I
walked
almost
the
whole
shop
twice
to
find
98c
buckets
because
my
roof
was
leaking
yesterday.
After
asking
3
staff
to
help
me
a
lovely
lady
searched
for
me
and
I
was
told
there
where
600+
in
stock.
Unfortunately
I
couldn't
wait
any
longer
so
I
told
front
staff
I'd
be
back
tommorow.
I
came
back
today
and
looked
again.
I
asked
2
staff
members
if
they
knew
where
they
where.
Nope,
so
I
kept
walking
around.
I
finally
went
to
a
lady
at
the
register
and
she
got
someone
to
help.
This
lady
was
lovely
and
told
me
yet
again
there
is/Was
some
in
isle
46
on
the
back
wall.
I
told
her
there
was
not
but
she
insisted
so
I
went
back
to
check.
As
all
the
buckets
where
everywhere
and
even
in
the
middle
of
the
floor
I
took
5
up...
To
the
same
lady
at
the
register
I
previously
asked.
I
put
them
up
and
asked
if
she
could
check
if
they
where
them.
She
abruptly
replied
Nope
that's
not
them.
I
said
to
her
well
can
U
please
ask
someone
that
will
help
me
actually
find
them...
She
told
me
too
look
again
in
a
very
rude
tone....
so
I
told
her
I
wasn't
going
to
run
around
the
store
for
no
reason
and
that
I
actually
needed
help.
She
replied
with
"I'm
not
giving
these
to
U
at
98c"
I
told
her
I
didn't
want
them
but
that
I
wanted
help.
She
rudely
banged
the
buckets
down
and
turned
her
back.
I
walked
over
to
the
customer
service
desk
and
asked
for
manager.
The
manager
came
and
I
expressed
to
him
what
had
happened
and
that
the
cashier
was
abrupt
and
rude.
He
was
absolutely
so
lovely,
kind
and
Curt.
He
told
me
I
could
take
the
more
expensive
buckets
for
free
because
of
the
mix
up,
however
I
was
happy
to
pay
for
them
and
I
did.
He
was
lovely
and
a
good
manager
excusing
her
abhorrent
behaviour.
But
she
made
it
worse
as
I
was
paying
for
the
buckets,
she
decided
to
come
over
and
yell
out
to
him"
you
could
have
taken
these"
as
she
banged
them
in
the
trolley
behind
us.
I
later
found
out
her
name
is
Karen
(no
pun
intended)
and
is
the
store
supervisor
;(
this
is
sad.
The
moral
of
the
story
is.....
it
works
in
your
favour
to
be
kind
to
customers.
I
had
5
children
with
me
and
IV
just
had
an
operation...
I
didn't
need
this
drama,
I
needed
help
and
the
manager
did
just
that.
