The staff in receiving at this place are the most rude and grumpy and useless staff of any place I have ever been to. For over 10 years I have been delivering here and progressively the staff have gotten worse and worse. Swearing and carrying on like 2 year olds. If they hate their jobs soo much they should quit. I can't believe in this day and age any workplace would accept their completely disrespectful behavior. Even the other staff comment that the receiving staff are "born without a funny bone".

Maybe should tell you drivers don't park in the middle of the driving way. I ask them to me they turn up telling me I can't move and ask me to reverse and go other way round??? There are plenty of loading zone around do not be too lazy if you wanna do the business.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Worse wholesaler and very bad service. Never ever do business with this company again. Customer service sounded like they didnt even care.

This place is a joke. Management need to seriously slap themselves. Trucks lined up out gate and double parked on road for hours to complete deliveries that their opposition can manage in 30 minutes.

Disgraceful and illegal behaviour by PFD Food Services drivers in Booval Brisbane. Took up all disabled parks and then said when questioned ‘mind your own business’. Community bus of disabled persons had to park elsewhere. It was horrid to witness…. The people with a disability struggled to cope with the extra distance. Nothing was going to change the behaviour of PFD Food Services driver. Appalling and selfish. This company apparently lacks values and community mindedness. Not recommended.

Contacted them Four times and they didn't even bother to call us back even though we told them on our last contact that we had been calling before. Bad service.

PFD. This means processed food distribution. National Company. Been around a long time . They know what businesses want and need . Have a large selection of stock for all businesses . From corner store ,cafe's ,restaurants, petrol station's nursing homes, club's and hospitals. These are just to name a few . If you have a need we'll get it for you. We even have fresh seafood and a new meat room. This is a National Company which I am proud to be a part of . I'm one of the delivery driver's so looking forward to meet you soon. Our teams run like clock work.

I really enjoyed my seafood order through the PFD services. The salmon and prawns were great and my family had a great time enjoying them. I am not sure why there are so many complaints about the customer service. Perhaps I was lucky but I found Denise and James both exceptionally helpful and patients, and made my first purchase a great experience.

PFD are new to home deliveries and other than a little confusion with the new protocols amongst the office staff the transaction was excellent. No problems getting flour, sugar, rice or pasta as well as other pantry staples.

I ordered some items from this company and they showed up at a good cheap price but when I went and paid it showed in the invoice that was alot higher then what it was stated. when this happened I called straight away to sort this price out and get the items for the right price. I called Peter Hurley the sales representative and he said he can't do anything about this. I had made the phone call just to sort it out and all I got from him was yelling at me through the phone saying nothing can be done on his end. He tried to blame me for making a wrong order and ordering through him as no where ATM has chips available because of short supply. would highly not recommend this company as they are no help and no respect on the phone to their customers!

Constantly parking outside residential homes in the early morning with refrigeration unit running. One driver out of five has so far offered to turn it off. The remainder leave a lot to be desired. One Kilometer down the road is a commercial area with heaps of parking but obviously to lazy to drive the extra mile. Had to give it one star to submit this but rather would have preferred no star.

Great customer service, rep visits regularly, never had any items missed off the deliveries.
