I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful surprise Santa gift The Glen Hotel and Suites sent to my children on Christmas day during our two-day stayed in the hotel. Your thoughtful gesture made our stay at your hotel extra special, and we truly appreciate the warmth and kindness your team showed. I had an exceptional experience at the hotel, all thanks to the amazing staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was unforgettable. Facing an issue during my stay, I was taken aback by the incredible level of customer service they provided. It's rare to find such dedication and care in today's world. Mona, Isaiah, Trish and Teri were the standout heroes in this journey. Their proactive approach and genuine concern turned a potentially unpleasant situation into a shining example of stellar service. Mona's attentiveness to detail ensured that my concerns were addressed promptly. Isaiah's professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile truly set this experience apart. Teri's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a guest, leaving a lasting positive impression. But I must especially commend Trish, who stands out as a beacon of unparalleled customer service. Her unwavering dedication and tireless efforts to ensure our stay was enjoyable left me truly impressed. There are no words to adequately convey how exceptional Trish's customer service skills are. In an age where exceptional customer service is hard to come by, this hotel's staff shattered expectations. Their teamwork, commitment, and exceptional problem-solving skills deserve immense praise. Very comfortable stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. The use of the laundry was free. I just had to pay for detergent.

The motel was gorgeous. Shops were a short drive. The atmosphere and food at the hotel was great.

Awesome location absolutely spotless room’s fantastic staff and house keeping endless food and dessert options and great for kids just don’t book through a guest reservations .com link like I did by accident as they charge double the price they are American and also then charge American resort fees and international charges on top and are difficult to contact so no help and no help from glen hotel also tried to get at least a free breakfast for our troubles to no avail

The apartments are amazing. Very modern. Comfy beds are proved along with modern furnishings. It's only a two-story hotel. A laundry is provided (no coins needed) with washing machines and dryers. An ice machine is in the laundry also. A small 12.5 meter-long pool is also provided for guests. Room service is not bad. The food is great but unfortunately, you get along with a $5.00 charge for using the room service as a “delivery fee”. A bottle shop is across the road if you want some beverages along with soft drinks. But be aware of the in-room fridge. It's really tiny and just big enough for 500ml bottles. I was slightly disappointed I couldn't check in early tho. I had a massive interstate drive and I called twice (once in January) to see if it was possible to check in early. Unfortunately, this wasn't able to be provided but I do wish it was.

We order pizza at 18/10/2022 Tuesday night and today both me and my wife ended up vomiting and so sick, Brisbane council should have a good review on your food license!

Rooms were excellent. Food at the pub was terrific. Great service all-round

I placed my order using the app at 8:10pm and still waiting at 9:00pm. A waiter told the system was down. But the management did not take any action to check if people are still waiting.

2nd time staying at The Glen Hotel & Suites in a couple of months. Spotless rooms, so clean. Lovely front desk staff, who were always helpful. Jackie from housekeeping was also wonderful. Fantastic pub across the carpark for lunch or dinner. Also breakfast available from a little coffee shop next to pub. Best Hot Chocolate! ❤️ Again, I highly recommend this place.

Used to be be good really disappointing asked for no sauce on a salad and a grilled chicken. No grilled chicken on plate at all and salad drowning in sauce

The rooms were very good with finishes top quality. Only drawback was the location which was a bit isolated

Spacious, comfortable and well appointed rooms serviced by a lift with King / Queen beds, good minibar selection and tea making facilities. Secured, open parking. Pool, Gym, Room Service available. Short walk to The Glen Hotel dining rooms, bars and gambling hall. A little pricey but perfect meals received at seated dining and breakfast. Attended a 40 person family birthday function, well assisted. Drive through bottle-o. Very professional / accommodating staff throughout. Hugely popular, so bookings for dinner definately required. We stayed overnight but would happily consider a longer stay here, if require to. A little far away from popular activities, but definately a diamond in the rough. Well done; highly recommended. 4.5⭐

Lovely place for a quick stopover.

Twin room is very reasonable large compared to other surrounding accommodations. The room has beautiful decor & furniture. Simple but modern bathroom. Mini bar is stocked up with all good drinks. Peace and quiet. Close to all of our favourite asian restaurants and just 30’ from our favourite theme parks. Will come back here once in a while for our getaway weekend. Seriously the room is worth more than what we paid for as we already been to different hotels for our regular weekend getaway. Good price for money. Excellent front of house service. We came here twice for dinner woodfired pizza and pub food was delicious cocktails were devine and excellent covid safety protocols have to be one of my fav pubs I've visited

We stayed at the Glen a short time after it opened, and again last night. The rooms were the same immaculately cleaned, stylish, beautiful functional bathroom. Staff went out of their way to be courteous and helpful. Will definately stay again.
