in the website. When I told her if you are not sure and don’t think it comes as single one please just remove it multiple times, she still tried to check it before reluctantly remove it. The judging stare she gave me right after I stepped into the store is even already too much.

I love this place, it's my second home! I have completed soooo many diy projects using recycled items around my house combined with products purchased from Bunnings! The staff are always friendly and helpful. They even exchange or refund products if you've lost or chucked out your receipt. There's ample car parking available. Wheel chair access. The cafe is refreshing if you need a break. And thousands of products you need to do your own next diy challenge. (All of my images attached are projects completed using bunnings products including plants and pots, sanding paper and timber varnish, frogs hotel large base pot, fly screen mesh and metal rod, fairy lights)

The best Bunnings I have been to. So many helpful staff! The Cafe was very good too! Great coffee while not excellent but the toasted banana bread was delicious as was the pie! Staff were friendly and helpful!

I live behind shopping centre and I love this place, fantastic PEOPLE, good service skills ,luckily I never experienced any rude customer service, staff always quote: we are here to help you to save money and we are not working on commissions. The only thing that I found very awkward is the entry and exit of this complex, especially on Saturday and Sunday morning, it’s really A DISASTER! People just don’t know how to drive and give way! one day I bet ya, there will be a serious crash, I hope warehouse management level can discuss with council to figure out a better way to reduce traffics load of that ONLY ENTRANCE. Lisa from the trade desk on 23 Dec was my absolute hero. Placed a delivery for the very next day for me which saved me loads of trouble. She was super helpful and my hero for the month. I have regularly visited Bunnings in Browns Plains over the years, the store itself is wide, spread out, tidy, clean and easy to navigate around aisles. The downfalls: • Not enough sausage sizzles. • The staff are not helpful at all and most of the employees don’t even know what they are looking for or helping with. • The toilets are not very clean. • I cannot take my children here as Bunnings allows dogs to come into the store that are not registered guide or support dogs and children being children want to pat dogs and I’m not happy or comfortable with that given hygiene and safety reasons. I don’t feel it’s hygienic or safe.

Who doesn't love a Bunnings?? Great plant selection and helpful staff throughout the store.

The Staff here are Amazing and Attentive, they are very Respectful and know their products very well... This particular stores location is great, Plenty of parking, Its located near Village Square... So if you get hungry theres Cafes and Food just a short walk away.

Had a lady serving at the painting section at Browns Plains Bunnings today approximately 9-930 am. I do regret not finding her name out. She was fantastic! Very helpful. It was a pleasure to be served by this employee. Well done. Thanking you kindly.

I recently visited this Bunnings location and unfortunately had an uncomfortable encounter with some of the racist staff. Upon entering, I noticed a blond lady at the entrance who seemed to give me a cold stare and did not greet me. This made me feel quite uneasy. However, shortly after, I observed her engaging with a colleague, and she had a completely different demeanour, wearing a smile on her face. This stark contrast in behaviour left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed. Regrettably, this is not the first instance of encountering such behaviour at this particular Bunnings store. I have visited other Bunnings locations before and have always had positive experiences. It is disheartening to find that this store does not uphold the same standards of customer service. I hope the management takes note of this issue and takes appropriate action to address it. Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment should be a priority for every establishment, and it is essential to ensure that every customer feels valued and respected.

I shop regularly here. Staff are always willing to help when asked. There knowledge base with where and what they have is on point. Facility is always tidy and safe. Drive thru area is always manned so when I need help loading cement bags or wood, there is someone to help. This also keeps the flow in this area moving.

Such pleasant and positive experience shopping here. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to help you find right products and great service. Highly recommend. Thank you

The customer service was shocking and incredibly rude. I went in for a Christmas looked at their sales display they had the wrong item behind a ticket. I picked it up not knowing this. They said that it was their mistake but refused to honour the ticket price. They argued that their ticket didn't matter. But they kept me waiting for 20 minutes before honouring the ticket. But blamed me insinuating that I was gaming them. Even threatening me that they won't do it again. Which is just disgusting and they should be ashamed.
