The quality of coffee shocked to me. It's very tasty. I think this shop is the best in the city. I tried the long black, and the flavour very sweetness and tender. They really know how to make a high quality coffee. Clerk are very kind and have patience. I would try others next time, and recommended my friends go there. 🙂

Serious coffee alert! Make sure you stop by The Hideout Specialty Coffee in Brisbane CBD. The coffee beans come from Zest Coffee with a wide and impressive selection. The barista was extremely knowledgeable, offering useful recommendations that truly enhanced my coffee experience. Funky and lively atmosphere adds an extra layer of charm. As for the food, the sandwiches and toasties on offer are of high quality. One of the interesting experiences was trying their filter coffee - made with beans from India, fermented in papaya. (The unique and refreshing taste was a pleasant surprise) In summary, The Hideout Specialty Coffee is a place that clearly respects the art of coffee, making it a delightful spot for coffee lovers.

Best cafe in the Brisbane City, been here as a regular customer for almost a year. Best coffee, Best customer service, Best friendly staffs, Best location and store for breakfast and lunch in the City, and everything is BEST here per my experience so far. friendly staff, knowledgeable barista, pretty good toasties. many outdoor seats and indoor seats, but the only indoor tables are on the side of the lift lobby, the other indoor seats are low profile and more suitable only for drinking not eating. This is a Specialty coffee shop so they offer good single origin beans (such as Geisha) predominantly for pour over, as well as 3 blends for espresso. Milk frothing for the Flat White has continuously been improved.

Very professional coffee course with practical advice on both espresso and floral techniques. In the espresso course, I was taught a lot of knowledge in an easy to understand way, not always in a very technical jargon. In terms of pulling, although I already have some basic knowledge, I have been using incorrect posture for a long time, which has caused my pulling product to be a bit inadequate, and I was able to correct it and make progress in this class. I would like to learn more if I have the chance. Finally, I would like to recommend this coffee course to anyone who is interested in coffee culture. It is not only a good introductory course, but also a great foundation for future in-depth learning.

What an awesome coffee shop. I have been here since they opened in 2019. The owner is so humble and hard working, in fact I never realised he was the boss man until recently. Always friendly and professional. They used to even have one of the best barista that specialises in pattern pour here. This is by far one of the best coffee in town. 11th September 2023 — 4/5 I got an Iced Matcha Latte, and it was good but would’ve liked stronger matcha taste, still delicious tho! 9th June 2023 — 5/5 I got a decaf latte and it was so amazing it outshone any coffee I’ve had in a long time. Defs my new fave coffee spot! Can’t believe this place wasn’t packed I will say, better places to sit would be an improvement since the back-less seats do hurt your back after a bit if you slouch like I do
