EDIT: Decided to revisit this place as its under new management. The menu is better but it's still not great. Poor service. I stood at the counter 3 times and the young girl was no where to be seen. There were only 2 other families in there so it wasn't like she was busy. I took my daughter to the change room and she fell through the change table, lucky I was able to catch her. Don't waste your time going here. This play centre is so run down and a sest pool for germs. The floors are disgusting, the toys in the toy room are so old, they look like they've never been cleaned and the room itself was filthy. The soft toys were so ewww brown and had various kids sucking on them. The actual play area itself was so old, rundown, unclean and held together in places with cable ties, some of the padding was falling down. I didn't enjoy being there and refused to buy the kids food there as it seemed so unclean, unless they upgrade the place I won't ever take the kids back. I really miss places like Abrakidazzle.

My husband and I were very disappointed in the state of the toys/mazes.. the foam was coming apart and held together with zip ties, large chunks of foam were missing many places, the ball pit was almost empty, most nets had big holes, and everything was just incredibly filthy. It seems like nobody has cleaned this place since it opened. Almost didn’t want my little one touching anything. A real shame because it is huge and roomy with tons of seating and different play areas, but disappointing that it’s just not maintained at all. Would not recommend or go back. That said, our 16 month old, that doesn’t mind dirty run down toys, absolutely loved it here.

Just discovered this gem 💎! Kids had a great time. And the coffee was great, and the food was all so reasonably priced (and yummy!). Think we might book our next birthday party here!

Celebrated my daughters second birthday here and we couldn't be happier! Our positive experience started with the new owners guiding us through the available food platters late into the night to ensure our dietary requirements were greatly satisfied. On the day, we were looked after so well with constant check in's by the owner to see how we were tracking along and if they could be of assistance. The venue had a great split of a toddler play area and the main play area had great equipment as well! Easy to navigate as a parent too! The tike cars and tricycles were a very pleasant addition to my daughters experience, she thoroughly enjoyed zooming between play areas in the variety of tikes. The food was really good as well, and the coffee's sublime!! All in all, we will definitely be visiting more often and can't recommend them enough! Well done guys, and thank you for making my daughters birthday so memorable!

My son and I would visit this place frequently on maternity leave with friends and family, more out of convenience as it was local. We stopped coming because although the previous owners were very friendly, the place was super hot with no aircon and getting old and tattered to the point it looked unsafe. I took my (now 2yo) son in today and I’m so glad I did! I noticed some of the changes immediately. The toddler area and dance space was revamped and one of the new owners greeted us straight away. Her husband was also making some changes on the bigger kids section while it was quieter. I can’t wait to see the direction the place goes, I’ll be letting my friends and family know because we don’t have any other fun soft plays in North GC! Best of luck 🤗

I can not recommend this place enough!!! I just celebrated my daughters 2nd birthday here and Eve and her team were so accomodating, the party was absolutely magical and my daughter and her friends had the best time ever! The centre is clean, well looked after and most importantly FUN!! The whole team is so welcoming and nice and really gives a family feel to the place, we come here so often we feel like part of the furniture. Thank you Big Top, this is a party I’ll never forget ❤️

Fun place for the kids to spend a few hours. Quite hot inside so dress in cool clothing. Make sure you explore all the areas for different things to do. We stayed in the toddler area and took pics there but there's a great jungle gym for older kids too.

AMAZING! I havn't been back for a couple months but decided to go back today. I am so happy I did, the place is so much more cleaner and staff are beautiful. Found out it's under new ownership as of recently hence why it's changed for the better. I highly recommend this place and am so happy that they have new owners who are much more attentive, cleaner and friendly!

Went for the first time today with my 17 month old. The new owners were so welcoming. It’s a lovely play centre and we will definitely be back to explore the other areas

Took my 3 kids here over the weekend. Was a little hesitant with the previous reviews but they all had so much fun and the entry price is fantastic. Id definitely be coming here often now, closer to home and not as crowded as other places. I noticed a few equipment wasnt working but it didn't bother my kids. The couches could be replaced and make the place a little bit more inviting apon arrival but there only minor points. Main part is my kids had fun and it wasnt expensive on my wallet :) also staff were nice too.

I had stopped taking my kids to this play house about a year ago because the previous owners had run this place down and it was filthy. I decided to come back with my 2 toddlers on a rainy Saturday because it was convenient and I was left in absolute shock THE PLACE was clean the price per entry had gone down and the owners and staff were wonderful. I am pregnant and my toddlers begged me to go on the slide the staff heard And attended both my toddlers with the mega slide, I can not recommend this place enough Thank you to the new management team, they also stated that they have got new replacements coming. LOVEEEEE

The new owners have done amazing at this place. Had my little ones 4th birthday the other day. Well done and thank you to the owners and accommodating us. Special thank you to Lexi. She was incredible at being there for us and all the other people she was helping.

I’m so glad we found a great place where all 3 kids can be safe & play. I love the fact that we can enjoy a coffee & a chat while the kids can play in a fun & safe environment. My only complaint would be the music is too loud. I don’t want to feel like I’m in a nightclub & having to shout over the music. My ears we’re actually sore & I couldn’t hear a phone conversation either as the music was blasting. Care givers don’t need loud music they need a bit of peace & quiet instead! My kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thank you
