Honestly the best property manager I've ever had the pleasure to deal with (in my time as both an investor of a couple of properties and a renter of many)! Ranita came highly recommended to us when we were looking for someone to manage our investment property, and as soon as we met her, we knew she was the right person. Her attention to detail is second to none, she's efficient, responsive (to both landlord and tenants), always on the ball and has excellent processes in place to ensure nothing is missed.
