Really disappointed with the service of Medical Receptionist. Not recommending for pregnant ladies Waited more than 45 min for my results. Being pregnant it’s not easy just staying there 45 minutes after the scan with no one saying why the copies are delaying. Two times when I asked why it is taking so much time, they just said it won’t be long. But still, they didn’t provide my results. So, I left the place without having my results.

Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. I did call the clinic couple of times to book an urgent appointment but they wanted some more details from my GP, I got them and called the clinic back but there was a lady over phone named 'Maria'..she was like we have 7 phone lines and we cant have a spot for you, we dont have any appointment including urgent ones for next 2-3 days..so rude, It just felt like they didn't wanted me to take for the scan as I was only 5 weeks..waste of time, would never call or go back here..

I wouldn't recommend calling in to book an appointment on a Friday afternoon. Very unhelpful, discourteous and low mannered staff (I think her name is Jess?) who will straight away give you a no can do attitude.

Used to go here for all of my scans, which were primarily ultra sounds for endometriosis and ovarian cysts. Once it was free of charge and I had many done over the years through this place, before it was I-MED. Now they charge $120 for a pelvic ultrasound, granted you get money back from Medicare, it still seems incredibly unreasonable when the procedure is so necessary for the reproductive health of women. Very sad day, especially for those women who can least afford it, but need these scans on a regular basis due to chronic, incurable health issues.

I've had 4 lumbar epidural injections from here and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. I have to have one every year and I am happy to travel 5 hours for my next one. The staff are so lovely and understanding. I especially love it when they turn the normal lights off and have the galaxy type lights on.. the ambience helps calm my severe anxiety around this procedure. When I am screaming and crying in pain, they go above to make sure I am as comfortable as possible.

When I booked my appointed I wasn’t advised I would be with a student who would be doing my ultrasounds, my pelvic and abdomen ultrasounds took 1.5 hours to complete and I had to reschedule another appointment I had planned due to the length of time I was there, would have been helpful to know this prior to going into the appointment. The person completing the scans was lovely, kind and considerate but I should have been advised by reception that this would take longer than a standard appointment due to them being in training

I don’t know why this place has only 3.5 stars instead of 5. I had to do some urgent ultrasounds so I called to I-MED to make an appointment for the next day. Gladly they had a free spot. Tara was the girl who received me, she was extra polite and kind. After doing some paperwork she announced me that we had some problem and that they probably couldn’t make the US, but she was extremely skilled to solve it and I appreciate that so much. My experience was great because the staff, in other places they treat you just like a number and they don’t help you with anything. The radiologist was very profesional and kind too, he made me feel very comfortable while he was doing the ultrasound. Congratulations for having great humans in the staff.

Very good imaging service. I have a painful issue with my shoulder that has been bothering me for years and went there for an ultrassound and an X-Ray. The technicians spend a good time making sure they got all the angles, investigating the shoulder thorougly instead of just quickly snapping the requested image and letting me go. They seemed to really know what they were doing.

I came in for an ultrasound with 20 out of 10 shoulder pain. Your staff went above and beyond to help me and stayed behind to do the procedure to relieve my pain. Thanks again. Highly recommend your staff and practice.
