Again.
Found
a
similar
situation
with
another
person
and
the
Solis
Barista
Perfecta
machines.
Second
machine
lasted
nearly
5
months.
It's
not
the
company
(Segafredo)
but
it
sure
is
a
problem
with
the
Solis
machine.
The
base
has
filled
with
water
(after
the
short
out,
I
unplugged
and
water
started
coming
out
of
the
base!
Two
machines
since
last
October
-
not
confident
I'd
want
a
third,
no
matter
how
good
the
customer
service
from
Segafredo.
Our
review
after
first
macine
was
faulty:
Coffee
machine
and
grinder
-
we're
making
coffee!
We
are
new
to
the
idea
of
making
real
coffee
at
home
and
the
Segafredo
Zanetti
offer
appealed.
It
took
reading
the
comprehensive
instruction
manual
a
few
times
and
a
few
failed
experiments.
We
are
a
few
days
into
practice
makes
perfect
from
a
zero
knowledge
base
-
and
we're
confidently
adjusting
the
grind,
getting
a
consistent
crema
and
taste
that
we
love.
Overall,
a
great
decision
that
required
a
bit
of
practice
and
persistence
-
and
totally
worth
it."
When
we
did
have
a
problem
Segafredo
was
quick
to
fix
-
so
helpful
and
when
it's
time
to
upgrade,
we'll
be
back!
