This place used to be amazing!! The best practice around! My family and I had truly found a gem. Unfortunately they had a recent staff change and the communication is just not what it used to be. They talk over the top of you when you're booking appointments over the phone and when you're in person you can't even hear them speaking behind the glass. No people skills at all. Used to be 100% bulk billed too but they did at a terrible job at communicating this to their regulars and I found out after an appointment that I need to pay for asking for a bloodtest that took 30 seconds with the doctor! Will not be returning, sadly. Extremely poor communication. Communication is the heartbeat of any good doctors practice. I'm devastated this place has completely changed from what it used to be.

I wanted to update my negative review as I have previously had a bad experience with another doctor at this practice but things happen that's life, I absolutely have to recommend Dr. Michael Cao! Having a doctor that cares can absolutely change someone's life as it has with mine! I cannot recommend him enough, really nice to know there are still doctors that have their patients best interests in mind. :)

I have only seen the one doctor. I won't name him however I will say he is quite good and pleasant and seems reasonably thorough in his work. The issues I have are not with the physicians but with the receptionists. One in particular. Blonde, curly headed older woman. The ways in which she talks to the clients is downright disrespectful. She talks as though their needs do not matter and has little to no time hearing out whatever they have to say in an emergency circumstance. She is very rude. She spoils the whole experience and leaves you with a bitter taste in your mouth. She needs to hear this from the public so she can hopefully make an effort and just be kind. It's as simple as that. If it's too hard for her to do, if she's burnt out, or been in that position for too long- which it suggests- maybe she should consider a career change.

I saw Dr Mamic based on a recommendation from my EP and I can honestly say it makes a world of difference having a treating practitioner like Dr Mamic in managing the emotional labour that goes into seeing your doctor. I felt the appointment was easy and I did not come home exhausted or in tears afterwards. Here are all the things I didn't have to do which made it so easy for me: -I didn't have to bring my male partner to get doctor believe my pain - I didn't have to present my summary of research articles or checklists. - I didn't have rely on having a good brain day or having to be the most articulate person. - I didn't have to answer questions like 'what you are mentioning is so rarer, why do you think you have it?' - I didn't have to visit Dr Mamic several times so we can rule out other conditions I have already mentioned ruling out and repeating tests we have done already Here are things Dr Mamic did that helped: - Listened to me and took on board what I said - Asked follow up questions - Did a wholistic review of my challenges to identify what is needed and ensured I have supports to help me cope with my challenges now while we take on the journey of figuring out what's going on - Did not jump to prescribing me medication without considering my medication and health history. - Had non judgement curiosity - Did not rush me out of the appointment - Explained reasoning for questions she asked in ruling out differential diagnosis - Looked up my medical records rather than repeating tests and reviewed the information I had sent before the appointment - Did not invalidate my experience - Explained the next steps of what I needed in detail, including costs and other considerations - Checked in to make sure that the proposed plan was in line with my needs I wish primary care could look like this everywhere but alas I am so glad I got to experience it! Truly, I am grateful 🙏🏾

I called the center to book for travel vaccine (hepA and Typhoid)… the admin said to come in at 9:15. We then received a call on the way to the clinic advising us that Dr. Say Eng was refusing to see us because my daughter had seen a diff Dr re travel vaccine before. I understand if he doesn’t want to see my daughter but why was he refusing to see myself and my partner who haven’t had any travel consultations before?! It is now 10:06am and we’re still waiting to be seen by a different Doctor! This is absolutely not okay!!! All of this could have been avoided if the Receptionist knew exactly which Dr to book. I specifically mentioned travel vaccine when I called the Centre. The Dr who ended up assisting us regarding travel vaccine was nice and very accommodating.

My husband was charged $1 for a mask because he was not in his own car, which is where I keep our masks, and he did not think to take one. $25 for a box of 50....you are doubling your money. Disgusting. The skin doctor is great though. The doctors are good here. I was just very annoyed, as I work at another practice and we supply masks to people who forget theirs, free of charge.

I was disappointed with the lack of detail in the bill I received after my 13-minute consultation with the doctor. Considering their pricing policy and my concession card, I expected the cost to be around $30. However, the bill turned out to be higher than anticipated. When I inquired about the application of my concession card, the response from one of the receptionists felt inadequate. I requested a breakdown of the bill, but it only provided the total amount without further information. It would have been helpful if the receptionist had been more informative, as I found her to be somewhat reluctant to provide the necessary details.

I followed Dr Shahzad to Top Health, Underwood and I’ll always stick with him. AMAZING - compassionate, experienced, knowledgeable, thorough and there for the patient not for the money. You get more than what you pay for. Hard to find a good Dr like him now.

If you seeking a professional, genuine and knowledgeable doctor seek out Dr Jamie Patel. My wife and I had our 2 week daughter have her first ever check up with him and the amount of care and patience demonstrated was extremely appreciative.

The doctors here are great but the reception staff have continually been disappointing and rude for the past year I've been going here. They never own up to their mistakes or inform you of changes to policies until you show up to your appointment and it's too late. Been going here to get refills on my prescriptions with no issue for the past year or so. Made an appointment over the phone to get another prescription refill appointment and they didn't inform me that they charge for standard GP appointments now. It was only after I'd shown up and couldn't cancel anymore that they informed me. Told them I would've appreciated a warning beforehand but all they said was, "we have a sign on front desk" and "well you should've told us if you wanted a bulk billing doctor". They're honestly such a let down to an otherwise good team of healthcare professionals.

Top health is always our first choice if we need to see doctor, but unfortunately, they have an unfair system, we can't cancel appointment last minute, but they can and never care if your kid is sick. When I talk to the receptionist, she was rude, anyway, the receptionist are not friendly most of the time. Well, doctors are nice though. I will change to another GP.

Dr Jamie Patel is an absolute gem. He is one of the best doctors I've seen. Super respectful and empathetic which is really rare these days. It's been a long time since I've met a doctor this amazing. If you want someone who really cares and knows what he's doing, its Dr Patel!!

Booked in last minute and easily booked online. Had an appointment with Dr Jamie Patel who was also assisted by one of the on-site nurses. They were both extremely helpful, courteous and professional. One of the best GP clinic experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend this practice

I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a local GP. They also bulk bill! The surgery has a large clean open modern waiting room, I don't worry about sitting right next to a contagious patient, It's easy to get an appointment on the day, they have an online booking that is easy to use. Ive never has to wait more than a few minutes to see a doctor, Parking is easy They deserve 5 stars! AWESOME!

Have been searching for a family GP who is caring, compassionate and thorough with examinations and treatments. Dr. Gilani is the one and I and my family members are extremely happy to have found Dr. Gilani at the top health doctors clinic. He is my true GP! The receptionist staff and Dr Pumi Roy are always fantastic. However every time I come to the clinic, the air conditioning is either so cold it’s like you feel like you’re in Antarctica or so hot that you feel like you’re in the Sahara desert. Every time I walk out of that clinic, I feel physically sick. Apparently no one knows how to use the thermostat and I have been told twice that it will get looked into but still nothing. I can only imagine how the poor staff and doctors would feel having to sit there all day long. Surely, after all the money that us patients fork out, you would be able to afford someone to fix the thermostat.

Dr Pummi Roy & Dr Money are approachable & thorough. They seem very caring & don’t rush you out the door. The Nursing team are excellent

Very competent medical staff and other staff are caring and pleasant. I always feel cared for when I go there from reporting to reception to leaving (after paying, of course). Highly recommended to anyone looking for a good medical practice.

Dr Angela was wonderful! She listened intently and non judgementally, explained everything in detail and was very thorough. For an appointment that I was feeling anxious about, she made me feel welcome and at ease. Would absolutely recommend!

Reception service is not very good. In my last appointment receptionist switched the our appointment doctor to her own choice. will not be back. Waiting room heatsup to mini oven due to direct sunlight and not enough air circulation. very poor experience every time.

I was in pain after vocal chord surgery and none of my regular GP's were available on a Saturday morning. I called Top Health Doctors to see if I could pop in and have a short consult to check my very sore throat. The doctor was able to see me within 10 minutes and was very thorough and check out my throat and glands. He gave me some good advice and said that if it didnt improve by Tuesday to call the surgeon or if I developed a fever to go to A&E immediately. It was very comforting to see a GP when I had been in pain for 5 days but he alleviated my concerns. Thank you very much.

New to Australia and had to see a dr urgently, called in the morning and we were registered and had an appointment by 9:30 am. Dr was fantastic, thorough and very good dealing with my young sons traumatic injury. So glad we have found such a great dr already.

I had a good experience yesterday receiving my first Astra Zenica Covid-19 vaccine dose. The staff were so helpful and professional, I felt no stress whatsoever.

Receptionist had to cancel my morning appointment but no one contacted me. they said ‘some one tried email 2 days ago’ but nothing in my box but an confirmation mail&sms yesterday. i wasted my annual leave and reschedule available in 2wks. I don’t know any doctors yet but Reception was too bad. also there was no one at the counter even while not busy. ‘somebody’ needs to work better.

Had one visit for ear micro suction. 40 minutes of pain and I was suddenly unable to hear out of that ear. He was Very quick to say it wasn't his fault. Tried to blame my hearing though I said I'd been tested and it was perfect. They shoved me off with a referral to a ENT. THEN found out my ear canal had been cut twice and my eardrum bruised. I suggest if you have a ear issue don't go to this GP. Go to a professional at the onset!. I personally will avoid this practise like the plague!! Asked to call and discuss this review. A YEAR after posting. I doubt they are too concerned about unhappy customer reviews!!

Two bad experiences there now. I won’t be coming back.

Tried several local doctors before discovering Top Health Doctors and they hands down beat them all. Easy parking, large waiting area with plenty of room for a pram. Friendly receptionists and excellent attentive doctors. The only downside is not bulk billing but I am happy to pay considering the service 😊

A really nice practice with great doctors and nurses. I’ve been bringing my daughter to Top Health since she was only a couple of weeks old. Dr Patel and Dr Roy are so friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend these doctors enough. And shoutout to nurse Sally - you are a delight!

while Dr Ku is always engaging and very helpful, neither myself nor my 12 year old granddaughter could understand the very thick accent of the receptionist. as i have a severe to profound hearing loss (and my hearing aids will be fixed on wednesday) she rudely rolled her eyes when i repeatedly said i could also not hear what she was saying. thankfully i managed to piece together one word here and there but the experience was excruciating and left me wondering if i had missed something important!?!?

5 star rating Dr Jamie is very professional, dedicated to his job and treats his clients with alot of care . My 5 children and family will be regular to this practice as its hard to find a good doctor so will definitely be keeping this doctor surgery as our main one ❤️. Thank you for looking after our baby amira today for her needles there is a lovely nurse that does them and she's friendly / happy / caring highly suggested for kids immunisations also gave the kids a balloon each and stickers , very nice doctors ❤️

This was my first time at Top Health Doctors and I found the staff member at front of reception to be friendly and welcoming to the surgery. The Doctor I saw was friendly and very thorough in assessing my medical appointment. I’m happy to continue using Top Health Doctors.

Dr Pummi Roy has been my GP for 5 years. If you want someone that cares and doesn't treat you like a number she is the one. No matter what issues I had Dr Roy has always been able to help and has my best interest at the forefront of all appointments.

The Practice exceeds expectations with all the staff. Dr James Money has become my Primary GP after having many visits to different centres only to walk away feeling like a number. Great team all round at Top Health MC Underwood.

Wow I think Dr Pummi Roy is absolutely amazing. I had to see a doctor quickly and I managed to get an appointment with her. I was in a very dire situation, she had never met me yet she cared and she trusted me. .She stood her ground against bullies and set in motion a plan to make it all right again. Although when I found out she was a Leo ♌️ I should have known that 🌟🌈🦋
