The service was wonderful, and both the dentist and dental hygienists were very kind. However, I have concerns regarding the dentist's technical skills. Following cavity treatment, my tooth ended up rounded and smooth, resembling a coastal stone. The healthy parts, untouched by drilling, were also covered as if with clay, rendering it non-functional for biting. This outcome was unexpected. Despite the dentist's assurance that there were no other cavities, two weeks later, I experienced pain in another tooth, casting doubt on the checking. I hoped for a comprehensive one-time treatment to avoid additional costs and time. If I encounter another cavity, I am inclined to seek treatment elsewhere. Moreover, the absence of negative reviews seems unnatural to me personally.

Billy is a great dentist. I was very nervous at first changing dentist but he makes me feel relaxed and has done great work on my crowns. I would highly recommend him and would not go anywhere else. The staff he has working with him are great too.

I got a tooth extraction from Billy after reading the reviews online and he definitely deserves the amazing reviews he receives! It was my first extraction and I was really nervous, however he made the experienced so amazing. No pain at all and he was so kind talking me through the whole process. Would definitely recommend and will be back for my future dental services.

I had to urgent treatment for a sudden crown problem. Dr. Choi took the time he didn't have for me and treated me very quickly and accurately. I also loved the very friendly nurse. The parking lot and facilities were clean and everything was good.

I have already had several treatments and services (teeth whitening, fillings, wisdom tooth care and cleaning) at this clinic and all have been of excellent quality. Dr. Choi and the rest of the staff at the clinic are excellent and professional people. I no longer live in Brisbane and continue to visit the dentist because in my opinion they are the best in Australia without a doubt.

I saw the team at Precision Dental for the first time today. It was my first time going to the dentist in Australia. I'm really happy with the care I received. The practice itself feels very welcoming (not sterile and hostile like some other dentists I've been too in the past). The staff were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was impressed with how high-tech the practice seemed, they had a different type of descaling that I'd not experienced before and even gave me a desensitising treatment afterwards to help make sure there was no discomfort after the clean. I was very happy with my consultation, check-up and clean, the dentist and assistant were very professional and kind and were able to explain everything to me in a way I could understand, they answered all my questions and concerns too. I was able to book in for my treatment after getting a quote within a week which is insane to me that you don't have to wait months for the next appointment. I'm not covered by private health but thought the pricing was reasonable for dental work. I'm very pleased I chose this practice!

Very good experience. My old crown from years ago suddenly cracked. I was looking for a practice that could schedule an emergency appointment. Reached out to Precision Dental. Lidia promptly accommodated an appointment. Dr Choi masterfully replaced the crown. Super professional and a master of his craft. The office staff are polite, professional and efficient.
