the
decline,
I
needed
a
piece
of
wood
cut
this
afternoon,
asked
a
lady
staff
member
if
she
could
help
out,
she
passed
it
over
to
a
nearby
male
staff
member
to
action,
I
went
back
to
the
saw
cutting
area,
"Adrian"
the
Bunning
elite
staff
member
that
was
assigned
to
cut
the
timber
for
myself
and
another
customer
that
was
also
waiting,
started
dawdling
towards
us
while
fixated
on
what
I
thought
was
one
of
the
shop's
handheld
computer
devices,
he
finally
got
to
where
myself
and
the
other
customer
who
was
patiently
waiting,
when
Adrian
finally
got
to
where
we
were
waiting,
he
was
still
what
I
thought,
was
entering
data
into
this
handheld
device
for
another
couple
of
minutes,
then
finally
finished
and
ready
to
serve
me,
that's
when
I
noticed
it
wasn't
a
shop
computer
device,
it
was
his
own
mobile
phone
he
had
been
texting
messages
to
someone
apparently
far
more
important
that
the
two
insufficient
Bunnings
customers
that
had
been
waiting
patiently
to
be
served.
Luckily
Adrian
isn't
indictive
of
all
Bunnings
staff,
I
have
met
some
good
people
there,
that
try
to
be
as
helpful
as
they
can,
rather
than
the
odd
rude
and
obnoxious
one
that
has
no
customer
ethics
what
so
ever.
