We had a lovely 3 day stay, helpful, pleasant, friendly staff. Clean amenities. Kitchen. Barbecue areas. Card operated washer dryers, shower caddy’s, lots of little extras that make a difference from other parks we have stayed at. Pool, tennis courts, basketball hoop, kids loved. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay with a caravan in Brisbane. Clean, tidy and attractive place right next to the motorway, so simple to get to and travel from. Unfortunately the weather was against us, so things were very wet, but management had things organised to reduce the impact.

The poor attitude towards people who are staying here is quite evident. The park was clean and the cleaners were nice but that is about it. Pool burnt your eyes because it was easier to pour in chlorine rather than check it properly, while staying your site will get no attention and the palms will create another shelter at the back of your van, if you have kids you will be made feel unwelcome when they realise and the streets feel like a F1 race is going on all the time from the cars/ trucks that are flying around with no regards for anyone elses safety. While trying to talk to staff in the office it felt like they didn't have the training to deal or communicate with people. These could all be rectified by changing the attitude from the owners which in turn will change the culture of the team and make the park a nicer stay. I hope you are open to feedback because this park could be okay and the location to see Brisbane is good.

Stayed here on our stay in Brisbane and could not fault it at all. Clean facilities, super friendly and helpful staff and good location for the buses into the city. Really really recommend staying here.

Fantastic place to stay. Impeccably clean. The grounds are also immaculately kept, as are the facilities. Everything works as it should, and is well maintained. Will certainly be our stopping place for now when in town.

An amazing experience for our first time at Brisbane Gateway Resort and would highly recommend it. The place was clean, modern, family friendly and not far away from the main theme parks that we needed and affordable. Thank you 😁

Great little cabins. Family friendly. Well worth the stay here. Pool and tennis was great too. Recommend the resort to anyone. We came from NZ for a wedding around the corner and it's the perfect place to stay

Convenient to Brisbane freeway and very clean tidy and quiet. Yes you have the hum sound of the freeway but it's not too loud. Great for caravan or motorhome. Very clean amenities and the entire property shows this cleanliness

My family stayed here recently and were HORRIFIED by the attitude of the manager/owner with the bad haircut and bad social skills. He acts as if he is running the Hilton Hotel and will speak down to you if you ask any simple request. Very off putting and uncomfortable. Would be better off spending your money elsewhere.

Unbelievable service we had car troubles and need a place to leave van etc while car got fixed ,staff went above and beyond to help us out. It's a great clean and tidy park great facilities, and it's close to the Glen for a lovely dinner and area 51 kids playground which we loved. Easy drive into city as well. We enjoyed of stay thankyou.

Stayed on this park for a week while moving out of our house and could not have had a better experience. Great location, amenities and staff.

The last few 100 metres is currently along a bus line which is flanked on one side by a construction site - that does require care on a few counts.

Good facilities, good services, clean and tidy, beautiful trees and environment. A bit too close to M1 so traffic noise is constant, but not as bad as the noise of waves near beaches

Etwas teuer für eine Nach.. Waschräume waren gut. Die Busverbindung nach Brisbane rein ist gleich ums Eck aber der letzte Bus zurück fährt sehr früh ( da kann die Unterkunft nichts für.)

2nd time on a camper-van site here. Very helpful reception staff. Helped with public transport to city which worked well, was fast and economical. Facilities are spotless. Despite position not noisy. Added to my favorites.

Very clean and well organised camping. It has some nice ‘tech’ solutions as well, and the Wifi worked perfectly. The people at the reception were very kind and helpful.

This place has its qualities but stacked up against way overcharged rates for apartments and the arrogrant brothers that own it, it's better to give this one a miss. I've never given a 1 star rating and hate to do it but i can only tell the truth. This is also the opinion of many people I know who have or wanted to stay there.

First stay with them is fantastic. Very clean park. Great amenities.

I have a disability and use a motorised scooter. We did an overnight stay at this so called resort!!! The gutters were on such a gradient level l could not ride my scooter either up or down. I could not gain access to the pool as they had a very steep pathway. Apparently there was a male staff at reception who was a tad abrasive to my partner. Unfortunately this cost us $75 for the night and l could not gain access to most things on the property. There were cabins throughout the property and l can only assume they were privately owned with many of them being unkempt and extremely untidy. The lawns throughout the property also needed to be maintained all said not adding to the ambience of a so called resort. All extremely disappointing Sharon Stanton

Great location. Close enough to highway access for Theme Parks/Brisbane trips but far enough away so noise is not an issue. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Will recommend to friend and family.

Lovely well looked after grounds nice pool & playground ,the site we had was little small but was ok for the week, ladies in the front office were very professional

Thanks to Murray and the team for having me stay twice this year. Both occasions were exceptional service. Well laid out cabins, customer service is quick and easy. Cabins are tidy, secure & affordable.

Very nice clean spot. Great amenities very clean my camp spot was a little tight as I have a batwing awning with a tent off the end, little bit of adjusting to get everything to just fit. Staff where very nice and accommodating

Was good spent a week plus $1000 in accommodation expenses. I forgot too bring the key back, after 1 or 2 weeks of work I traveled all away from Toowoomba just too get band by the manager. Thumbs down, no leniency too valuable customers
