Service is great! All staff are so friendly and nice. Food was delicious with nice coffee. There was a line of people and we had to wait about 15 min before being seated. There is a secret parking spot entrance from the street behind.

I went to this cafe this morning with my puppy and my friend, foods were nice and staffs were welcoming my puppy as well. However, I came home and saw the receipt that staff gave me and I saw 20% tip that I didn’t want. I am quite disappointed that they charged me the tip that I didn’t want. And staff didn’t even asked me about tip at all.

This place is amazing, the staff are wonderful and greet with smiles. The food tastes like you are literally eating food for the first time, I usually hate tomatoes but the tomatoes on the Brunsch-Time were so sweet and amazing! The food is so cheap for massive portions! Will definitely come back. Fantastic job guys!

TOTALLY AWESOME Friendly Loads Gluten Free Options Delicious Food Excellent Service SERVICE Greeted quickly at the door and after a short wait escorted to our seating. The drinks and meals were served in an acceptable time period and staff were friendly. ATMOSPHERE It's a little space we'll decorated with cute hanging lights and lots of plants. OVERALL The food was delightfully presented and tasted even better. 5 stars 🌟 all the way on this suburban gem.

Exceptional customer service from a professional team. The staff is not only friendly but also lovely, making the experience even more enjoyable. The use of high-quality materials is evident, and the food is not only nice but also delicious. The ambiance of the place adds to the overall coziness.

Selected this place because it was a convenient location to meet, was dog friendly and allowed you to make bookings. Don’t let the streetscape fool you as there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating out back. There is also access from the street running parallel at the rear. We had brunch here on Sunday and whilst it was busy the service was simply excellent and the speed of receiving both our coffees and then meals was super fast. The have a really interesting menu with lots at tasty choices. I enjoyed the hot cakes which were simply delicious. Coffee was also terrific flavour. Highly recommend this cafe.

We look for a new cafe every Sunday and I think we have to stop. Little Black Pug is THE BEST little cafe we have come across. First off the staff, simply AMAZING, shout out to Josh and Nick! Second, the food, good Lord the food! I've never danced more while enjoying my breakfast!! This place is the full package in hospitality terms!

I have been a little slack writing a review for the Little Black Pug - but it is better late than never. We came as a family, no booking, to this café we knew nothing about last week. We were greeted very quickly and was asked to wait to be seated. I know this ticks some people off, but we were ok with it, and the fact that three different staff members spoke to us and assured us we would be seated soon was great. In all honesty, I don't think we waited long at all. We were lead through the café to another awesome area out the back. Every staff member that saw us said hello or welcomed us some other way. Vinnie looked after us, and we were very happy with his service and the jokes he made. We ordered the carnivore dogs breakfast, nacho imposter, hello me roll, Mr benedict wafflebatch. To drink I had a large latte, my eldest daughter had a chai and my youngest had a ready set go frozen fruit blend. Everything we ordered was great. If we are being REALLY picky I would say the waffles were a little dry and this just may be because of the cheese in them, but they weren't bad, just a little dry. As we left, again all the staff thanked us and said good bye (where does that happen today????) Loved the Little Black Pug and would highly recommend it to anyone. For those with dietary restrictions there seems to be many options available. If you're a dog lover, there seems to be tables set aside for you to bring your canine companion too. Do yourself a favor and give this awesome café a go

hadn't ever heard of little black pug but decided to come here for brunch with my family. the cafe is small looking from the front but they have so many tables out back in a cute fairy light shipping container. we had to wait out the front for a bit but the staff were so nice about it, other staff greeted us as we walked in and took us to our table. our main waiter s/o to vinnie for making jokes and being really friendly. even when we left all the staff said goodbye, just overall a really nice homely vibe. I don't have any dietary requirements but over half the menu catered for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options which is honestly v nice to see. food and drinks were pretty reasonably priced, about the same you'd pay for brunch at other cafes. we ordered the dogs breakfast, nacho imposter, hello me roll, mr benedict wafflebatch - just typing these out I realise the puns HAHA. overall the dishes were really nice and quite unique, the roll was a lot larger than I expected - this was probably my favourite thing we ordered. the nachos were really interesting because they had deep fried the corn fritters, the egg on the dogs breakfast was probably one of the most beautiful eggs I've seen and the only complaint was that the waffles were a little dry. definitely would recommend little black pug to anyone looking for a brunch spot !

Small front area of cafe with a large atmospheric area out the back. The gluten free banana bread was delicious (tasted even better than normal banana bread). Heaps of vegan options as well. Excellent staff and service.

Amazing food, fantastic coffee, friendly staff, great experience! We thought we would try this cafe for my father’s birthday last Sunday and we were not disappointed. Easy to reserve a table and Josh was so friendly and easy going. It was some of the best food and coffee we’ve ever had. Super friendly staff which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Thanks so much Josh for everything! Hope you continue to receive the recognition you deserve😊. Best of luck with your business!

I've been eating at Little Black Pug diligently for the past two years and they never disappoint. Definitely one my favourite breakfast spots. I'm a sucker for any of their sweet breakfasts, but the savoury ones are good, too! Customer service is always top tier, with all of the stuff being very welcoming.
