Prices Plus seems to be leading the large format discount stores in customer service over the mast few years clearly putting pressure on their main competitor. Great selection of tools, kids toys and accessories. The team members are polite and happy to help. We did have one issue with an item however the team were more than accommodating with a replacement and without a hassle whatsoever. Friends of mine say when you call, they'll happily walk the floor to ensure its in stock when you arrive.

Went in on Monday 13th Jan to get a few things and found the young lady at the checkout to be extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent range of products and lovely staff.

Great variety...heaps of bargons with after season sales...clothes good value. They have stacks of storage itims... could open earlier...
