Really bad customer service. The staff “Kym”really rude to me, and threat me to leave or call the police. The close time at Sunday is 6:00pm, but she just not let us in at 5:57 pm. She even asked me to go to 7-11 instead. I fell racist and so upset. Really bad experience, not friendly to Asian.

Sells out of specials by 10am. Understaffed. Cant get a park. Ciggies cost more here. This coles is a disgrace. Just put another asian food place in just like the rest of Pinelands. #unAustralian

If you want the basics it is fine. But on the scale of a Coles supermarket this one is at the bottom. I live 2 minutes from this one and I drive to sunnybank Coles to do my shopping, what does that say?!?

Talk to the council about an underground carpark. Maybe go halves with them. There are amazing independent businesses in Pinelands and nowhere to park to access them. It's not sustainable. Get in touch with local council to help out the local businesses and help the community thrive. Because at the moment, this isn't it.

Customer service on point, they actually spent 30 minutes helping me find my receipt from a self service checkout from a day ago when I clicked "no I don't need my receipt" when I actually did. I'm sure plenty of other stores would've just said nope, can't be done but they found it in the end! Thanks Dallas

I had bad experience with one of the middle age female staff back in 2015. She threw my tomato back to display area because she believed i checked out with cheaper type of tomato and asked me to pick again. Unbelievable. But she is the one who made a mistake. You cannot ask your customer to pick again because you don't know your product well. How rude! In the end i walked away end up buying at another store.

I’ve always been abit sceptical about this coles due to cleanliness, popped in here last night just before close to get a Couple of things on the way home, I brought sunshine punch in the 1L golden circle, I poured my partner a glass and before he noticed he skulled half of it and then looked at me and ran to the bathroom it was off… he spewed all night I was really not happy with this as the price on these is really getting up there and we get them as a treat every now and again, I will go out of my way to go to another coles instead 👎

90% of the staff are crabby and rude, especially in the deli. I only come here because it's the closest

A very good place to shop for all groceries and toiletries and frozen woods, one can easily buy a product and make an easy checkout.

One of the staff she looks like a manager because she is wearing black jacket always. when I went to self scan area, she is talking to another staff and she recognized me 100% that I have lots of items to scan. Especially I had an item as 14ea quantity. But she had never ever tried to help me. She completely ignored me. She treated me like an invisible man in front of me. She just kept personal talking in front of all customers including ingnore me.After I had scanned few items then another staff came to me suddenly to try to help me. I felt already bad so I said " I dont need your help. You guys just keep talking" Then she who treated me like invisible talked to me "you are rude. you are rude. Do you want me to call? I said " I just said you keep talking. she kept saying with aggressive action to me. using finger point out to my face. Shs said to me again " I call you I call you" as she tried to threatened. I can not understand at all. 1. she ignored me. she treated me like invisible man. she keep enjoyed talking with another staff at inside of selfpay area. 2. I felt bad because of her. 3. another staff came late to me to help. 4. I said "I dont need your help. you guys just kee talking" 5. The lady suddenly threatened me with aggrecive voice tone and accent and racism action( you want me to call? I call?- she said) 6. I felt contempt because her talking and action.

I have never been to a more disorganised coles in my life. The staff are not friendly or pleasant, they all seem miserable to be there and they treat you as if you are a thief, there is NEVER more than one check out person - so big lines, there is only two self service machines that allow a cash option and avoid buying chicken and ham. I have purchased chicken and ham on more than three occasions and they have been off or gone off within a day. Not good!

Decent Coles- nothing particularly notable. It is located in the Pinelands Plaza area, which is lined with various restaurants, shops and other supermarkets. There is three hours parking here but it does get reasonably busy. The Coles here is pretty stock standard. I’d say that it is probably one of the older and smaller stores and may have less staff as it seems to often be less stocked than others. The meat and fresh food sections are definitely smaller than the Sunnybank Coles. Also, every time we have been here, the checkouts seem to be quite full and busy. Overall, not bad. Probably a smaller Coles, but generally has what you need. From what I see, the staff are relatively friendly too.

Parking was a nightmare and then you go instore and nothing is available as the shelved are empty. Some of the staff are rude when asked a question and make you feel like you are a bother. Easier to travel Sunnybank or Sunnybank Hills to shop.

Decent sized store, usually only one staff checkout open so if you prefer not to use the self-serve checkouts there can be a bit of a wait sometimes

I have been shopping there for over a decade. Excellent service and friendly staff. Reasonable prices and shelves always dull and neat. Thanks to all who work there.

Average Coles to get the food you need. Parking in this area not easy. The lighting and fitout seem a bit old and worn out, could use some renovation to feel more fresh.

I've NEVER had such a positive review to share. Each time I visit this store I am reminded of how there really is good ,helpful people in this world. Through recent life trials I was left shaken but this was always one place I felt safe and respected.i have several shopping options in my area but Coles Pinelands is always my first choice for this very reason plus the pricing is great. Especially for a smaller store. They're always happy to assist with anything. I've had trouble with my card and without hesitation they've spent more time and effort than they had to too assist me. Acts like this are not rare. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Parking isn't great due to the carpark but it does cater to mother's and Disability parks. Ample trolleys and baskets always.

Very convenient, easy to access on the way home from work.

I live across the road. Duck 🦆 over most days for milk or smaller items. Staff always professional and happy.
