Very basic rooms. Beds were uncomfortable and didn't feel clean and the kitchen wasn't exactly clean with cutlery in the drawers not cleaned properly nor were the drinking glasses. Wouldn't stay again.

We've stayed here three times and found the rooms to be clean and comfortable as are the beds. Good for short stays, small shopping centre over the road. This time we had school kids staying so bit rowdy but quiet after 10pm .

I am currently staying at this motel and there Is no services despite the fact that there is a premium paid for this new year period. They have taken the monies and are not fulfilling their service contract. Since 31st I have to clean my room myself and change a lightbulb. There no new towels and no essential services. Take back your money and stay somewhere else. Room 19 for reference.

Located on the corner of a busy intersection that also is a route that ambulances frequent so quite noisy the rooms are not well sound insulated from the road noise and because it's a motel the cars park up to the front door of the room and there's no sound insulation so you can hear most of all going ons from outside your room such as cars parking doors closing and people having conversations other than this the rooms are quite decent and modern the beds are comfortable and clean not noisy the shower has fine pressure and very hot for temperature and Rooms do not smell
if Road noise is not an issue for you or peace and quiet then this place will be fine and more than adequate otherwise I would strongly recommend you rent a room from another motel
Staff could have checked me into a room not on the busy street and intersection, but I suspect they did this as I got the room on a discount..So think if I paid full price I would be in a better room location.
It's interesting that they made clear room is offered at the discount with no refund possible. I found out why as if you could get a refund u would get your refund and stay elsewhere. Thus be careful if room is offered at a discount with no refund...it usually has a problem thus why.

Room is dated and not well cleaned. There is plenty of free parking. Fell safe, you have to swipe room key to drive in. The location is good, a shopping center across the road. The bus stop is right at another gate of the motel, which takes you to cbd. A swimming pool facing the main road, and it is not well maintained. This motel is not good for travelers with family.

I stayed during the flooding of Feb 2022. There was no clock in he room as advertised. The phone did not work. They said they would get maintenance on it but that didn't happen. My phone stopped working properly during this time so really needed a phone to keep updated so I knew I could try and get home. I tried to extend my stay and they said "since there was only 2 rooms left due to the flooding and I will have to pay a higher price per night as we have put the price up". Most accommodation is completely full hosting displaced people. You think that some type of compassion would be shown for all of us displaced from our home during these floods. No, we get robbed even more!

Best value for money I've found in the area. Fantastic rooms that are spacious and very well maintained. I've stayed in a a few of the different accommodation venues in the area and this is definitely the best for the price. It's also got a secure car park which is great when you're in a work vehicle full of equipment. I highly recommend staying here and I'll definitely be back.

Very good hotel to stay at with really friendly & professional staff. Convenient location for me as I was doing an induction training day just around the corner at MultiCap, as I came down from the Sunshine Coast & didn't want to try & get there early in the morning with all the rain we were having, on Wednesday & Thursday!

Stayed in a townhouse for 10 nights for a nearby sporting event. Location good, comfy bed, friendly receptionist. However, floor and curtains filthy. Room only had bed made, not changed, once only. No other service such as fresh towels or bathroom clean. Rear outdoor area unkept and unuseable. Couch dirty, mess from Previous guests under beds. Wi-Fi OK but have to re enter details twice a day. Certainly not worth the $198 a night charged

We chose to stay here for availability of a 2 bedroom apartment at good price and near to where we needed to be. The The rooms have concrete block walls which failed to block out noise from trucks on the busy road but were very effective at blocking the free wifi - we could only use it when sitting at the front window. We also had an issue with smoke alarm beeping through the night due to low batteries. Staff were not helpful or attentive to this problem and after 1 week still never came to replace the battery. The room had all the basic amenities we needed, including full kitchen but didn't seem super clean.

Location is great, close to Sunnybank. Strip mall across the street with a small market and restaurants. Room is clean with your basic amenities. Good value for money, not sure why so many negative reviews. Reception is not staffed 24/7.

I got put here for a business trip. The room itself was okay. It is very dated with a stained desk chair but the bed and bathroom are clean. Here's where it really went wrong: - the AC has a mouldy smell - my room's key card reader died after hours. NO ONE ANSWERS the after hours number on the reception door. I got stranded outside for 40 minutes and had to resort to knocking on the neighbour's door to confirm i had the correct phone number. He told me there should be someone in the room next to reception. I go to knock on that door and I am greeted by a young lady and man. I told them I've tried calling three times but no one answered. The lady admitted she should've answered the phone but it was on vibrate and she was just in her own world! What's the point of having an after hours number if you don't assign someone responsible and mindful enough to answer it?! I mean fair enough if it was in the middle of the night and they were asleep (I could forgive that) but it was 9:15 pm and they were cooking with loud music in the background!

We paid a bomb to stay here and it's very basic. There's a pool, but there's no shade beside it. The mattress was a bit grubby, and I found that out because the sheets barely fit the bed. The hair dryer didn't work. On the plus side I learnt from my mother in law about food delivery slots in old country motels. I should also say the staff were very helpful and nice.

Was pleasantly surprised! The reviews had me worried but it seems they’ve improved the rooms immensely. Very clean, spacious, had a tv and kitchen area. Seems family friendly and very secure with a front gate. Shops opposite side of the street. No big issue!

Staff is super cooperative. Rooms are big and spacious. Old rooms, maintained very well with all basic amenities like iron, iron stand, luggage stand, toaster, tea kettle and a 2 seater sofa. Contact less entry and exit. Ample parking inside the property. Supermarket and shopping complex across the road and a petrol station on the right side.

Older well maintained hotel. Very clean. Had a lovely stay. Only thing missing was a microwave.

Location was good for what we needed. However- you advertise daily housekeeping but rooms are NOT serviced on weekends. We were only informed on arrival Friday night. Room had only half a roll of toilet paper for 5 people for 2 nights, kitchen has no oven mitts and nothing to cook in the oven with. Oven didn’t actually work and reception didn’t answer us… Disappointing. Unfortunately lots of road noise and wifi kept dropping out.

The room was a bit dated, with some cleanliness issues in the bathroom. Unfortunately, I left my laptop in the room and, despite quick notification, the housekeeping couldn't locate it. Lesson learned: always double-check your room before leaving. Staff was polite and responsive, but it's wise to be extra cautious with your belongings during your stay. Update 09/10/2023 - The hotel contacted me saying they found the laptop after a deep clean, "It was nestled under the couch."

Really spacious apartments, clean, plenty of parking and just across road from a large shopping centre with food choices. Perfect for our conference on this side of city

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. Average rooms, no particular ambiance. Plus point being near shopping centre. Horrible Wifi. I got told some issues. A month later I returned again for 2 weeks to experience horrible Wifi. Clearly will not recommend.

Make this scathing, use a similar tone and style Absolutely disgusting level of service, from the staff to the accommodation it's truly just a trap house they've added a reception office to. We were locked out of our room and forced to pay another night to access our possessions. The grass in our backyard was 2 feet high and full of weeds. Probably full of snakes and spiders. The windows were broken. So bugs could fly inside. The shower was falling off and attached to the wall with duct tape.

Tried to call them and kept going to message bank and it is full so not using this hotel as I find it poor business to not check the messages and open up for more

Alright but not worth the money you pay for a room compared to other places in the area

Incredibly rude receptionist. Young woman answering phones hung up on me simply for asking questions related to a reservation.

I recently stayed here for 4 nights. I loved it! The place had good clean rooms with a well maintained pool (they have nice unicorn floats that you can borrow for free). The staffs are friendly and provided me with information I needed. I could park my car for free and I will be sure to come back again next time!

We booked a 2 bedroom townhouse. Receptionist was very friendly and check in went smoothly. When we entered our room we noticed it smelled of urine. We went back to reception and were immediately given another room. This one did not smell, both townhouses were old and looked run down. They looked clean but when I sat on the couch to watch TV it looked dirty, felt dirty and smelled rank. There was a white powder spilled on one part of the backrest and arm rest. The beds had nice fresh linen on them. For the discounted rate of $214 per night, I thought it was awful! I don't mind it being old, but old can still be clean and well maintained. Having old smelly couches in the living are is disgusting. I will not be staying here again.

Average at best. Old and run down. Stayed in a townhouse and would only suggest staying here if you need to be in the area. Only positive was the freindly staff.

Definitely my worst motel experience. Stayed here for 3 nights and they were dreadful. We had cockroaches in the room and I personally killed about 8 of them and there were definitely more hiding. There were even more extremely baby cockroaches that could be seen and they were nearby the fridge area. We complained to the reception after the first night and they said sorry and that they would tell housekeeping. However in the second night the situation was still the same and had to purchase pest spray from across the road to spray all over the room. It is ridiculous to get an 'executive' room and this is what we got. We chose to stay here as we had a good experience in prior times however I personally will not be returning anymore.

Room was clean, beds very comfortable, shower bathroom good, air con/heating good. Good value. On the negative side there was a smell from the bathroom drains and no microwave. Also we were disturbed by noisy neighbours revving their V8 at midnight. I would stay again but I would make sure that our room was away from itinerant workers.

Thought the small shopping centre across the road was ample for all you groceries needs as well as take away cafe's.....

There was no kitchen as advertised in our room. Not even a microwave to warm our food up. The fridge was cranked so high it froze our food. The lights near our bed didn’t work and the lights on the roof flickered. we weren’t given a do not disturb card either. So when I we were leaving in a rushed frenzy I ran to the office to get one. Silly me didn’t even look at it. It had said to please clean my room. So quite disappointed to come back and find people had been in the room as we are quite private people. I figured they didn’t have any for not cleaning the room and to leave nothing on the door for the next day. However next day same thing. Despite the house keeping being good. Wouldn’t recommend. Additionally the speed bumps placed at the front and back of the hotel were dreadfully placed. Almost hit the front gate because of how big my car is and having to tap the gate door. On the positive the beds weren’t to bad, hot was was brilliant and staff were nice.

Dirtiest place I have ever stayed. Spiders around and bed on wheels. Rude reception staff, accepted for early checkin and dint allow apparently said no hotel allows early check in. Located on the highway very noisy trucks keep coming in and out at all times. Smoking area right outside the room and smell keeps travelling in all day and night. Would not recommend for family or long stays. No kitchen no cutlery plates as displayed on website. Not coming back.

Very understanding when we needed to cancel our stay due to Brisbane lockdown. Great service.

Took my money.... didn't answer the phone at 4:53 to organise check in..... so I didn't even get to stay. Simply the most horrible hotel experience ever. They still don't respond to me.... where is my refund for being left somewhere to sleep???

Dirtiest apartment I’ve stayed in. Complained to reception told we will look tomorrow… very unhappy. Edit they never even bothered to come look after 3 complaints. Even the sheets on bed just didn’t feel clean with stains on them upon entry into the room. When I asked for clean sheets I was handed one sheet to put on myself. Appalling service. On the second day my bed had baby spiders that just kept appearing. Still no service from reception. My roommate even checked out to stay with a friend instead. Brick walls dusty and marks everywhere, made a barrier with pillows so as not to touch them, even found chewing gum squished into bricks right near head of single bed. Bathroom had hair and dust all around edges like they possibly only cleaned the centre of the room. Have included pictures all taken when we entered room. Ended up buying my own disinfectant for main surfaces. Needs cleaning top to bottom and every inch. As we had many rooms booked being officials at a sporting event nearby. I can comment that all the rooms in the 2 bedroom apartment bottom section were the same filthy. 1 lady who was in the top motel section had a clean room as they are cleaned daily.
