Never had a worse experience from any company. From the day we arrived we were treated so poorly. I could write a 20 page list on this and it still wouldnt even explain the hell that was renting from Klover (to summarise there were dead maggots and even some blood stains on the floor, a broken hot tub that was full of frogs, and a leaking roof with mould they never fixed in their most expensive property). We were told to basically stop asking them for help or we would be kicked out, which with a baby and 7 hours from any family, was horrible. Please avoid this company as much as you can!

I went to an inspection for a rental property in St Lucia, organized by Klover and the agent didn’t even show up and could not be contacted. Me and 6+ others standing out on the street, not even able to get through to the agency on the phone. I still haven’t heard back from them a week later.
