Highly recommend [Tonkatsu set], juicy, crispy and good presentation on the plate. There’re 2 ways to taste it which mentioned on the table, really good detail for the service. But the other signature dish [Cheese Katsu] is average, the mozzarella cheese is plain, mix cheese would be better to highlight the cheese flavor. Since the pork is already thin, if the cheese cannot be impressive, it would be just normal dish. [curry katsu] is reasonable, the portions are generous, beautiful presentation. If you like curry, must try it.

Fantastic! This place gets everything right. Delicious food, great value, service is welcoming and efficient. I had the chicken katsu curry, absolutely delicious, big portion fresh and flavourful. Presentation was great too and I loved that they give you a bit of tonkatsu sauce too on the side. There's an attention to detail here and a pride which is rare to find these days, but makes this restaurant really stand out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were deeply impressed by the freshest and highest quality salmon sashimi we had. The ebi katsu was large and crispy, and the sweetness of the shrimp was still there, so I was very satisfied. Donmahawk was crispy at first bite and soft on the inside, so I enjoyed eating it the whole time. Lastly, the staff are all friendly and the restaurant has a bright and clean atmosphere, so I would like to visit again next time.

So glad this little gem as come to the Gold Coast. The Tomahawk Katsu was delicious and tender. The Cheese Katsu was so gooey cheesy. The staff were friendly, expected a wait time of 25 min as the restaurant was pumping but 5 minutes later we were sitting down and ordering. Highly recommended and didn’t disappoint.

If you are craving to eat Katsu, this is the place to go! We had the prawn katsu, pork katsu, it was so good! The udon carbonara was quite heavy, didn't finish it. Also we ordered the aburi salmon rice, it has very nice sauce. Also the home made salad sauce was yummm!

Aburi Salmon Don was absolutely delicious. Cheesy Katsu was okay, a bit too cheesy for us. Next time we want to try the tomahawk Katsu set. Service and atmosphere of the place is great.
