Excellent day! We did a full-day pub crawl with Bekaa Air in September- hired two helicopters as we had a larger group. The service and engagement by the pilots was amazing. The experience was tailored and the pilots flexible with timing at locations, enjoyed having a laugh, and displayed the high test quality and professionalism. Detailed knowledge of the areas and commentary. The locations we superb - particularly enjoyed Gutter bar at Moreton (they arrange a 4wd to take you a short trip directly from and landing pad), and Harrigan’s Irish pub. We visited the Beenleigh distillery, and a couple of country pubs. Helicopters were in fantastic condition - Bell R44 and a H125 Squirrel. Very comfortable flights and got us between venues in less than 15minutes. The pilots made the experience just as amazing as the pubs and the helicopters. Great way to spend a day seeing a large part of SEQ and doing it in a novel and fun way. Definitely recommend. Worst part was it being over. Now we’re going to book another do visit some wineries. Thank you both! 10/10 experience!

Bekaa Air are INCREDIBLE! Their Helicopter Pilot Niko is amazing and very impressive with his driving skills and knowledge of the areas you fly over. The helicopter was in immaculate condition and felt very safe - was a pleasure to be on board and with such an experienced driver. From the immaculate air craft to the brand new Bose noise cancelling headphones, the experience was second to none and would highly recommend Bekaa Air and their outstanding service.

Purav was our pilot, great guy! We were running a bit late (about 15 minutes) and Purav was very patient and understanding. Would highly recommend Bekaa air for their professionalism, warmth and (in my opinion) robust safety procedures.

I cannot fault Bekaa Air in any area of their impeccable service. Niko was nothing but professional, friendly and accommodating from the very first phone call and the price was so right! In the lead up to our flight we were kept informed and not a detail was overlooked. The flight itself was truly thrilling. What an amazing weekend away! Flying home with Bekaa Air definitely took the sting out of having to return to reality. Thank you Niko and Bekaa Air...we are already planning our next flight.

I took my partner on a surprise trip to Spicers Peak Lodge for lunch with Bekaa Air. Every single thing was 10/10 perfection, if I could give 6 stars I would. Excellent communication from start to finish, from the live chat on the website to help us pick a tour and date, text messages to discuss specific requirements. We requested a reschedule due to windy weather forecast which was accommodated at no extra cost (refer to their excellent cancellation policy). Chopper is small but surprisingly very comfortable with an excellent view even with both of us in the back seats you can see clearly out the front. Landing 10m from the front door of Spicers Lodge, you certainly feel like a rock star. At no point were we rushed, Niko our pilot was super chilled, took some excellent photos for us and sent them through. We paid extra for the GoPro footage which was 100% worth it and excellent footage. Do yourself a favour and dont go to anyone else.

The crew at Bekaa Air were amazing. We celebrated an anniversary with a helicopter winery tour. Everything was taken care of, the team were very helpful, constantly making adjustments to make sure our day was as near to perfect as possible. Communication from the pilots leading up to the trip was excellent, we had nothing to do except turn up and drink wine. Our pilot Naomi was amazing offering great insights into the working of the helicopter, trivia about the wineries, and just being a very knowledgeable tour guide. For us this was a quite extravagant experience but it was well worth the money. We cannot wait for another opportunity to do another helicopter tour with Bekaa Air.

We had our flight and were so keen we arrived extremely early. We sat in the air-conditioned lounge and watched a number of planes and helicopters coming and going. Perav arrived and took us to the helicopter and gave us a thorough safety briefing. Then it was into the air and the fantastic views you get because of the extra large perspex doors and windows. We flew over many suburbs, the city and Mt Cootha. I t was fantastic to look at the city from a different perspective and great views. Perav gave us a running co.mentry and answered the questions we asked. I highly recommend this to any visitor to Brisbane.

Bekaa Air was exceptionally easy to communicate with and perfectly professional in its operations. We flew from Archerfield Airport to Sirromet Winery for a morning excursion. The flight there was comfortable because Niko (chief pilot, among other roles) was the paragon of comptence and confidence as a pilot, affable, kind, and situationally award at all times. The flight back was also smooth and we had a lovely tour of the Brisbane CBD and surrounding suburbs. Highly recommended.

Had a phenomenal experience with Bekaa Air for a dual 70th birthday present in an R44. The day after booking the 25min scenic flight for two, Naomi called me to discuss the flight, proper pronunciation of names, special requests and anything else that could be done to make the flight more enjoyable. Lo and behold, Naomi would also be the pilot! We also received a personal email confirming all details (not auto-generated), and an SMS on the morning confirming satisfactory flying weather and confirming times and meeting point. What can I say? We had a passionate pilot that set the best standard of "customer service" I've ever experienced, and everything on the day was centred around a truly memorable experience - even allowing our little girl to sit on the front left hand seat for a photo! I recently went with a mate of mine on a five pub helicopter tour with Bekaa Air and it was fantastic! I’m massive, thanks to our pilot Naomi for an awesome day!

We had an absolutely amazing day with Naomi as our pilot. She made our experience comfortable, safe and fun. The experience of seeing the Gold Coast from the air and landing at a winery and two beer pub locations in the mountain district was fantastic. Our group felt like rockstars as we made our way from the helicopter to our table and back. What gorgeous views we saw as we landed four different times during our day. If you want to see a lot of area in a relatively short amount of time, this is a great way to do it. Be sure and ask for Naomi. She's the best! I can assure you that a glass of wine or cold beer tastes better when you fly in to drink it!

Was lucky enough to be bought a gift package for a wonderful 1 hour private tour for two. Our pilot took us along the coast and the city. He was so informative about the locations we saw. Super friendly too. The helicopter is very special as it has glass doors from top to bottom, meaning you get the best views possible. Highly recommend for an overall fantastic experience.

Sent many messages, emails, FB messages, calls etc etc, no reply after 4 weeks. Went up with Mith for a tour and wanted to surprise hubby for his birthday the full day pub tour. Even left messages on Niko's personal phone, no reply. Now they block me from their FB... Such a shame as our 1st flight was fantastic. Thank you Niko for your reply - Now the many messages were sent as follow 1 x message on your website - no reply 1 x message via your website email - no reply 1 x massage via my work email to your email that is linked to your website - no reply 1 x message via FB page - no reply 1 x message via your work phone - no reply 1 x message via your personal number to call my work - no reply IF the date had of been booked out, that would NOT of been a problem as I would've taken the next available date. I have NOT booked via anyone else as I was still hoping till this morning that you may not have seen any of my messages and you would contact me to book a date/time. There was NO harassment - just more wondering that there could've been a problem with you receiving my tentative booking. I have logged and screen shot everything as well. So please consider legal action and police involvement as i'm sure they will find this very fascinating. I will NOT remove this review as this just shows what type of character you are. You seem to not like the 1 star review, this is a genuine review. Your reply is like harassing me to make you look good

Niko is an absolute legend. After having a flight cancelled by another company I took a chance on contacting him on the morning of our cancelled flight at 630am😬. He responded and was nothing but accommodating and kind. He pulled off the impossible and not only was able to do the flight but got us a reservation at Sirromet winery for lunch. He landed us right on site and organised a courtesy ride to the restaurant. This guy and this company is a class act. 5 stars is not quite enough really. He will be an amazing success!!!

I booked a transfer to Spicer’s Peak including a scenic flight over the Gold Coast for my wife’s surprise 30th. Even with some not so pleasant weather, Nico was able to suggest a slight change to the flight plan and we managed to see everything we wanted to and got safely to Spicer’s and back. Needless to say it was a great trip and both pilots (Nico and Mith) were excellent and would happily fly with them again!
