We had a very sad time when we went to the vet as we had our old dog put to sleep due to bone cancer. The whole team there were sympathetic and took great care of our old boy and us. We will also be taking our new pup there. We had Dr Megan and she was fantastic as were all the staff there. Thanks so much for looking after us during a very sad and difficult time.

These guys are amazing. They've looked after my cats for many years now. The reception and vet assistants staff are super friendly and the vets are very thorough. They offer a great range of quality care products as well 10/10.

Whenever I take my dogs to MyVet Springfield, they receive exceptional care. All the staff at the clinic are so dedicated. Today Dr.Megan accepted my boy at a moment's notice. He was having a seasonal allergy with persistent scratching to boot. She treated him caringly, thoroughly and professionally. Some people are lucky enough to be in a career that suits them. Dr.Megan is born to be a Vet, a great Vet at that.

I am appalled at the treatment of my family today. After weeks of making a heartbreaking decision, they were made to feel humiliated, embarrassed and were laughed at by staff. All because the vet wanted to make money from them by surgery and expensive procedures, which would be a total waste as the animals are old. Other vets at other surgeries confirmed this. Now my family are deeply upset, and have to somehow rebuild their courage to attend another vet. I wouldn’t give them the time of day.

I have never felt so humiliated in my life! The vet that seen to my 3 furnaces this afternoon, Molly (10) Billy (13) and Perry, had displayed judgement on my family and animals the minute she laid eyes on us - she rolled her eyes at some of our statements and her facial expression was rude and dismissive. Bringing our 3 of 4 fur babies in to be sent to the next life together was a decision we had been aching over for a long time. We decided on doing it with them together for theirs and our children’s best interest. One of your male Vets had seen to Billy at an earlier time and gave me his support for euthanasia of Billy when we felt it was time. The vet at the emergency hospital at Jindalee, who sent his report to you on Perry’s last visit to him, gave me his support should we decide it was Perry’s time due to his ongoing urinary and bladder problems. We had the support of these vets at previous consults!! The vet today was soooo rude and insensitive. On two occasions AFTER she told us she wouldn’t help us, I caught her laughing to her colleagues. LAUGHING. Like our pain was NOTHING. I feel soooo appalled, humiliated, judged and let down. U also feel disgusted that at a point in time when we were at our most vulnerable, we were shown such disrespect and insensitivity! I’m sooo hurt and now left wondering how we can best help our animals.

I have just plucked up courage to message you guys (without crying). I can't tell you how beautiful you made our Toby's passing. He was in a lot of pain, then we found out what was wrong and it was a no brainier. As heartbreaking as it was we had to let him go. Dr Siliva and Dr Megan were absolutely amazing. I have been using My Vet Springfield for 8 years now and I won't go anywhere else. The nurses are so friendly and caring and Vet Jason is truly the best. They are affordable and upfront with all costs to avoid nasty surprises. I would highly recommend using My Vet.

All the staff here are very kind and have the perfect personalities for our lil pup! Our British Bulldog, Muffin, LOVES going here as she knows she’ll get lots of pats and hugs from all the staff here. We got her spayed a couple of weeks ago and they did an amazing job. I’ve never been to a more friendly vet!

We’ve learnt a valuable lesson in this unexpected accident! That lesson was: “Close the grilled door with the glass sliding door to avoid your loved fur friend from running full throttle into it or place stickers at dog height or insert a pet door. Prevention is key. A huge thanks to the team of helpful woman at MyVet. My visit wasn’t planned and without notice. Nevertheless, the team attended to our immediate needs and I’m super grateful for that. After a check up, the suggestion was to admit my precious fur friend to a specialist. This was the best advice. Our girl is recovering from her spinal embolism after receiving specialist treatment. Thank God she didn’t require an operation and will be able to walk again in time. Thanks again ladies. My girl means the world to our family, especially me. She is the most loving, affectionate. protective and loyal friend who we thoroughly enjoy having around. We love her very much. At her finest, she’s a true character. She is slowly recovering and should be able to walk again soon and back to reading books and cooking meat loaf to satisfy her cravings hehe 😝 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ plus 😃 Highly recommend.

The staff clearly love animals. They are so patient when clipping my (difficult) dog’s nails. He’s a nervous fella who isn’t very compliant but the staff take the time to make it a positive experience.

I was very impressed with the attention and care shown to my dog. (I believe the vet nurse’s name was Sylvia). She didn’t rush us and took the time to answer our questions. Can highly recommend this place. The cost involved was very reasonable compared to what some vets charge around Sydney area.

I've been going here now for 8 years, & I can't fault them. Jason is who I see & he's very thorough. Staff are very friendly & nothing is too much trouble for them. They accommodate me as my lab is over the top when other dogs are around & they clear the surgery out for me so I can get him in without jumping around....lol. highly recommend them.

I am so pleased to find this vet clinic. Amazing vets, fantastic nurses and practice manager. Friendly, really helpful and go out of their way to assist you.
