    Seriously, if you are the owner of this franchise you might as well close the doors instead of serving the garbage you are. I keep giving your establishment chance after chance and you keep disappointing me. The absolute mess served to my family and I tonight was abysmal "Photos attached". It really is like your staff have either not been trained or are not being supervised by an adult...

    Really Bad services. Waited 20mins for just all cold and dry and not fresh food. Salad was not served at first, the first time we asked for it, the lady did not believe us and refused to give one. The second time we asked for it, the lady still not trusting us. After we finally got the salad, all vegetables were just dump in a burger box. Vegetables are dry, yellow not fresh at all, cherry tomatoes are dirty on the skin. In general, food is terrible, service is even worse. Worst Maccas in BNE.

    Forest Lake McDonald’s staff tonight were absolutely RUDE I have never had such poor service in my life. The staff member in particular this complaint is in relation to is the girl taking orders and payments at 10pm. Absolutely useless. The staff member wasn’t listening to our order, made us repeat it 4 times as wasn’t keying it in, was cutting us off and once we got to the window the rudeness continued. DO NOT recommend going there unless you like been treating less than.

    One of the worst maccas I’ve ever been to. Visited twice. On the first visit they got our order wrong, double quarter pounder was a single and the classic Angus had no sauce food was stale. Next visit we went to dine in and the place was a mess and it wasn’t even busy, not hard to do a quick clean of your dining room.

    We ordered through the Maccas app, and once again, we were shocked with the disguisting representation of what a burger from maccas is suppose to look like. I have many pics of our order, and I will attempt to attach them. Out of sheer disappointment and shock of how poorly the food was produced, I attempted to call the restaurant with my concerns. 25 attempts later, the phone answered, and I spoke with Jarred. This was not great. He laughed and attempted to blame uber eats and door dash. I then said I order through the maccas app and that the poorly made food prepared in the kitchen is not the delivery person's fault, and you can not blame them. This is a staff issue that needs to be rectified immediately. He then puts the phone down and walks away.. I had absolute silence for over 10 mins before I hung up the phone. I tried to call again, but I only get an engaged tone. I did continue to call hoping someone would answer the phone, but after 50 calls I gave up. I guess he hasn't hung the phone up yet, and he is avoiding all the other calls from all the other disappointed customers. All I can say is that this was a truly bad experience, and it feels like nobody wants to take responsibility for these miss haps. This type of service seems to be becoming the norm of late with no repercussions. I will take this experience up with the head office in Aspley.

    I can see why this store has had a total storm of one star reviews lately. Service workers are rude and to put it plainly, stupid. No receipt was given when asked. Chips were very old, stale, and possibly had been put back through the deep fryer again to warm them up, no salt to be found. Completely ignored special instructions on one burger, even though it had them on the receipt they stick to the burger. Other burger was put through as the wrong item, with no receipt or confirmation from staff, all burgers were smashed significantly. Gave us the wrong flavour of frappe, and the cup was actually split as if it had been smashed on a counter, leaking all over the place. We called to get a replacement, was given a code to quote. 2 days later we are told that code doesn't exist, then somehow they "find" it, however it only covered half of what was to be replaced. Of course, the replacement had ALL of the same problems. The same exact problems of very stale, unsalted fries, special instructions not followed, wrong drink which again was leaking! When I returned to have them fix it the final time the manager rolled his eyes at me.

    Well where do I start? Service waited 5 min beforethe staff recognized we were standing at the counter. Self serve kiosk wasn't working should of known. Ordered and waited10min for 1 part of our order to be ready. I asked for my burger to be hot she just walked away without telling the other staff what Id asked for when I said I want it to be hot she told the staff to put my whole order into the microwave which wasn't what I'd said. I received salt on my unsaltd chips. Pancakes were stone cold and tasted yuck. Butter wouldn't melt but was assured everything was hot. Really disappointed won't be back Forestlake Maccas

    Service was pretty slow, restaurant was filthy with over flowing bins and tables covered in rubbish. Paid $50ish for a family breakfast and every bun was stale - rock hard McMuffins, we couldn’t even bite into them it was like they’d sat there all night and then been served to us. Disgusting. Never going back.

    None of the tables were clean or wiped down, the floor needed water blasting as it was so filthy. I dined in, but my order was delivered to my table in a paper bag, with a napkin shoved on top, is there no tray service anymore ? I asked for the table to be wiped down, but it was not done. 2 different radio stations on and both loud. Cold inside with no heating. The toilets were absolutely disgusting and should be shut down, they were worse than a portaloo at a music festival. Overall the place is a health and safety risk.

    $8.25 for a cheeseburger and the staff cant even follow the recipe 😐🙄 At least could you be bothered to put some damn pickles on it!! Just meat & cheese only is pretty sad 😪😪

    Absolutely shocking service at 4pm on a week day. Self serve machines weren't working, all continued to jam up so I looked over to two staff members beckoning for help, they both stood and stared then turned their backs. My account was stuck logged in. I went to the counter asked for help they said oh the app isn't working we can't put in codes at the front cou ter anyway. I said but then I won't get my points? The "supervisor" said you don't get points on any deals. I said that's a complete lie because I only ever buy Maccas using deals and I always get points and free items. She rolled her eyes, argued and was just so rude. A few orders were left sitting on the counter for ages all open while flies crawled inside the bags and onto the chips which by this point would have been stone cold. My meal cameburger was the worst I'd ever had so dry tasted like it was a day old. Chips cold and stale. The place was a mess and unclean. Shocking ill never go back. Went straight to Berrinba maccas after this,restaurant immaculate, staff happy and smiling, app WORKING and food hot and fresh. I took photos but it isn't giving me the option to attach them.

    I bought a oreo mcflurry for my child and it had the serving of only 2 spoonfuls. The bun on the cheeseburger was cold, dry and very crispy. There was rubbish all over the floors and tables. and they had a waiting of 25 mins. NOT WORTH IT. Never going back again.

    DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE. It is a waste of your time. They screw you around and delay the order. When you try to ring them, it takes forever for them to answer, and that's if the phone doesn't suddenly become engaged. Then, they still try to argue their way out of it. I can understand if you aren't accepting orders, but you can also mark your store as that on the delivery app. People still get charged a fee for cancelling from their end. If the store cancels it, there isn't a fee. Someone needs to educate the staff better on the delivery app rules.

    McDonalds Forest Lake is the actual pits They never fail… to miss an item in your order. and I do mean consistently- everytime I go. One time I went back to get an missing item in the drive thru and the worker basically shooed me away (she held up her hand to stop me talking) and said it was my fault for driving away from the window after they handed me the bag of food? (Let’s not even mention the missing item was then given to me and missing ingredients!) Rude staff and poor service. I know it’s McDonald’s and I should expect amazing food but at the very least I should get the food I ordered???

    Terrible service last night 11pm, Saturday 2nd November. Why didnt the fat bloke doing burgers just eat the entire pattie and put another one in the burger. But then again it might not have been Tubs but another goose!

    I can't blame Macca's directly for atmosphere (inside a shopping centre food court), but OMG the supposed 'great' taste of the new McCrispy chicken burger was dreadful. I had 3 bites and threw the rest away. The chicken was super dry, the sauce barely there, the lettuce limp. Sorry Macca's, you've lost me.

    Went here for breakfast and ordered at the self service kiosk. We waited with quite a few people near the counter, as they were busy, to collect our order. When the order was ready, the staff didn’t bother to call out out the number, as we were expecting, and like they’d called out some previous numbers. We didn’t realise it had just been sitting on the counter for quite a while and it was cold by the time we realised. Terrible service. We love Macca’s but would never come back to this one. Also, many of the tables inside were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, nor did we see anyone clean them, the entire time we were there.
