I
like
the
shopping
centre,
but
this
review
is
only
about
the
JP
service.
I
just
want
to
give
people
a
warning
about
the
volunteer
JP
in
the
library.
I
respect
their
effort
to
provide
services
to
the
public
voluntarily.
However,
I
have
had
a
bad
experience
with
James
Cox
when
I
needed
a
JP
to
witness
my
mortgage
documents.
He
witnessed
the
mortgage
registration
form,
but
refused
to
witness
the
mortgagor
and
acknowledgement
form.
When
I
asked
why,
he
claimed
he
was
not
lodged
to
do
this
and
only
ANZ
requires
this
form,
and
told
me
everyone
who
is
an
Australian
citizen
and
above18
years
old
should
be
eligible
to
witness
that
form.
I
have
been
panicking
after
that
as
the
form
clearly
states
both
forms
should
be
witnessed
by
one
person.
But
after
calling
an
after
hours
JP,
I
reprinted
the
mortgage
registration
forms
and
everything
was
solved
like
a
breeze.
I
found
James
was
trying
to
be
difficult
as
JP
only
need
to
witness
if
the
person
who
signs
the
document
is
the
person
who
is
supposed
to
sign
the
document.
When
I
talked
to
an
ANZ
staff
in
the
shopping
town,
I
found
she
was
aware
of
this
situation
and
suggested
me
to
try
the
JPs
in
another
shopping
centre.
If
you
volunteer
your
time
to
help
people,
I
don't
understand
why
you
want
to
make
things
more
difficult
than
it
should
be.
I
hope
this
is
helpful
for
people
who
have
the
same
needs.
