I went to Bunnings Mansfield for refund this morning. A old lady served me in help desk. I really disappointed her attitude that served me. It was uncomfortable and rude even if it was short time. When I saw her, I already didn't expect good service from her. She needs to be friendly and kind to all her customer there " For staffs, that is the very basic attitude for customers. Also, I want her to respect all customer what reason they came. Unfortunately, It wasn't happy experience there.

A big store well located and very visible. Plenty of parking available. I found the staff very helpful and attentive to my needs. They have a big, well stocked timber yard and prices are reasonable for the treated timber. Not all stores keep all of the items we want so it pays to check online first if it's in stock. Everyone is still being Covid safe.

Biggest rubbish of a store they advertise !! All but just 3or 4 old staff are left who actually have some product knowledge!! but...the young ones there now are a waste of space !!! They have zero knowledge about anything in the store !! and to add more insult ; is that this is the only store which has the most minimum of staff on any day and these confused n lost young staff recently hired are the rudest and always in a rush to get outta your face the minute you ask about a product !!! I had been shopping here for the last 15 years but have now stopped and don't mind driving out 15 odd k's to underwood / acacia ridge where I'm very happy with their service par excellence ****

Yeah!!! That Christmas time is already at the corner and Bunnings is ready!!! I felt in love with all Christmas stuff!! Everything is here!!!

Very useful store for all your hardware needs. Almost always has whatever I need for homeowners or builders. They even have a sausage sizzle raising money for charity on weekends. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff, a great range of gardening supplies of all the great brands and everything I need to grow my own veggies, and always a sausage sizzle to start the weekend off.

Pretty good shop, we are Bunnings fans. Would recommend a better way of finding items. We have to Google it to find aisle and bay no. Should be a reference point in store.

Bunnings is not just a hardware supplier. It's a refuge for the stressed out who can relax wandering through the endless aisles stuff. Its also a wonderland for budding tradie and home DIYer - a place to dream of acquiring everything by Makita, of creating something awesome or simply finding a replacement whatever just broke. Staff in my experience here, are excellent. Also appreciate being able to tap Afterpay on purchases.

Was the smoothest and easiest trip to Bunnings due to an employee who went above and beyond by the name of Matt. Highly approachable, very well knowledgeable, and extremely helpful

Quite a good Bunnings, but like with any of their stores, I wish there were more staff on the floor available to assist.

I went to Bunnings this week to get help for my ailing orchid. Luckily I ran into a Bunnings employee named Maria. Maria gave me advice, and took me to the area I needed, and gave me choices on what to buy, and what would be the best for my plant. Good customer service. Five stars just for Maria. Other employees of Cannon Hill Bunnings, and Bunnings at Creek and Weker rds, vaguely pointed me in general directions Which was no help. It made me angry. Maria saved my experience. Thankyou once again Maria.

Went in today to return some old solar lights without a receipt. The girl at the front desk with the long pink nails ( I forgot her name) was very helpful and fast. She returned my order and gave me store credit in less than 3 minutes. Would highly recommend

I hate this Bunnings. Always understaffed, barely have the checkouts open and when you try to find assistance……good luck. There are some good staff members there, especially in the nursery but overall this place is poorly run.

Always very helpful, and, on the very rare occasions that they"don't know" will either find someone who does know, or look it up for themselves. Kept me well covered with an umbrella while I walked to my car in the rain. Always a pleasure to go there

What’s not to love about Bunnings? This is my local one and it’s got everything you’d want - gardening, plumbing, doors, cleaning, electrical … everything in between, plus there’s a cafe inside and staff are pretty friendly and helpful too 👍🏻

Bunnings is Bunnings, you can find anything there. But sometimes I go to this store and am told that what I am looking for is only sold on bigger stores.. frustrating.. the other day I had to go to cannon hill after this store to find a simple item. Maybe should have gone directly to the bigger store. But my Gravatt seems very big already, go figure

Excellent customer service, kept me well informed on a click and collect order, staff we really friendly and welcoming. This isn’t my local Bunnings Store but I will definitely be back. Great Service 👍

Always not enough registers open at this store . Every time you ask and employee a question there is a lack of attitude I’ve just asked the person at the front where the hoses were and she didn’t know and got her phone out to start looking. I found it faster just walking around I think you can do better!!!

On the 3rd November 2022, evening, my son Arun and I visited the Bunnings store in at the corner of Creek and Wecker Road, Brisbane to buy a small chain saw to trim the overgrown trees in his garden. We were a little lost but were very fortunate to meet a tall thin Caucasian gentleman floor manager. He went out of his way to help us identify the most appropriate chain saw for our needs, opened the box for us to inspect the contents (another supervisor told us this was not possible to do) and walked all over the store and climbed up shelves to get us the lubrication oil needed to run the chain saw. When he discovered that that his store did not carry the oil we needed, he got on his phone and located a Bunning's store near Arun's home that had it. Well, overall it was a very pleasant experience for us and once home we got our trees pruned. We have unfortunately forgotten this gentleman's name but I remember Arun going up to the checkout counter to express our gratitude to the person manning the desk. A big thank you again to this floor manager.

A fine Bunnings but they did not have a trampoline or pogo stick which was very dissapointing. Instead, i purchased a small shrub and was served by a delightful asian who was polite and shorter than average.

Pretty solid Bunnings. Can mostly find what I am Looking for, the front counter staff are legends (I had like 30 keys cut). The only downside is that sometimes the products I want aren’t in stock. Other than that, great local.

Limited parking available in this Bunnings however when you get there, few spots will be available always. Gas replacement available here and mostly they got in stock. Stock mostly available but sometime not if it's a special item. Moderate staff but they are always happy to help.
