Love the Gaggia Academia coffee machine. It is solidly constructed, well made and easy to clean as you go. The staff (Gennaro) were pleasant and very helpful. They priced matched as promised for this item and also gave us a complimentary (1 kg) bag of our favourite expresso beans. We would not hesitate in recommending Segafredo Zanetti to our friends. The Gaggia Academia is our little bit of "Italy" in our home to enjoy.

I popped into Showroom & Service Centre in Bowen Hills to see if they could service my old Delonghi machine & instead happily walked out with a brand new GAGGIA Magenta. I was warmly greeted at reception & assisted by Roberto Martinelli, the State Sales Manager. We discussed the features & benefits of different machines that matched my budget. One of the lovely Italian service centre chaps even made me a delicious almond latte. Happily recommend their Australian roasted coffee beans plus purchasing a machine in person or online via this business. 100% professional & positive experience.

We ordered a set of 6 Baristapro Large Coloured Cappuccino Cups to see how they went. They were sent in a presentation box but it was poorly packed and the cups and saucers were jangling around the bottom of the box! Luckily these cups are built like tanks and nothing was broken, but they could have been packed better. Otherwise the service was excellent and we're happy with our cups and saucers. If I'd known SZ was only up at Bowen Hills, I'd have picked them up myself. I will deal with these folks again. They seem to have a good range of products.

I have a Philips Saeco automatic espresso machine that I bought when still living in South Africa - as far as I am aware, that model is not sold in Australia anymore. However, when I phoned Segafredo they were more than happy to help me (this after phoning another service who said they couldn't service Saeco machines anymore due to lack of parts). I took my machine in that afternoon, after a brief look at it I was told they knew what the issue was and to leave it there. 24 hours later I received a text to say that my machine was ready. They serviced and cleaned my machine and replaced a few o-rings, for a VERY reasonable fee. The machine works perfectly now. I am happy to recommend them to anyone who would like their coffee machine serviced or repaired and have already referred family on to them.

Price match process was simple and quick. Product shipped with Aramex and arrived 2 business days later. No issues with GCP that I ordered, although an adapter is required as it came with the Italian plug type ~ not a problem though. Free bag of coffee also bonus to help with breaking in the machine, before using more expensive speciality coffee.

Loving our Christmas present of the Segafredo Magenta Prestige, took a few days to get used to it, still trying to find the best smooth beans as the free gift with purchase of the Segafredo Extra Strong beans are not to our liking, too strong and bitter even with adjusting settings. Have to be careful with cup placement as the milk frother sprays outside the cup if not placed slightly forward. Enjoying experimenting!

Update : Ordered 3 bags of coffee on the 22/7 , and I signed for them in the 23/7 - Brilliant Service 👏 The location may be a little hard to navigate for your first time, but certainly worth taking your Machine to the experts when looking for parts, repairs, and or routine maintenance . We had a very quick turn around , with very reasonably pricing for the professional workmanship. Outside of great customer service & pricing, you can also get all the accessories you need to make your next coffee experience a perfect one. If you haven't tried Segafredo Zanetti Coffee beans, then you haven't lived , nor had a real coffee ! Give them a go - NO REGRETS !!!

We have been using Segafredo Zanetti Brisb to service a recently purchased automatic coffee machine, that has proved to be problematic, failing intermittently, due to a number of different issues. They are currently taking receipt of the machine for the third time in as many months. They are friendly, communication is good and they are determined to get to the bottom of the issue(s).

these guys were my saviour when the previous coffee repair place decided not to service Gaggia anymore. In fact, when I collected my machine I saw a number of Gaggia babies beside! fantastic and speedy service, great communication. Repaired in just over a week!

Have been a loyal customer for 10 years until our capsule pod water pump recently broke. We moved to Nespresso machine for 1.5 weeks, the coffee was weak & lacked taste in comparison. Edit: Second / replacement of faulty machine has short circuited the electrics. Again. Found a similar situation with another person and the Solis Barista Perfecta machines. Second machine lasted nearly 5 months. It's not the company (Segafredo) but it sure is a problem with the Solis machine. The base has filled with water (after the short out, I unplugged and water started coming out of the base! Two machines since last October - not confident I'd want a third, no matter how good the customer service from Segafredo. Our review after first macine was faulty: Coffee machine and grinder - we're making coffee! We are new to the idea of making real coffee at home and the Segafredo Zanetti offer appealed. It took reading the comprehensive instruction manual a few times and a few failed experiments. We are a few days into practice makes perfect from a zero knowledge base - and we're confidently adjusting the grind, getting a consistent crema and taste that we love. Overall, a great decision that required a bit of practice and persistence - and totally worth it." When we did have a problem Segafredo was quick to fix - so helpful and when it's time to upgrade, we'll be back!

Can't be happier with the service and products for a home user. We make only 4-8 coffees a day and after our Breville died we were looking for an excuse to try a better quality machine. With the help from the team at Segafredo Zanetti we tested a Gaggia Classic Pro and got some expert tips on how to get the best out of our home coffees. After only a few days practice our home coffee is better than it was before and is taking less than half the time. Highly recommend Segafredo Zanetti Brisbane and the Gaggia Classic Pro.

About three months ago, I visited Segafredo Zanetti in Bowen Hills, asking for their advice regarding a machine that doesn't take long to heat up and makes great espresso for use in my motorhome. The instant answer was 'GAGGIA CLASSIC'. I followed their advice and have since enjoyed the most delightful, smooth espresso with lots of crema - much better tasting than the espresso made with my fully automatic machine (not a Gaggia and not from Segafredo Zanetti) in my business. I will soon return to them to enquire if there is ANY fully automatic machine in this universe that would come close to the GAGGIA CLASSIC espresso quality.

So excited to buy Italian hot chocolate powder and to be able to make my Italian hot chocolate criminally thick. Friendly service and was shown how to make a proper Italian hot chocolate too.
