🫤 The security guard at the door was rude. He yelled several times to see the proof of check in on my phone. You don't have a right to see what is on my phone. Now, I will do all my shopping at Harvey Norman. People often mention staff, store, customers, service, rude, phone, customer, good, helpful, purchase,

Visited on a Sunday, Wanting to purchase a couple of new "Samsung Galaxy 6 Classic Watches" Very quiet, more staff than customers... The most Disgusting, Unfriendly, Arrogant, and Obnoxious Customer Service I have experienced in 5 years! Even the manager didn't care when I went back during the week to provide constructive feedback!! YOU will never get OUR business again!!! YOU should be ashamed, JB NO Hi-5!

Warning: Think Twice Before Buying from JB HI-FI I recently had a very disappointing experience with JB HI-FI, particularly the MacArthur Central branch. I purchased a $3,700 MacBook Pro laptop, the laptop's screen began flickering, their response was to direct me to the manufacturer, Apple. This goes against Australian Consumer Law, which clearly states that retailers are responsible for handling such matters. Not only did they fail to address the issue, but the customer service was lacking, and it felt like they were passing the buck. I've lodged a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) due to their breach of consumer rights. My advice to fellow consumers: Consider buying directly from the manufacturer rather than dealing with JB HI-FI. It's unfortunate that a supposedly reputable retailer fails to uphold basic consumer protection laws. Remember, your rights as a consumer matter. Do yourself a favor and think twice before making a purchase from JB HI-FI.

I bought my iphone13pro in the store and the salesperson told me that if I get the insurance I can trade my phone after with the same amount I bought it which is like around 1600 and pay the differences. So the Iphone14 was launch, went down to their store and they said call the square trade insurance, after I called them they said they will only cover the trade in value of 850 not the one JB hifi salesperson promised. I am upset cause we asked them many times about it and they confirmed that they will trade it. It’s better to buy apple care instead of square trade insurance. Also, the customer service representative is very rude.

I came into this store a little distraught, depressed, and unsure what to do after losing everything in a recent theft of my things and laptop. I just want to thank the customer service here, particularly Ethan, for being understanding, caring, and helpful in answering my questions and helping me select a new computer. I'm sitting here typing on it now and I'm happy and grateful for the amazing people that helped me at this store.

I wanted to just say this was one of the best JB HIFi experiences I have had. The product I wanted was found in no time with a smile and the customer service did not end there. The salesperson saw that I had a disability and I went up the escalator to go to the dvd đź“€ level and they had stairs to go back down. The salesperson did not hesitate to switch the direction of the escalators and made it easier for me to exit the store. A smooth sale. Thank you to the salesperson and thank you JB HIFI. 10/10

Poor customer service. There are lots of staff but no one wants to serve customers. I waited 10 minutes while 4 staff stood chatting. Surely if your waiting to pay it would be good business to process clients purchase.

You better be less heavy handed and more polite when requesting to search innocent people's bags for no reason, simply saying sorry would be a good start, very rude guy on the front door. Will never ever be back - very good way to loose a customer for life!

Strange layout of store. The place is like a rabbit warren. Typically you struggle to find a JB team member but today we managed to be served by 2! Hoping this becomes my usual tech store.

JB Hi- Fi is one of the popular electronic shop in Australia. They provides a high standard of products and best quality of services. Just come and visit at one of their branch in Queen St. And check their promos. Have fun.

The staff attitude was so arrogant and rude, I never forget that awful female staff. I hope her to be treated with disrespect when she goes shopping elsewhere.

The girl at the checkout refuse to sell me $100 gift card because there is a “technical issue” at the Apple end and no store can process Apple gift card at the checkout. Guess what, I bought it in jb Hi-Fi Adelaide at. If you don’t want to sell the gift card to me, please find a better excuse. I would assume this is personal because the gift card is on the shelf, and no sign next it. It’s seems to me that the girl simply don’t want to serve me.

It's an ok store. A little small but upstairs had a huge range of vinyls CDs, DVDs and blu-rays and downstairs is quite jammed packed as well. A bit confusing with the escalators the one to go down is on the back of the food area just to be warmed. Nice lady who served me and was very helpful. Will be back again

I went to JB to get myself a new phone sadly they didn't have it but Brodie went out of his way made a few calls and helped me book the one I wanted. So impressed! Especially thank Brodie the savior who just made my day!

I went there recently to buy a ps5. The staff there were extremely helpful but I had to wait 10 minutes to get some help. But all and all it was a pleasant experience.

Got my game card there, which is great. But the security was very rude, he asked if I bought anything, I said yes and showed him. He said go. Was rude the whole time.

Staff were beyond helpful with mum and I during our last visit. Spectacular customer service, even the security guard at the front was so lovely and friendly.

I will never buy anything from JB HiFi again. They do not offer any service, they sell products and take absolutely no responsibility for them. If you have an issue it all just gets pushed back to the manufacturer, when you get no service from the manufacturer JB do absolutely nothing to help. They take the margin without any care or responsibility.

Bree was super friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the products, and also managed to gracefully balance helping me with being attentive to the other customers coming in that might need assistance. Thank you!

I went into JB Hi-Fi and arrange preorder of a new phone and both Brodie and Jacob were super, super helpful! They made the process so easy and explained everything so that I could get a full grasp of the plan and transfer process. Accommodated all my questions and were so happy/eager to help :) Thank you guys so much!

Awesome, great selection of stuff. Staff knowlegable and patient. They listen to the customer and then make recommendations. Can you get more power bank options by any chance? I'm super happy with the purchase, and so is the person who received it as a gift. Will be back for my next electronic purchase.

After having some warranty issues with my Sony headphones, the team here was super helpful and made sure we get a good deal on some new pairs. Super appreciate the great service and all the smiles. Thanks, especially to Jacob who organised it all !!

James from this shop is rude. Doesn’t talk to customers properly, arrogant as hell. My girlfriend and I both had a terrible experience with this person at this JB Hi-Fi on two seperate days. I am not sure if it’s staff shortage in Australia that prompts companies to hire people like this. I will take my business elsewhere and let all my friends know not to visit JB Hi-Fi.

Love this store staff are plenty. And always so quick to help. I was in and out of the store in under 5 Min. Knowledge is key and these staff gave perfect advice. Brilliant!

Really good service. Got a game and the redeem codes didn't work. Refunded me right away. All the staff were consententy friendly. Definitely recommend. Still bought some blu-rays off them. Very good selection

Weird atmosphere. Multiple members of staff were simultaneously disagreeing with each other, and arguing with customers. Purchasing counter staff were either a gruff, hurried and rude male, or alternatively a female staff member consuming KFC chips at the counter while trying to serve customers. Not a professional look, and we were glad to be out of there.

I go to this store very often. Usually pleased with my experience. Friendly staff and good service. Love the new phone I bought. Thank you.

Never tell people they need to give a phone number so they can have an electronic receipt, then provide no electronic receipt. I was surprised to see the text asking for feedback and being told I was now on a messaging list, completely inappropriate having been told the number was needed for an electronic receipt. Being lied to to get this information is hugely unethical, would never recommend the store for this reason alone.

Small place with friendly staff. Items kept in well condition, though variety is very small due to the size. Sales was very helpfuland very knowledgeable for phone purchase. However this came as a double edged sword as my price match included hoping whereas Albert st didn't, costing me an extra $10. Not that bad though.

Was attended to by an extremely rude employee, who was so rude to my brother when he asked if there was any better we could do on the phone I was purchasing. If I didn't need the phone so desperately I would have walked out, appalling that this store would keep employees who are so disgustingly rude.
