I was looked after very well when I went to buy paint for a job. Spent close to $4k on premium paint and they were very helpful. When my painter counted the drums the next day after I dropped them off on site, there was one drum short. I called them up to inform them as I had to buy more paint and also pick the receipt I had left behind but sadly they said they could not do anything about it. I would have thought they would at least look into the matter but sadly that wasn't the case. Will get the rest of the paint from another centre now. Ruined my experience there.

My first interaction with one of the gentlemen who works there was quite negative but Sarah was an absolute angel to deal with. Answered all my queries without judgement and didn’t pressure me into purchasing things I didn’t actually need. Assisted me with taking my large tubs of paint to the car and wished me luck with our renovations.

The store manager's attitude is deplorable he submitted many times on my presence rude comments against the LGBT community, this is unacceptable.

Nick has been nothing but professional, courteous and timely throughout the process and up until delivery of the product/service onsite.
