Five Star in every respect, I recently attended by chance convenient for my tooth ache, I was surprised with the service from phoning to attending and treatment. Dr Jenny Tang treated me with no discomfort or pain and Dr Jenny was very mindful of my wellbeing, I have been so impressed with Ashgrove West Dental Centre I have since been back and will continue to go there, consumate in every respect to and their service. Doctor Will - and all staff - were kind, considerate, thoughtful and helpful while treating my elderly father. My dad‘s mobility is poor, but staff were very supportive of and patient with him. Sooooo appreciative!!! Dr Will was also extremely helpful in organizing an appointment with an oral surgeon for him, making extra calls to facilitate prompt, appropriate treatment.

I cannot speak highly enough of this Dental Practice. Having been a recipient of dental care from this Practice for over 25 years I continue to be impressed and grateful for the professionalism, care and skills shown by all the Dentists, from the most experienced to the newest ones in the Practice. Unfortunately my experience there wasn’t as great as many others here. I visited them just over a year ago to fix my front tooth filling that had finally broken after 14 years. Sadly, it broke within a month after done, so I went there and they had it fixed again at no cost. The staff were nice about it, hence why the two stars, but it now broke again after just 1 year and 3 months. I feel like they just wanted me to get what was more profitable for them rather than what was better for me and delivered a poor service since I didn’t agree with it: they wanted to get all my teeth veneers and we’re quite pushy about it. My teeth are extremely healthy, never had cavities, they look nice and if it wasn’t for a diastema and a broken part of one of them due to an accident I wouldn’t need any work done. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews and thought a few times before doing so, but after discussing it with a dentist friend of mine from Brazil I thought I should leave this here so other people in need of the same service are aware.

Just finished having a check-up here and had a wonderful experience. Dr Tho and Liz were super friendly and accommodating throughout the entire check up and made the process enjoyable, quick and painless.
