We
ordered
through
the
Maccas
app,
and
once
again,
we
were
shocked
with
the
disguisting
representation
of
what
a
burger
from
maccas
is
suppose
to
look
like.
I
have
many
pics
of
our
order,
and
I
will
attempt
to
attach
them.
Out
of
sheer
disappointment
and
shock
of
how
poorly
the
food
was
produced,
I
attempted
to
call
the
restaurant
with
my
concerns.
25
attempts
later,
the
phone
answered,
and
I
spoke
with
Jarred.
This
was
not
great.
He
laughed
and
attempted
to
blame
uber
eats
and
door
dash.
I
then
said
I
order
through
the
maccas
app
and
that
the
poorly
made
food
prepared
in
the
kitchen
is
not
the
delivery
person's
fault,
and
you
can
not
blame
them.
This
is
a
staff
issue
that
needs
to
be
rectified
immediately.
He
then
puts
the
phone
down
and
walks
away..
I
had
absolute
silence
for
over
10
mins
before
I
hung
up
the
phone.
I
tried
to
call
again,
but
I
only
get
an
engaged
tone.
I
did
continue
to
call
hoping
someone
would
answer
the
phone,
but
after
50
calls
I
gave
up.
I
guess
he
hasn't
hung
the
phone
up
yet,
and
he
is
avoiding
all
the
other
calls
from
all
the
other
disappointed
customers.
All
I
can
say
is
that
this
was
a
truly
bad
experience,
and
it
feels
like
nobody
wants
to
take
responsibility
for
these
miss
haps.
This
type
of
service
seems
to
be
becoming
the
norm
of
late
with
no
repercussions.
I
will
take
this
experience
up
with
the
head
office
in
Aspley.
