I’m a bubble tea lover, really happy with the drink, but the customer service I got from the Staff was awful, no greeting, no smile, even though your order is ready, and them just let it sitting there nobody call you number, that’s the worst experience I’ve ever had.

My partner and I ordered online beforehand to save time since we were far away and didn't want to wait too long for our drinks to be made. Once we got there, we waited patiently for our order to be called. 15 minutes passed and our drinks were not ready so we asked one of the staff members and he told us it was on the way. Another 15 minutes pass and the same thing happened. 15 more minutes pass and we ask for a third time if our drinks are being made and we were told that they were. A total of 1 hour passes and still nothing. When we asked for the fourth time, they took a look at the order on my phone and only then started to make the order. After 1 hour and 5 minutes, we received our order of 1 drink. No compensation, No apologies, just given our drinks and forgotten. Unbelievable we wait more than 1 hour for 1 drink. Never coming back again.

Hidden gem in an over saturated tea market. Definitely the best tea in Sunnybank. Tea is always fresh and there is always new selections. The menu they do have is very unique to others.

If you're a taro bubbler tea lover like us, you'll have to visit Orange Tea @ Sunnypark. Hubby loves a natural taro frappe with pearls, and I loved their mash taro black tea with pearls. A bit on the exie side between the price of $7.50 to $7.80, but they are generous with the amount of pearls! Love it 🧋🧋

Honestly the best tea place ever in Brisbane I’d say Love placing my order at self serving machine to save time however last time when I was there they missed my order and I waited for over 15 minutes for my drink while three batches of customers came after me had gone. Finally received my drink until I came up to check 😓 Im sure it is not intentional but I hope that would not happen again. Still recommend this place but I don’t know if I should order at the self serving machine next time

My son dropped his drink and the staffs quickly re-make one free of charge. I insisted to pay for it but they wouldn’t accept my payment. Definitely one of my favourite tea shop in Southside 👍

I was pretty interested to see the self-ordering machine on the side of the shop, but didn’t use it as I don’t think it would know what to do with my discounted vouchers I wanted to use to pay for the drinks. Pretty nice bubble tea and juice shop with friendly staff. They have a variety of drink combinations that are not common and my drink tasted really nice. There is a self-ordering screen on the shop’s side which is pretty cool. Pricing is similar to other places but they had a monthly special advertised on a sign - not sure if this happens monthly but it seemed like a good deal.

really disappointed...today is the second time my order has been ready for around 5 minutes and I have been standing there looking at my drinks but none of the staff bother to call my number so I'm not sure if they are my drinks...Also,I ordered the Star ice tea with QQ topping in English (I didn't know it already comes with jelly) and the next customer ordered the same tea with topping but the staff (round lady) told her it already has toppings and asked if she wanted to add another or she can swap the jelly with something else. Nice drinks here. I love soy-milk oolong tea with Boba or pearl and winter melon tea half sugar with jade as well. You can choose your sugar level and ice level.

My fave BBT place. Love that you can get different sized pearls and add brown sugar ones to any type. Tea flavour is rich and well steeped. Can't complain.

Good variation in drinks, have milky options and fruity tea options. Service is usually quick, no mistakes. Only thing is they are unfortunately located next to the retail bin enclosure, so on bad days you can smell it. Overall, a good Milk tea place in Brisbane.

There kiwi carnival is amazing. So fruity and refreshing love this drink order half sugar still pretty sweet so I would go down to 25% sugar if you not too into sweetness. There magical purple grape yahult is my second favourite. Even try there signature 6 fruit tea is good too. There passion fruit QQ not the best I have tasted. There milk tea is okay but again there a drink for everyone their menu is massive so you definitely find a drink for you. I try there seasonal papaya drink it’s good.
